Dunkin Donuts in Medway

Although we usually can count on Dunkin’ for a positive experience and decent coffee, today we scored one out of two. The coffee was good but… 1) we had trouble communicating with the cashier 2) the property is worn out and needs serious refreshing 3) it was marginally clean 4) a person, who did not appear to be a customer, was very loud and appeared to be “ hanging out “ with one of the workers. I am sure we will find a different place to get coffee next time we are in Rochester.

Short on staffing, as anywhere nowadays, so don’t hold the wait times against them. The staff still busts their tail to provide awesome service and product! I came here every morning while on extended stay for Mayo. Coffee was always awesome and my food orders were perfect in temp and to my specifications! I highly recommend anytime you’re around here.

There was a basketball tournament in town. Despite having 4 staff on duty this place was overwhelmed however did a reasonable job of delivering! They were completely out of donuts and bagels and the "kitchen was closed" so you could only get about 10% of the things on the menu. Staff did a nice job despite.

So glad to have good coffee near our hotel. They did have a few problems with deliveries and kitchen staff so they didn't always have all their offerings available.

Located just off Mayo subway system. Great cheap way to get the best cup of coffee in the city. Geat staff.

While visiting Mayo Clinic, I stopped at Dunkin twice for afternoon coffee. The employees were super attentive, efficient, and friendly to everyone who came in during the time I was there. Their coffee was great. They also sell bottled water at a reasonable price, unlike some of the hotels in the area. Thank you for great coffee and great service.

I do not usually frequent chain coffee shops because I prefer to take my business to smaller local businesses. I almost never review chain businesses on Trip Advisor because they get plenty of exposure through their corporate advertising budget. I am contradicting both of those beliefs by saying that this shop is one you will want to visit. I am a monthly patient at Mayo, and I always stop at this shop after my treatments for a coffee treat. The manager and her staff at this shop go above and beyond to get orders out quickly and treat everyone like they are old friends.

Looking for coffee closest to my south Louisiana coffee , Here it is great coffee. Prices are very good at this place.

Good store for donuts, bagels, etc BUT...be careful if you order Hot Tea! The water they used was so hot it burned my lip through the plastic top before it ever got in my mouth. I do like hot tea but I definitely don’t want to be scalded! And...as I let my cup sit for a long while to cool off, the tea leaked out the bottom. Waste of money today...

Dunkinn Donuts at the Kahler is just a convenient stop in the Kahler Hotel. It's Average like the chain but the service was quick.

Located near the Methodist campus it is a great place to get your first cup of coffee and a donut or breakfast sandwich on your way to your first appointment of the day at Mayo. The staff is friendly, helpful, and prompt...exactly what one expects from Dunkin Donuts.

Hubby and I stayed at the Kahler for 3 weeks. Dunkin' was NOT our go-to coffee bar: the coffee across the street in the Mayo cafeteria is a lot better. What's more, the pastry we had with our take-out brewed coffee tasted like it was a day old. Sorry: can't recommend.

They have good breakfast sandwiches. Enough choices to keep it interesting. They also have a good choice of sugar free flavors for there coffee drinks

Okay donuts, okay coffee, okay service (well they screwed up one breakfast order). It provided breakfast because my hotel didn't.

It is nice to have a place that is fast and good. We have had their muffins, donuts and great coffee.

This Dunkin Donuts is about a half block from the Mayo Clinic and can be accessed through the underground subway system so you don't even have to outside to get there. They have the usual Dunkin Donuts menu and tend to get busy during the morning rush hour but wait time is not bad and the employees are very pleasant.

First time we went, 45 minutes before closing time we were refused service "because we've closed the kitchen." When we pointed out the time, we were told that they'd sold out of everything!

Super delicious donuts... this was just what the doctor ordered after a fast for blood work. Love the coffee and we had hot and cold coffee. This was a five star fast food experience but I just can't go five stars for fast food.

They are wonderful hot chocolate here order french vanilla, and they are great they go there they are great

Predictably good coffee and donuts at walkin down the street price. Always like the glazed. Virtually on the clinic campus friendly service asked how you were doing and waited for an answer

We very much enjoyed breakfast at Dunkin Donuts. I had a donut/croissant with my croissant breakfast sandwich and both were delicious. Dunkin was a much more affordable option for breakfast and was a nice change from the more standard fare. The coffee was also good and the service was excellent.

I have coffee with friends here every Monday morning. The ladies that run this place are always a delight. They always have a great greeting when we walk in the door. they keep the place very clean and make it a comfortable atmosphere. As busy as this place can get in the mornings, they always pull through with smiles, a kind word, great coffee and treats. They make each visit feel special. The staff is their greatest asset. The food and coffee are good too.

I love the options of a wonderful breakfast and the timeliness that it comes, always hot and fresh when you are in need of a great on the go. Thanks again!

I find them very dry and average. I love donuts, but have no problem passing on Dunkin Donuts. Kind of pricey for average donuts.

a good pick me up and cheap breckfast. Fun staff, great coffee. Great donuts.(forbidden treats.LOL) I recommend the old fashion donut with a cup of good coffee.

Tried two times to get a good donut. They were all dried out. Coffee was good though. Don't know about other stuff.

Accessible from Mayo w/o going outside, although bring a jacket as it can be on the cool side. Everything we had was excellent, affordable and fast.

I frequent this coffee house several times a week. It's completely out of my way, but they have the best Iced Coffee and friendliest staff!

What can you say about Dunkin Donuts? It was just what we expected! And a great location, right by the Mayo Clinic. Convenient!

I haven't been to a dunkin donuts since I was little, but the donuts were nasty, The frosting was awful, selection wasn't that good either. Quick and Convenient, but really not worth it.

Fresh coffee, fresh doughnuts, and good service. Such convenient access to Mayo...either above or underground access.

Grabbed coffee and a donut. Sat out on the patio. Its on a busy street down the road from Mayo clinic.

Stopped in for a quick morning bite here at this famous chain since there aren't any in Minneapolis and I have such fond memories of the decadent Bavarian creme donuts from a long time ago.Unfortunately, the quality of today's donuts left me a little flat. Both my Bavarian creme and Boston creme tasted bland and were quite dry. They definitely didn't taste fresh to me. Hopefully this was just an off day and not a trend. Nonetheless I left a bit disappointed.Not recommended.

Exactly what you would expect for a Dunkin Donuts. Good spot if you need a sweet treat. The service was good... friendly people.

We decided to get some delicious donuts to take back to the hotel and we were not disappointed. The friendly staff was helpful inus making our choices and the prices were a super bargain. Thank you ladies it was worth every bite meeting you!!!

I didn't expect it from Dunkin. Amazing hospitality. Nice and clean. This is really good place to snatch a mouthful. Good and tasty sandwiches and burrito.

Great tasting coffee but the food was burnt when we ate there. Staff not overly friendly either. Recommend for coffee but not food.

Was able to get a bite to eat without actually having to go to a restaurant and sit down. The chicken wrap was good.

The staff go out of their way to be friendly! The donuts are excellent. The donuts seem to go fast as the wide selection seems to diminish by mid-morning.

As usual 'Dunkin' had good donuts (which I only indulge in about once a year), plus good coffee which I was looking for after having something which resembled coffee in appearance at the hotel. No complaints about the very nice girls operating the store, extremely friendly and kind to an 'old' guy,

Stopped by for coffee and blueberry muffin. Of course, it was huge and loaded with berries! Very good. The inside is small and has this "unfinished" look but was clean. Coffe price was a tad high (IMO) for a small small ($1.69) but if I want cheap, there is always McD's :-).

I was craving some donuts one day when I was up at Mayo in Rochester. So shortly before 5pm I drove over to this dunkin donuts location. Upon arriving I found out they had ZERO, Zip, Zilch donuts in stock! They told me they had coffee or food items on there menu. I asked to speak to the manager. He told me it takes about an hour to make the donuts. I offered to buy a dozen or 2 to make it worth his while and I would be back in an hour to pick them up. He told me that he couldn't do that because they close at 8. I said but you said they take an hour so I can come back at 6 to pick them up. Then he proceeded to tell me that basically he just didn't feel like making the donuts but again that I could order a coffee or food item off the menu. I mean why put donuts in your name if your not even going to sell donuts? Rename this place Dunkin Coffee or change it to a coffee shop. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Typical Dunkin Donuts experience. Staff are reasonable friendly, although service is frequently slow due to recent management change.

I was disappointed with my breakfast. They cut the egg in half (litterly you can see it is only half) and the Canadian Bacon/ham was really thin. Donut selection was limited but coffee was up to DD standards! Yum yum!

The coffee is known for not over roasting their beans. Making it better than any other coffee in town. Huge selection of donuts.. something for everyone

As most of their restaurants, the donuts are great. Problem with this location is the location...it's far too congested. We've visited numerous times only to leave because the line is too long. They could open up a second store within Mayo Clinic itself and do whopping business, maybe relieving some of the overcrowding at this location.

The donuts were fresh and tasty and the coffee was great! The restaurant was out of many items that were on the menu. It was also very cramped for space. We are a huge fan of DD, but this one was just a little lacking in experience.

They run out of donuts early and don't make more, limited selection of donuts unlike other Dunkin Donuts.
