What you can and should expect from a McDonalds.

Asks for table service, unfortunately after 20 mins had to collect myself!

I did order to dine in and then was shouted at by a member of staff who told me I couldn’t sit in the Mac Donald’s area with my dog. There is a sign at the entrance of the services saying well behaved dogs welcome. There are no signs saying No Dogs in the restaurant area.

Its a Macdonalds, expect food which is so sterile you can pop it into a time capsule for future generations to enjoy!

The Costa staff are very friendly and helpful, all the usual facilities.

McDonald's food, pretty dire service station!

As a family we use this McDonald's a lot, it's in a good location and most of the time it is pretty good. Today was a shambles, clearly short staffed and tempers were short. Okay mistakes happen, how they are corrected is the important part. All our fries were missing, half the drinks, no dips for the cheesy mozzarella or Nuggets. Some of the dippers missing as well! Had to go back twice to get everything and not so much as a "sorry". Then of course half the food was cold by the time we got it all together! Hopefully, a one off and management should learn from this. Time will tell?

1,000 times better than the McDo at Cobham services. However, lackadaisical daisical staff clearly fed up. Burger over cooked and tough. No serviettes until I asked. On the up side they have new chairs and the café area looks less like a feeding room for the homeless.

Breakfast was great even if my husband did steal a bite of my hash brown.

3/4 full latte. Burger thrown together. 4 soft drinks 3 straws

I placed the order expecting a long wait ( huge crowd waiting). However, I received my order in about 3 minutes. Very quick service.

it's a service station macdonalds so I'm not expecting high standards but burger was cold despite customising the order and some of the items ordered on the automated machine didn't arrive so had to go back and ask for them. kids had happy meals and asked for a book but were given the toy. Silly things that are just down to not reading the order correctly. I get it, it's fast food, only it's not fast and it's often wrong.

It's Mucky D's it should never be rated more than 2 stars.

Took a long time for the order to come, and the tables were not very clean.

Service was slower today, display screens not showing orders being processed. People not wanting to order and pay via the screens had a wait for a staff member to process their order. Usually a smooth service so surprised at the delay today. A lot of Uber Eats and Deliveroo orders going out.

We ordered our food on the app and they bring it to our table which was fast and the food as always lovely.

I want the Burger I get to look like the advertising photos.

Food is inconsistent in temperature. Some times are cold sometimes piping hot. And you get parked up for couple of cheeseburger. McDonald's need to do better in the UK

Was not clean. Rubbish on all tables. Large group of clearly drunk or stoned or something'ed youths. Got overcharged by 40p tried explain to serving staff member but she could barely speak English so I just gave up. Needless to say, I will not be back!!

Food was good Ibur wouldn't say location was the best.

Motorway services so was very surprised that the food was actually hot freshly cooked also a member of staff showed us how to earn free/cheap meals so win win there

Not 24 hour as described, staff member said they had a ‘system update’. No sign or indication they are actually closed. No point coming here during the night L

If I could give zero stars I would. From long wait times to disorient staff this is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever stepped into. From order to collection took a disappointing 35 minutes only to be told “its too late to serve you porridge” Avoid this place unless you have time to kill.

I arrived at Clacket Lane to find McDonald's the only food outlet open. They were very busy as a result but even so it took 30 minutes for my food to arrive (after a panic as it disappeared from the board)... but my nieces order completely vanished and I had to ask 3 members of staff before I was asked for the receipt and they begrudgingly put together her order. By the time I got her order, my chips were cold and I didn't have the dip I had requested or the dip that should come with the mozzarella bites...

No, I didn't go to Macdonalds. I hate take away food. How google tracker gets things wrong.

Dreadful. Not one clean table and this is at 7.30pm with no customers sitting down. Food on the floors, rubbish everywhere as bins were full. Dirty trays where the condiments are. Would not eat there.

Decent food. Nicely cooked. Can’t complain at all.

My friend and I ordered a Happy Meal and a cheeseburger, along with a Triple burger. Unfortunately, the Triple burger was cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. The cheeseburger had no sauce, only cucumber, which was unexpected. Additionally, I had ordered two sweet chili sauces but received none. We were looking forward to our meal at McDonald's, especially after waking up early for a trip and being very hungry , this ruined my day and my friends . The lack of sauce made the Happy Meal unpleasant to eat, and it really put a damper on our day. I hope you can address these issues to improve the quality of service for other customers.

Very quiet and efficient service. I can’t say I enjoyed the breakfast wrap. Too much in a wrap.

The service here is particularly slow, and when my food was ready to collect the guy was so rude quickly saying that some items needed 5 more minutes. I asked why not my all food wasn’t ready at the same time to collect he repeated same phrase as before but shouting rudely this time! If he can’t handle stress he probably needs to change job.

Ordered a medium big Mac meal with toffee latte and potion of halloumi fries. Staff didn't put the halloumi fries what I noticed immediately but later in my car realised that they gave the wrong coffee. Staff couldn't even say hello or sorry for their mistakes. Awful experience.

03/24/2024 21:40 I come for the second time. I couldn’t figure out how to pay with a voucher from the parking lot, so I ordered it at the checkout. I am from Ukraine and speak Russian or Ukrainian, very bad English. Actually, here on a business trip you don’t even need to know. For some reason, a nice girl compared the Ukrainian language with Romanian and invited a colleague, probably from Romania. In the end, we figured it out through a translator. But the attitude was very disappointing: The order was not delivered completely, i.e. no juice. I waited about 5 minutes to get attention. Everyone just watched and ignored. Halfheartedly, he attracted the lady’s attention and simply showed the receipt with the juice and showed that it was out of stock. A guy who was probably from Romania and who was invited to communicate with me simply turned away when he was invited and showed that there was a problem. After the third attempt by me to call him, he simply left the hall. On top of that, only one employee was wearing gloves. Everyone else served and cooked without gloves, which is extremely unhygienic. I don’t understand how employees in the food industry can work without gloves? It is not known where they had been before. It is not known how much dirt and all kinds of infection are on their hands. I had to throw the entire order except a bottle of juice into the trash. Bottom line: I was left hungry and dissatisfied. Eating food that has been touched by hands after using the toilet or a dirty floor is not very pleasant for me. 100% disgusted with the McDonald's chain 🤮🤮🤮

Had a good meet and greet with both the order caller at the time and with Saow, the attendant at the cafe. Very good service, 4* as its McDonald's, and I can't justify 5* on the basis of it being... McDonalds Food... but the service was really cheery which made my morning :) Cheers Saow! Recommend the friendly vibes

As you can see the place looks open, we ordered on the app and submitted the order to be told drinks only and they are not open 24hrs. I said ok whatever just refund us and the shift manager said he couldnt refund us as we used our points on some of the items. We was really not happy and said he would need to sort something as wasnt our fault they didnt turn the app off etc. Then he changed his mind and said oh we can make the food but just not the fries, what a joke and the hours where only updated on google 6 weeks ago to 24hrs. The manager has confirmed its not 24hrs!!! Head office needs to look at this as previous reviews are stating the same issues. I am more then happy for someone to contact myself.

These people need to have a review on how they treat your food! When they wrap the food they squash it and make it look horrible

Slowest McDonald's in England. Unbelievably slow.

Ordered on app. Once arrived we were told they had shut and are were unable to cook food. Had to refund us. We shouldn't have been able to order on there first place.

Always use when the family are hungry when we are out

Just got a breakfast with a workmate and both muffins have come out solid. Inedibly solid. I don't know if it's yesterday's or what but there is no way this was freshly cooked just now. Yet another mcdonalds run by incompetent people. It's seems everywhere you go these days, people just don't care anymore...!

Staff were terrible, ordered via the app, popped to the loo, asked the staff why my order number was not on the screen, they said it was obviously not being prepared yet. Waited 5 minutes, no change, asked the same person to check, they had the order sitting out back, so had she bothered to check like I asked, she would have realised. They then missed off 3 drinks so had to return to get them. Terrible customer service.

Mac Donald's is a FAST food. Well nothing about being fast at all. It was very dirty too.

The food was ok, although I had half a piece of bacon in my chicken and bacon wrap. The service in there was disgusting, I had to pay cash as I forgot my card and the staff member there was incredibly rude. I gave him my cash and then he started talking to someone else and didn't give me my change, he come back to me and asked how he could help me as if I hadn't already ordered and payed(I did end up getting my change back). Unfortunately he didn't have a name tag so I couldn't name him however I remember him saying he was a sales supervisor but not only was he rude to me, but to the people I was there with too. I do not recommend this place and plan on not returning.

Popped in to grab some lunch and can’t believe they have employees telling you that they are closed. Not the first time here either. Should change the opening hours cos not 24/7 Lots of unhappy lorry drivers who have stopped and can’t get a Mc Donald’s.

I order porridge cappuccino and hash brown for table service. Worst thing was the tray was dirty and without any paper under food served. Harsh brown was come up from the bag to directly on the dirty tray. When I show them they change it. Unbelievable !

Was back on the motorway before I found a Mac plant in place of the bigmac I ordered! I felt violated!

Ordered 2 lattes. Mine was half full & didn't have any milk in it. I didn't realise before i took a sip and scalded my lip. The person should have seen this before putting the lid on!! I did get it replaced with a normal latte. Then we had 2 porridges which were luke warm. Every table was filthy. The bins over flowing and the floor dirty. Condiment stand was empty. Ended up getting sugar from Costa. There were only 2 staff working and another started while we were there. They were very busy. This mc ds is clearly in need of more staff!!!!

Being vegan I definitely wouldn't go into this place.

Just like the animals when they are led to the trough. The burger was catastrophically bad, the cheese was missing. The potatoes are cold, soaked in oil. Ice cream is delicious.

I didn't get my full order, I went to my car and it turned out that one Wrap I paid for was missing... Check your bags at the checkout

They are swamp but no use of gloves when handling food.

On the occasion we visited the food was as good as any other Maky D's and the tables were clean and the bin area was tidy and staff were friendly

Perfect service sometimes slow but the food is tasty love it❤

Turned up here quite late, needed a coffee and a bite to eat, not very busy, which is quiet nice, loads of self service ordering boards, all rather efficient, served quickly, nice seating area, looks all very clean, a good relaxing break.

Food ok, many tables and chairs needed clearing and/or cleaning, the kitchen floor aso needed clearing of rubbish debris and cleaning as did the sides of kitchen appliances, tables etc In the kitchen area

One of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Staff are nice enough but I have to ask for my receipt (for expenses) every single time because the self service machines are always out of paper. Condiments stand is generally always out of napkins. Not sure if this is because there aren’t enough staff out comes across very very shoddy!!

Do not get food from here, I ate the sweet chilli chicken wrap and got the worst food poisoning i've ever had! The chicken looked cooked so it must have been cross contamination

Will not be trying this mcdonalds again. My burgers were missing the bacon, fries were luke warm as was the coffee, and the coffee was overly strong and bitter.

This must be the dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever seen. There is food on the floor, being trodden all over. If they are just busy or short staffed it only takes a few seconds to sweep it up and a few minutes to clean the floor

Following with the usual McDonald's brand and theme, this outlet provided a speedy meal with adequate food. Atmosphere was flat but primarily due to it being a service station and part of a bigger range of onsite businesses.

False advertisement. Saying you are open until 2300 but it's closed at 2200. Poor service

No paper in ordering machines, so lots of customers speaking to counter staff. Order was ready very quickly, but fries were not hot so suggest they were waiting around before we arrived. No napkins or ketchup mini cups. The whole place was scattered with rubbish and debris and all the tables needed a wipe!! Ripped seats and all a bit tired really. Pretty poor all round sadly.

Very slow service waited ages for the food which was lukewarm when we got it

The slowest McDonald's ever! Staff move around like zombies, whilst queues grow. Never seen such a disorganised McDonald's. Things only improved when the manager stepped in to expedite the cooked food which was just sitting there with no effort to serve to the customers. Don't bother stop at Cobham services.

Well I mean it has to be a 1 star! We ordered double stacked meals, got single patties! People I was with received a quarter pounder and chicken wrap to start with. Then was rectified with (double stack) which was again a single patty. After mentioning to a member of staff he took those back and got doubles. And to top it all off! Can of coke. I mean they had to drink available except cans of coke! Thankfully a member of staff called Sean fixed it all for us. But this is hands down the worst McDonald's experience ever.
