McDonald's in Portsmouth

All of my food was cold which i think is unacceptable when the order cost just over £34

Food came cold. Waited well over an hour.

Cold weather under portioned and missing items

always something missing now my little boy has no food and is crying it's all he eats

Food was barely warm salad not included in one of the burgers and delivery driver decided to open my front door, luckily for him my dogs were not running loose. Definitely would NOT use again

Food is freezing drinks are flat

somehow my order was coming from Portsmouth when I'm sure I ordered local. Also, one of my items was wrong. I had to throw it away because I am allergic to ketchup. No point complaining, as breakfast had finished long before we got our order.

Late. Chips were cold, drink was spilt. Website would only refund me for the chips so now I've got half a drink which I've fully paid for. Not good enough.

Hi there, it says my order was delivered to the address however I’m in shared accommodation due to working down Portsmouth and I didn’t receive the order I placed

I ordered 2chips and received one and the food was not very hot when it arrived. The original time given was not amended until an hour later.

Meal arrived cold and needed microwaving. Both large containers of chips were only just half full .

Probably the worst McDonald’s around, don’t eat a lot of McDonald’s, but kids love it so go along with it. This was an UBER eats order, got delayed ok fair play appreciate that the restaurant was busy. Receive the order from the nice chap bags felt light, check order the McFlurrys were there 👍 but a completely different order was in the bag🙄, take order to restaurant myself, they offer to cook whole order fresh, ok thank you very much, wait a bit longer in the restaurant a bag handed to me lovely thank you very much, get home yes ok maybe I should have checked the bag before I left, but BEHOLD no fries. This isn’t the first time we have had problems with this McDonald’s but I feel some area managers or head office need to get down there and have a good sort out. uber staff need a seperate collecting area, taking up space in the restaurant talking loudly On phone calls when people are eating, eating in not a nice experience, I feel I’d get a better response from one of the chicken nuggets rather than one of the managers, when I spoke to them the problem was immediately delegated to a young member of the counter staff. Won’t be using this branch again but who cares.

The drinks to begin with where not full and where in fact half full to the point it’s a joke. The food was barely even warm to the point you might as well say it’s cold. Both mine and my partners burgers had barely any topping in it. Staff were extremely rude and dismissive to all the points just listed Wouldn’t recommend coming to this maccies much better ones around the area

Absolute Shocking, had my granddaughter stay over. Everything was cold, milkshakes were warm mush. Will never order again

We were in for food at the same time a large group of school boys came in. The male manager on shift handled the young boys so professionally. He was polite and firm with them in order to keep order and overall went out of his way to make their experience as smooth as possible. It was lovely to say and I hope he gets his fair credit for this.

My partner brought her grandchildren in for a treat and wished she hadnt..the double cheesburger had to be checked for 2 burgers and looked like it had been kicked around the floor the deluxe vegi burger was overcooked and very dry..£18 not well spent...this complaint will be sent to head office....

It's a McDonald's! What you see is what you get. I enjoyed my breakfast bap which was on a ciabatta bun. The coffee was fine. No complaints. Handy Podpoint charger in car park.

Chips were soggy and cold, McFlurrys were melted, chicken nuggets were stone cold. mc Crispy burger didn’t have any mayo or lettuce. Big Mac, one of the burgers was only half a burger. Absolute rip off

Fast food in this day and age should be easy to do, you go in, you order, your food gets given to you, now there’s a song and dance. They have universal heating cabinets and a chart to state what food is kept until a certain time, so why was my double sausage and egg McMuffin half mummified and half dripping in grease. Coffee was cold because they made it when I ordered and left it until my food was ready.

Went in there tuesday morning ordered mcmuffin and drink the guy who was making the muffin licked his fingers first then made and wrapped up the mcmuffin i went mad had a go said they didnt know about health and safety and hygiene he apologised i said dont bother you are in a food restaurant went in weds morning to see the manager around 615ish a girl with glasses white shirt came to the counter in no hurry then ignored me to serve she then said what do u want i explained what had happened and no apologiy at all very abrupt really said there is our email for that place make a complaint but ill go to head office place it, it is disgusting they dont wear aprons hair nets or gloves theres staff who have walked in to start work in there coats hanging around the food prep area with god knows what germs on them from outside its disgusting and dirty i would not eat there again they dont give a shit about what or how they serve should be shut down if a staff member done that to every meal they served to kids and families god knows the germs they would get disgusting vile have no clue about food hygiene braking so many laws

Went through the drive through when it was empty. Two customers went to the other side of the drive through and got served before me, even though they both arrived after me. I didn’t order in the end and went to KFC. Greeeeeat customer service, well done. Ronald McDonald is a clown, that doesn’t mean you have to hire them too.

For a restaurant that’s 5 minute drive away shocking how the food was stone cold !

I waited 25 for what equated to a 3 item order with 2 drinks. This was during breakfast at 10:20am. During this time, people who had ordered after me with double the amount of food recieved their orders and were happily eating. There was no awareness from the team on store side of the length of time that I had waited until I stepped forward and complained about the wait. The staff member went to find out what was happening but at peak time on the weekend it should be a member of management on service side to be able to react appropriately and help expedite. I asked for a refund to which another staff member seemed bemused at. While I dealt with the manager, I could see the staff scrambling to put the order together that clearly just needed organising. The manager didn't offer any recompense apart from the refund even though the food was ready the whole time. I will seriously reconsider using this store in future

Stone cold food and like warm coffee

Very bad behaviour specially the manager is very rude and take so much time and the staff behaviour towards delivery drivers were too bad

Placed an order over an hour ago, it took 35 minutes for my food to start to be prepared. Delivery took nearly 30 minutes and the driver was rude and the food was cold.

Where to start... Please note we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time of ordering... 10:15pm ish. On entry, we were asked in a rather confrontational manner by a lady cleaning the restaurant as to whether we were eating inside or not. Not sure what difference it made as the restaurant seemed clean and tidy and was empty of customers. All we can assume is that she was hoping we would be taking our food with us so she could get back to doing what she was doing which looked a lot like sitting down and doing nothing. Food was okay but not hot, we had to get it all replaced with hot food (which was barely warmer than the first batch). We were hungry and tired otherwise I'd have asked for a refund. Service was nice initially, the electronic kiosk box thing was really polite. The service then took a proper nose dive after we asked for our food to be hot, or at the very least not cold. Pretty sure the burger needs to be warm enough to melt the plastic cheese? Glad I don't live in this area as I'd hate to have to endure this place on a regular basis. Shame on you Ronald. Must do better.

The last 3 orders I have never received a single Toyota ketchup. I've ordered the sharer box but never one dip or ketchup sachet. Imagine how United you would be with £26 of takeout food with no dips or ketchup. It sucks.

I was having a issue with my delivery order taking too long to get to me, so I phoned the store, asking for help, they were very polite and helped me throughout, even phoning me back with a update which had been resolved, 10/10 customer service I didn't get the name of the manager who helped me but they are amazing at their job Thank you
