McDonald's in Tandridge

Fast service. And very tasty food.

Easy to order, quick service, clean tables, plenty tables. It is not technological McDonald like others. Because other McDonald shops have kids play area, game play screens and more. If you want just eat McDonald meal it is okay. This is not for family really.

Had better food from McDonald’s if that’s possible?

The food always takes too long to come, dirty sables and walls are filthy. I don’t recommend this Mcdonald’s.

Often when you ordered bacon and egg muffin via the instore ordering system, you get sausage and egg. If you don't check it before you leave, you end up with it.

Had to stop in clackets service as a child was taken ill on the bus. The lady from McDonald's was fantastic

Food was cold, looked like it had been in a plane crash and the member of staff almost threw my food at me. Also needs a good deep clean

Would never eat in McDonald's again

Chips were cold and like cardboard. Although there were only 2 other orders on the screen, it took an age to receive my order. There were chips on the floor around the table and in the time we were there, we didn't see anyone clean up. Sunday 13.30

Service quick, food steaming hot

The food was cold, and the best I got out of a staff member was a grunt. With the atmosphere of deserted ice rink, this place is a no go.

Its a service station McDonalds (with lots of other food options in the same building), so it's not exactly high class. But the food was delivered pretty much as expected and on time. Table cleanliness could be better though.

Good for a quick stop on the road

What you'd expect from Mcd's. Fast friendly staff. I was just perturbed by staff not using gloves while handling food/ wiping hands on aprons and clothing, etc. Sorry but I work in food industry and won't allow that in my establishment.

Stopped for a Mcdonolds. The place had no atmosphere. And it was expensive. Just what you'd expect of a motorway service station.

Chips were undercooked and chicken nuggets were cold

I quite often calm in here for breakfast as I’m on the M25 a lot. This morning I ordered via the app from my vehicle as I normally do (for the points), clicked “I’m here” as I walked into the building, nipped to the loo quickly on the way to McDonalds kiosk….. so a few minutes at best. I looked at the screen and my number wasn’t showing so I asked the woman at the counter if she could help me, instead I was met with a roll of the eyes then she pretty much THREW my order at me before walking off…!!!!!!!! I know it’s not exactly the Ritz, but there was no need for such rudeness. I didn’t get her name but see photo to identify her, she was wearing headgear. The food is always as good as you’d expect it to be from a McDonalds but this level of customer service is very poor.

Worst McDonald's ever, 15 mins for pancakes. He said sorry for your wait we had to cook them fresh... BS lol.

Had £5 special, good vfm, especially for motorway services

Nice stop over to get a snack or have a pit stop ,always good parking with alot of electric car chargers on hand ,good range of shops also .

It's fast, warm, and vaguely filling. Food is standard McDonald's - but it's always busy so food is usually freshly prepared. Computer ordering means no talking to anyone. Delivery of food is fast and requires little interaction. Condiments available at the side.

I don’t know what the indignant visitors who ordered one visit each expected to see here, but I had already been with my family twice (the second time was not planned, though). I agree that 10 minutes is enough to go through all the locations. But there’s no need for it anymore. If you want to take interesting photos, you can stay longer. As a result, you can spend 20 minutes in an unusual place. Quite an interesting interior. Maybe some items slightly do not correspond to their actual sizes (a jar of Nutella, for example). Well, these are minor things, and this is clearly not one star. Is the price 6 euros expensive? This is the price of one good ice cream! You can definitely visit once or twice.

Partially Blocked part of their access road but all of their drivers were very professional and helpful, making my job much less stressful. Thank you.

This is usually the only food place open at night. Did is adjusted cold and service is so slow. None of the staff are happy and no-one apparently wants to be there. Only go if you're desperate!

Manager, on the phone, no gloves, handling my food, talking while handling food, unaware that perhaps saliva is contaminating my food. Mentioned this too the lady on the front counter and she said that he does it all the time.. £11 worth of food straight in the bin.. waste of a lunch break

To be honest I use it whilst at work on the motorway...... its clean in the loo,s as every motorway services overpriced but e erything is available there as you would expect at at a services

Ordered mcflurry told there was none available after paying and told I could have a cheese burger. Instead, there was no chicken or milkshake 😕

On 11/24/18 I bought 2 MC crispy sandwiches for takeaway, I had already arrived when I checked what they gave me, there was neither salad nor any sauce in the sandwich! A sad £11.58. I just ate something dry 😔

You have to walk all the way through to the back to get to the toilets. Why not have the toilets near the entrance? So much time is lost walking around these places.

Cold chips and soggy bread on the burger. I will never return to this McDonald's. However, nearly 99% of McDonald's we visit offer excellent food.

On the east bound side I was given the wrong meal both times I've used this MacDonalds and I'm not sure but I think I heard the staff saying they would mix up the meals

Great McDonald's best in the area

Just as we had ordered food, all the power went down. No lights or power even phones went down.No clear instructions were given by staff apart from get out. I had to wait in the dark for my food then sit in the car in a picture black car park. No emergency lights inside or out

It's another modern style McDonald's, slow service and lukewarm expensive food, not a scratch on what MaccyD's used to be.

Besides a friendly table delivery service, this place is a yoke. They manage to destroy the easiest fast food experince by not even following their house manual on how to put the burgers together. for sure never again!!!!

The manager Tash was so abusive and rude. The staff were all poor standard. Have been trying to make an official complaint but McDonald's are too busy to deal with it. Macdonalds get your staff trained and on a leash! No paying customer deserves to be treated like this. Tash get yourself some personality help. Your attitude stinks. Come in macdonalds

Service cancelled be slow sometimes. If you use the drive through early am, be prepared to park up and wait 50% of the time

Daniel was absolutely amazing. Very Sincere and polite. First time back at McDonald's after a year (because previously colney car park fined me for being 3 mins overtime) I will go back to clacket lane again. Hope Daniel gets recognised.

Typically reliable McDonald's restaurant

As good as you'll get for atmosphere at a motorway services, with plenty of seating. I've been stopping here regularly since they opened, and by and large they're consistently fine. It's a McDonald's, so you get what you expect. There other fast food outlets on the site, by McDonald's stays open much longer (24h, I think).

Thee worst service's I have stayed at over night there is only McDonald's that is open when us truck driver's are stopping for the night shower are crap mobile signal is crap so can't watch TV in the evenings

Poor ,very poor . Over priced obstacle course and arcade. Tiny bumper car circuit. Didn't visit cinema. Most outlets closed .

What you can and should expect from a McDonalds.

Its a Macdonalds, expect food which is so sterile you can pop it into a time capsule for future generations to enjoy!

I did order to dine in and then was shouted at by a member of staff who told me I couldn’t sit in the Mac Donald’s area with my dog. There is a sign at the entrance of the services saying well behaved dogs welcome. There are no signs saying No Dogs in the restaurant area.

McDonald's food, pretty dire service station!

As a family we use this McDonald's a lot, it's in a good location and most of the time it is pretty good. Today was a shambles, clearly short staffed and tempers were short. Okay mistakes happen, how they are corrected is the important part. All our fries were missing, half the drinks, no dips for the cheesy mozzarella or Nuggets. Some of the dippers missing as well! Had to go back twice to get everything and not so much as a "sorry". Then of course half the food was cold by the time we got it all together! Hopefully, a one off and management should learn from this. Time will tell?

1,000 times better than the McDo at Cobham services. However, lackadaisical daisical staff clearly fed up. Burger over cooked and tough. No serviettes until I asked. On the up side they have new chairs and the café area looks less like a feeding room for the homeless.

3/4 full latte. Burger thrown together. 4 soft drinks 3 straws

Breakfast was great even if my husband did steal a bite of my hash brown.
