Food was a good temperature, good delivery time and driver was polite and friendly. Thankyou

Didn’t get my food at all he then sat on his phone for 10/15 outside my house when I stood in the cold waiting to tell me he hasn’t got my order and offered me a co op dilivery instead witch I did not take ! not been refunded at all had to re order everything and pay again and then it was all cold absolutely grim and very unhappy

Very slow delivery times, cold chips and barely warm burgers. Poor service.

absolutely shocking. £35 worth of food missing. only sent drinks. asked for a refund 3 times ans still not heard anything back. will never be using this app again

Lovely driver, order intact and on time

My food was delivered on time compared to the end time I was given but I was annoyed that the delivery time consistently changes as I was hoping for it to arrive before midnight and it ended up arriving 10 minutes past midnight which was not great, my food also consisted of the bbq wrap which is supposed to have bacon in it, and it did not arrive with bacon in the wrap, overall I enjoyed my food though. I hope in the future it arrives on time and I hope to receive my whole order not parts of it.

My partner ordered herself a McDonalds it came it was stone called they only put one drink missing straws or anything like that

all three happy meals cold, adults meal cold (all food items cold). missing banana milkshake, no BBQ sauce as ordered and no straws for drinks

this is not the drivers fault I tried to cancel it multiple times before the driver was even assigned and it would not let me. it went to the wrong address and I was talking to the driver

kept changing times when it would be delivered, left the restaurant and then did not update, arrived an hour late and was cold and soggy, quality was shocking and off putting

This is absolutely disgraceful! Both our burgers were improperly prepared (squashed half way out of the boxes) and my drink was only half full due to it being thrown in a bag and it going all over our food! I have never experienced a worse prepared and delivered meal in my life! My friend and I are celiac hence the no buns on the burgers so usually have to eat them with a knife and fork, even this was difficult with the absurd shambles this order was in!! Horrifying service, you pay for your food, then the delivery fee and then the service fee just for it to be the worst meal of your lives!

Delivery on estimated time but very late

courier went to the wrong address. The food was stone cold and I highly doubt it even warm when it left McDonald's as the processed cheese wasn't even slightly melted to the burgers!

the milk in the coffee was off avoid this place if you like coffee that's good tasteing

By far the best meal we've had from any branch. Fresh, hot and quick turn around from the staff.

Every drink we had ordered was completely smashed in with hardly any drink left in them the bag was pouring with coke and inside was swimming all the delivery driver could say was um im sorry all sauces was missing I’ve never had a delivery like it after paying over £60 for this and our meals to be ruined with coke leaking on food not a happy customer at all

Breakfast bun was congealed and the sausage was overseasoned masking the poor quality meat. Hot chocolate was undrinkable. Lukewarm, oily and tasted of water rather than chocolate, which I doubt had played any part in the dishwater coloured apology for a beverage. Won't be returning to this branch

We were told the order had been delivered but it hadn’t. Then almost 15 minutes later the doorbell rang and the food arrived. By now the food was lukewarm and the McFlurry’s were almost melted.

The drink has split and spilt all over the food making the food wet and cold

All 4 of my sauces weren't put in there including an extra ketchup with I paid for. It's only 10p but over the last few months I've probably wasted about £5-6 on sauces that never turned up. Food is great and delivery time is great, it's just that my sauces are missing 95% of the time
