McDonald's in Torbay

I orderd a mc crispy & a double big mac got 2 mc crispys & still haven't recived a re fund from a previous order where I payed 4a mc flurry but didn't recive it

Missing items and incorrect items

My son’s main meal was missing. Unfortunately , each time there is something missing in our order

chips, burger not even hot. poor quality

Person delivering had a kid in the car and some one else meaning I had to leave my children inside to go and get there food

My order just didn't have the Minecraft collectibles that come with the meal, we reckon mcdonalds didn't put them in or the driver took them, because there's no way you make the Minecraft meal and don't have the main part of it missing

this may be the first time EVER the order has been spot on, not overly hot, but not cold, sauces that we're requested and food made the way I ordered. delivery driver was polite and professional.

Food was good. Service was excellent, atmosphere, I only gave 2, as I was going via a drive-thru.

Initially, when I placed the order, it said there was a courier at the restaurant and it would be 20 minutes. Every time I checked on it, the order was being prepared and the courier was there. It came freezing cold!! My advice, dont prepare the order until the courier is available. It’s actually ruining the reputation of a good Maccies!

Food arrived cold, missing sauces and covered in our drinks which had spilt all over the food.

Everything ordered turned up. Winner. Chilli cheese burger Ned’s to be a Quarter pounder. Best burger they do.

The ap said 20-30 mins. Driver changed the road and stopped elsewhwere. He probably had another delivery. We were not upset. Just a comment

We went through the drive-through for lunch after visiting the hospital. In just a few minutes we were served and parked up to eat. The fries were hot and tasty. My Big Mac was wonderful and my wife's quarter pound with cheese was excellent. The chocolate shake was thick, cool and tasty. The best McDonald's meal we have had.

I paid for extra bacon and there was no bacon at all

Hiya I recently submitted a refund request on part of my meal as when it arrived I didn’t have half of my meal and this really impacted the evening as we had four kids that were really tired and needed to go to bed but they had to stay up longer as they didn’t have their full meals. We also do this once every three weeks for the kids as a treat as we have had a really rough time as a family. But my request was denied I’m really not happy about this as it’s just not acceptable

Does what it says on the tin - table service is often slow (others services seem to get preference)

Items missing from our order again

The meal itself was great but the delivery driver couldn’t find the address therefore food was late and slightly cold but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. I also had to go right out to the car again as they couldn’t find the address even after messages exchanged and the address being on here.

Absolutely terrible driver must of been in a car crash! I have received what is fit for the bin well over half of the food missing and that I did have looks like it’s been pulled straight from the bin! My one of 5 drinks to not turn up! Was spillover

I never got my order as suddenly the milkshakes became unavailable. I tried to cancel the order after i noticed it but it wouldnt allow me to. They haven’t refunded me and when i email them about it they don’t even have the decency to email me back. Disgraceful behaviour

I have fibromyalgia and was having a severe pain day so gave very good instructions to my front door but the delivery driver didn't even get out the car to try and get to my door before calling me asking me to come out so made me cause myself even more pain to walk through the garden to get my delivery. other drivers have easily come straight to my door with less instructions so I know it isn't too complicated but he didn't even try

Useless AGAIN !!!! Burger looks like it was thrown together by a chimpanzee. Stone cold fries. Totally melted milkshake. Couriers fault as he did a delivery before mine so obviously waited while that order was prepared and mine was already done. More hard earned money chucked away.

Awful service delivery driver sat outside my house on the road opposite for 5 minutes so I went to go out as I did he reversed back and went to drive off the other direction I caught his attention by waving but all food cold and missing stuff

speedy delivery and food was hot very pleased.

Food was cold and half of order was missing

For many years I ate MacDonalds regularly, maybe once a week. Today I went in for a cup of tea my first visit in maybe twenty years. It was really one of those future you thanking you moments. The decision at the time to move away from ultra processed food was the right one, I have no colesterol, run ultra marathons, have cycled the world and completed many through hikes. And although when I quit junk food it seemed tough, looking back that last Big Mac was a truly happy meal. The staff on this visit were good and attentive.

Chicken nuggets were missing, everything was cold & the burgers looked like they were just thrown together. Very disappointing food but delivery was great. Delivered on time & driver was friendly & polite.

We saw delivery driver on map it took them over 10 minutes to ring as they where most then it took them another 15 minutes again on top so all my food was stone cold and a drink half spilt

Not the usual slick service today. Seemed to be problems with a machine? Our order showing ready ages, but discussion goin on near service area, then saw lad carrying ours chatting to another lad. Then apologies as no zero calerie drink, then ages getting replacement. As a result chop were only just warm.

They never put my dips in which ruined my meals had to eat a share box with no sauce so half of it went in the bin

Slow to get orders out then missing food and chips always cold

Probably the worst delivery we’ve had. Ordered at 12.12pm and didn’t arrive until 1.25pm. The food was on its way for over half an hour (a car journey that takes less than 10 minutes) and the food was stone cold when it arrived. Wish I could have cancelled it to drive there myself and pick it up. It would have been much quicker and a lot cheaper. Won’t be ordering again.

I ordered a meal for a family of four. I had unwanted things in my burger, so did my son, someone else got a completely different order that we didn't order at all and the meal was stone cold. Tried to let McDonald's know so they could correct the problem but I was unable to do so. I feel ripped off, especially even more so since ordering food these days is ridiculously expensive. No one has got back to me, no one cares. I feel fleeced. This isn't the first time I've ordered on the app for a delivery, but it will be my last. The only two times I've ordered on their site and both times have been a disaster.

My food has not been delivered

Popped in while in the area for the weekend. It was clean and tidy even though there was a steady stream of customers in the shop and going through the drive thru. Ordered food on the self serve screen and it was ready within 5 minutes. Food was nice and hot. Used the loo’s, they were ok, although no loo roll and area around the sinks was dirty. Only 2 disabled parking bays which is disappointing for the size of the shop. Other than that it was a typical Maccies really.

Courier was very kind about the situation (we are disabled and unable to meet at door of locked building). very appreciated kindness.
