McDonald's in Portsmouth

Kept delaying what time it was getting picked up then delivered all came cold.

Was really surprised paying £30 for 2 to get a McDonald's, I have not been in for a long time but I thought that was expensive. also went in on the £8 discount but did not get the discount.

3 meals, only 2 drinks turned up (medium sprint missing) all items of food were cold

Delivery was absolutely fine, food was awful. Burnt and tough Sausage McMuffin with no sauce received. Bacon McMuffin included egg, despite excluding it and it being printed on the wrapper, no breakfast for the person with food allergy..

Nice and hot! Nice delivery driver aswell

My food is stone cold McDonald’s made my order at 12:20 it gets delivered at 13:07. Just want to give me £3.37 for my £14 order are you ok? Absolutely terrible

Absolutely awful! Waited 45 minutes for food, when it arrived it was stone cold and had to re heat it ourselves, no sauces requested have been added. Completely disappointed

double delivery hash browns cold rest was fine

Bag was ripped, burger and fries all cold. Milkshake half full.

Food was cold, very slow service, none of the machines had receipt paper, badly managed McDonald's will give this place a miss second time same kind of lack of service.

The food was cold. No straws for milk shake and no sauce that was supposed to delivered. This is the wurst McDonald’s in Portsmouth. Every time it’s like this.

The food was all stale and cold. The delivery time stayed on 16 minutes away for about 45 minutes. Wasn’t worth the money to have waited so long, and it be stone cold and stale

We got our food an 1 hour late and all of our drinks were upside down most of the McFlurrys were empty. Also all of our food was cold. I would like to have refund for this mess.

I received just half of my oder the chicken nuggets happy meal not arrived

food came late, then when it arrived it was like the bags had been shaken up before given to me. the drinks had been spilt, and most of the food wasn’t even in the packaging the chips were not in the boxes just all at the bottom of the bag and one of the big macs couldn’t even be eaten as it was all over the place nothing in the box.

It was a long wait to get our food, all the Uber eats and delivery drivers were coming in and getting theirs first. the customers that were in the restaurant are not a priority.

Staff here in my experience are friendly and deal with large orders with different dietary needs. No complaints 🙂

To have a need to use a toilet at 6:30 in the morning and find one that was dirty, further more no soap to wash your hands it's not acceptable in a McDonald's restaurant. I travel a lot around the country and this was one of those "bad" experiences so to speak.

Didn’t even get sauce in my steakhouse burger

Haven't used the touchscreen before, found it really confusing, asked a staff member and was completely ignored. Kindly a fellow customer helped me out. Won't be visiting again 😞

Long wait for over cooked sausage & egg muffin. It was so dry part of the muffin had broken off and was missing.

We ordered a chicken nugget meal and additional box of 20 nuggets and although we selected which dips we would like we didn’t receive any dips.

Courier dropped the coffees tho how do I get a refund

the coke was flat, mcflurry melted and food strewn all over the bag.

What was worse is the fact everything was stone cold including the coffees. Luckily there's an invention called a microwave but that's not the point

always something missing now my little boy has no food and is crying it's all he eats

Food was barely warm salad not included in one of the burgers and delivery driver decided to open my front door, luckily for him my dogs were not running loose. Definitely would NOT use again

somehow my order was coming from Portsmouth when I'm sure I ordered local. Also, one of my items was wrong. I had to throw it away because I am allergic to ketchup. No point complaining, as breakfast had finished long before we got our order.

Late. Chips were cold, drink was spilt. Website would only refund me for the chips so now I've got half a drink which I've fully paid for. Not good enough.

Missing items. Don't order a meal, they forget half of it

Every time i order from this mcdonalds food is missing. How hard is it to pack what is on the screen a receipt??? Now had to order the missing meal and pay extra for delivery

Hi there, it says my order was delivered to the address however I’m in shared accommodation due to working down Portsmouth and I didn’t receive the order I placed

I ordered 2chips and received one and the food was not very hot when it arrived. The original time given was not amended until an hour later.

Probably the worst McDonald’s around, don’t eat a lot of McDonald’s, but kids love it so go along with it. This was an UBER eats order, got delayed ok fair play appreciate that the restaurant was busy. Receive the order from the nice chap bags felt light, check order the McFlurrys were there 👍 but a completely different order was in the bag🙄, take order to restaurant myself, they offer to cook whole order fresh, ok thank you very much, wait a bit longer in the restaurant a bag handed to me lovely thank you very much, get home yes ok maybe I should have checked the bag before I left, but BEHOLD no fries. This isn’t the first time we have had problems with this McDonald’s but I feel some area managers or head office need to get down there and have a good sort out. uber staff need a seperate collecting area, taking up space in the restaurant talking loudly On phone calls when people are eating, eating in not a nice experience, I feel I’d get a better response from one of the chicken nuggets rather than one of the managers, when I spoke to them the problem was immediately delegated to a young member of the counter staff. Won’t be using this branch again but who cares.

Meal arrived cold and needed microwaving. Both large containers of chips were only just half full .

Absolute Shocking, had my granddaughter stay over. Everything was cold, milkshakes were warm mush. Will never order again

The drinks to begin with where not full and where in fact half full to the point it’s a joke. The food was barely even warm to the point you might as well say it’s cold. Both mine and my partners burgers had barely any topping in it. Staff were extremely rude and dismissive to all the points just listed Wouldn’t recommend coming to this maccies much better ones around the area
