Greggs - Pentagon Shopping Centre in Medway

You can't go wrong with a Greg's sausage roll but we won't be sitting down in there again. Very dirty tables, sticky floors & food rubbish everywhere. We'll go to the one inside The Pentagon Centre next time.

Busy not enough cashiers when it come to customer service but that a little problem a part from that everything brilliant.

(About the high street one) I am always walking in and finding the workers standing around and talking not worrying about the customers that need serving. I am also a regular customer who goes in maybe 2-4 times a week, so this is information I have gathered up over a course of 1-2 months. When I am being served they have no manners. They also are extremely tight on the use of ketchup and brown sauce, I always have to make sure the correct item is in my roll as well. I am happy with the food in general although I wish they would include more items in the rolls as 2 sausages in a roll looks ridiculous. I eat more bread than sausage. Over all not the worst but certainly not the best. I hope this helps them improve their customer service.

what an appauling service after trying to make a payment with my well earned legal tender i was told NO £50 ! upon asking why a shrugged shoulder and "company policy" was the reply so i ventured to the shop next door purchased something i didnt need in order to make my payment & when i asked for a more in depth insight to this "company policy" not one emplyee was unable to help , just a raised voice & vile attituted by someone named clare and a manager named Sam that didnt have any "customer service" skills what so ever !!! train your staff GREGGS

Took my grandson to Greggs to get him a sausage roll.. AlI can say is, I must have walked in on a robbery and the staff were being held out the back whilst 2 of the crooks were impersonating them.. The miserable old boots made me feel as welcome as Hitler in Israel... The place was empty so it wasn't like they were rushed off their feet... On the plus side the sausage rolls were ok, obviously they were fresh out the oven and hadn't given medusa and her mate enough time to turn them to stone with their sour faces. Chatham is twinned with Somalia and so I can understand not being happy in that environment but that's no real excuse. They would be better off as professional mourners or traffic wardens...

Great place to get your pastries and hot drinks. Haven’t tried much else on the menu but can vouch for those

****** Chatham High Street store****** Having worked in Chatham for over 10 years now I have found the staff in Gregg's Chatham to be extremely rude, over the last 18 months. They have no time for the customers, always talking to each other rather then engaging with the customers. everything seems to much for them when asking them something and its not just one member of staff they seem to all be the same way Will not be rushing back!!!

I tend to visit here in the morning to get breakfast before work. It always brightens my day to be served by the two Janets'. They are always so polite and well spoken.

Was nice food and friendly staff . Always a reasonable price just a bit manic in shop with more customers tham staff .

We stopped in here as we do regularly. The food and drink were nice as usual. We sat inside the cafe as the outside seating areas looked really messy. The floor was rotton and sticky. The lamp shades were Dusty and full of cob webs. When I went to the loo they were dirty and smelly. I was so disappointed as we love it here. I don't know what has happened to the place. A massive clean up is needed. It wouldn't take much to get it back up to scratch. We will try again in a month and hope it has improved

We often have lunch from here , they make really nice sandwiches , and the sausage rolls are our favourite .

Always like their pasties. The staff are really friendly. Its just always lovely to have a quick pasty in Greggs.

Nice to go into greggs - tables always being cleaned and wiped down - no loud music Coffee good as are the pastries.

normal fare of sausage rolls , sandwiches, and wraps . when I went was very crowded. had to wait in doorway to queue and theres no awning so if it starts to rain u get soaked

It’s just ok nothing really special about it but on the positive side you can add money by PayPal and use the app on iPhone and Samsung and purchase your food and drink with the app and it deducts your cash from the app

Who doesn't love a good ol' Greggs sausage roll? If it's a little cold, you can always ask them to heat it up!

The chain is famous for its hot pastries, sandwiches and sweet snacks. As a student of the Universities at Medways, it is a cheap and filling option for students. Love their caramel donut and yum yums. The potato bake is puff pastry filled with savoury potatoes. I love the warm and hearty taste of the bake.
