food was bad. over £80 of food ordered and missed food off our order, was being rude. refused to deliver again after saying we would have to pay again he said it would take ten minutes before then, was very rude its good for a couple of orders after that terrible. would never order from here again horrible to customers.

Ordered a big meal for my family and in the order we got 4 wraps our order came and we had a missing wrap and missing box of kebab we rang them up and they tried making us pay more to have our missing items sent back out to us, when our whole order was £84 and they missed out the items they rung us again and when we said “so one of our family members won’t be eating because of your restaurant not giving us our right food we ordered” and their response was “okay then bye” won’t ever order from here again food was also stone cold.

Ordered £45 worth of Mexican food from 'La Lupe' on deliveroo. It turns out it came from these jokers. When it arrived all but 2 of theitems were stone cold, like just out of a fridge cold. I called them to complain, the guy who answered wasn't the least bit sorry offered no apology at all and just kept blaming the delivery driver. Absolutely shocking service, and the food, as well as being stone cold, was pretty awful, typical cheap kebeb shop take away crap. I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone, do not buy any food from this place, you will be very disappointed.

I had the most disgusting pizza in my life. So much cheese. It's basically bread with melted cheese on top and some toppings randomly put on top. Would not recommend at all

Waited 25 minutes for a lamb donner and a chicken shish. I go chicken shish as its supposed to be just chicken this had a spicy coating on it, too much, not nice, worst chicken shish ever had.

Order throught waterlooville eats no chicken fillet or chips meal no lamb mixes donor an when u call the restaurant the phone rings dead also pizza is disgusting an cold along with the chips we recived all for the grand some of £50 to,not even get what we paid for an now carnt even speak to anyone !!!

Do not order from here. The chicken kebab was absolutely terrible. The meat was dry and tasteless, as if it had been left out for days. The seasoning was bland, with no hint of the flavors you would expect from a decent kebab. The vegetables were wilted, adding nothing to the dish. Overall, the entire experience was disappointing. The owner clearly doesn't care about the quality of their food. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It clearly has no regard for food quality or hygiene. Avoid this place at all costs

I did a takeaway for lamb doner kebab from here. It is an absolute disaster. The meat was greasy and tasted rancid, clearly of extremely poor quality. The seasoning was off, leaving an unpleasant, almost sour taste in my mouth. The pita bread was stale and crumbled apart with each bite. The salad was wilted and soggy, and the sauces were overpoweringly bad, failing to complement the kebab in any way. To make matters worse, shortly after eating, I felt nauseous and ended up vomiting. This place is a health hazard and should be avoided at all costs. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Futhermore I will report it to the council and food safety organisations as well.

The pepperoni pizza was absolutely awful. The crust was soggy and undercooked, making it a chore to eat. The pepperoni slices were greasy and tasted like rubber, clearly of the lowest quality imaginable. The cheese was unevenly melted and had a strange, artificial taste. The entire pizza was a greasy mess that left an unpleasant aftertaste. They clearly doesn't prioritize quality or customer satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal.

The half pounder egg burger, which they boast as their special dish, was nothing short of disgusting. The patty was dry, overcooked, and flavorless, resembling a charred hockey puck. The egg was rubbery and tasted stale, as if it had been cooked hours earlier and left out.🤮 The bun was soggy and fell apart instantly, making the burger impossible to eat without a mess. To make matters worse, the toppings were limp and tasteless, with wilted lettuce and a sad, mushy tomato. It's shocking they even dare to call this their special dish. This place is a culinary nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Never again, order online is rubbish, have to leave notes to have sauce or salad. Food wasn't great at all. Meat must have been kept warm in a grease ridden baymaire🤮 chip in kids meal under cooked.

I don't ever write reviews but this was tragic. Over one hour late delivery, my chicken was over salted, tough and full of slimy bits. My partner and I had to order a second takeaway as it was totally inedible.

Absolutely disgusting. I have never had such a disgusting chicken kebab before. Food had obviously been cooked the day before, it was burnt, dry and rock hard. Salad was non existent with pickled red cabbage 🤢. We have used goodfellas many times and the food has always been good. New management we wont be ordering again.

This is for Fiesta Mexico that operate out of the same kitchen. I ordered via Havant and Waterlooville Eats and was told to expect delivery at 7:15pm. The order was marked as complete at 7.25pm and when I phoned they just said it was out with the driver. It arrive at almost 8.30pm and as absolutely stone cold and disgusting. I contacted Havant Eats to inform them and they advised they spoke to the restaurant who were not willing to compensate us but would cook the food again for us. I don't want the same food again two nights in a row and certainly not from a place that let me down so poorly.

Myself and a couple of friends from work tried this place a couple of Fridays ago as a lunch treat and it was fantastic, we went back the next Friday and are likely to do this regularly now which says it all. The meat was well seasoned and chard perfectly. The salad is lovely and fresh too. Friendly service and reasonably priced. I relocated to Portsmouth just over a year ago and haven't been able to find somewhere that did a good shish kebab, my search is over!

Used to be a great takeaway service and food. But now they say the food is with you on just eat when it is no where near us after an hour of waiting. 2nd time in a row. Won't be ordering from here again.

Made a large order through the Havant&Waterlooville app, on a Sunday evening. The order came 15 minutes early hot&fresh, all items where present and correct. Lovely food, great service, friendly delivery. My order was as follow, extra large mixed donner, extra large grilled kofta, kids nuggets and chips, two small portions of chips and a mixed salad, couldn't say a bad word about it. Just watch the delivery fee, though to be fair, we are quite a distance away.

Don’t bother, for the price of it it’s not worth it tiny portions for the price. Large chips are tiny. Called up to querying just palmed me off. Stay clear not worth it!

Might be the worse kebab I’ve ever had everything was rock hard and the chips were soggy, the chicken poppers just tasted like grease. Terrible meal I’ll never order here again

Ordered from here on Friday night and order was very fast, almost too fast!. Upon starting to eat the food my son discovered the bottom of his pizza was raw dough and ended up throwing it away. My lamb donner was so hard and dry it certainly did not taste like it was fresh and that also went in the bin. On top of that my husband has spent the last 24 hours with D&V. It could be coincidence but safe to say we won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered food at 6:20pm it turned up at 9pm. Don’t know what happened but 2 hours 40 minutes isn’t acceptable. The food was obviously cold as well. Only reason it’s 2 stars is because the food wasn’t actually bad. Don’t accept orders if you’re too busy

For 3 Doner kebab, they need 45 minutes to prepare, that was to fast😂, I can do better anyway it was first time and last time for me to buy from you guys, poor in everything 🥴

Delicious Indian food in affordable prices

Hi My partner and i have been coming to this kebab shops for 2 years now and always enjoyed the food it always been great every time,we travel from the far side of Denmead and eat in mainly but have had a takeaway as well but food and service has never changed its always been cooked perfectly and always a happy ,friendly bunch ,we have kebab shops closer but nowhere near as good .

First time ordering from this place. Safe to say it'll be the last. Doner meat arrived hard. Salad was non existent. And my poor sister bit into bone. Absolutely disgusting. Only gave one star to leave a review 🤮

do not go here if you have coeliac disease! just moved to the area trying to find places safe to eat for my fiancé who has coeliac disease, called in advance as i did many other kebab places in the area, was reassured that they would do everything to prevent any chance of cross contamination from gluten (told me what products were safe to eat that the uses separate utensils and work areas and that the bread isnt toasted where the meat is grilled) when i got there pitta was being heated on the grill so talked to the guy behind the till to make sure my order would be kept safe he said not to worry the order would be kept safe and clear of gluten, watched him use separate utensils and work area so sat down, got home open my order to find heated pittas on the order. yet another place that doesn't take auto immune disease serious and clearly thinks your just an awkward customer... not returning, threw food away and had a microwave meal

Order Saturday 14th May and the food arrived slightly late. The donner kebab and garlic bread were really good quality however the pizza was burnt to the point it could not be eaten!! £14.99 for something that is inedible!! Will be in contact for refund of this item.

Nice clean shop, very friendly staff. I ordered a combo kebab, chicken shish with lamb doner. Salad was nice and fresh with ample amount of tomato and cucumber. Chilli sauce was very nice, lamb doner was very tasty and not greasy, the chicken shish was over cooked, dry and burnt, pitta bread come separate and was uncut cold and stale. Not the best kebab by far but not the worst either. Overall not bad value for money if the chicken had not been incinerated.

There food is good from past order....but..... Ordered food tonight (17-1-2020) at 1750.... Expected delivery 1845..... Now 1930 and we're still waiting but says on just eat it was delivered at 1817 and no delivery. This is our 2nd order from here and it is the 2nd time this has happened. Just phoned them....order has not even been processed. Joke!

AWFUL they put a orange colours powder on all chips.. even though you dont ask for it. Burger buns were rock hard and my kids burger meals the burger was all falling apart. The chips looked and tasted like they had been reheated When I rang them they were rude.
