McDonald's in Torbay

forgot my dip and food was cold.

Food missing, when macdonalds was called they said nothing they could do about it as I used a 3rd party. No one to contact and just a reimbursement option, which is no good to anyone when food was ordered and not delivered so people went hungry. Disgraceful

Order never arrived. Absolute shambles just eat is and drivers are useless

Didn’t give us hash browns that was promised in the deal we ordered

Can I get another order resent to me please my driver saw me and drove off with my food as I was hanging out of my window in broad daylight I would like to have another order sent to me please right away.

Why prepare the food and leave it an 1hour before delivery? The hottest part of the meal was the milkshake. Totally useless

never arrived parked up the top of road and just drove off ,now to late to reorder!

but why whenever I order the phililycheese stake do they not keep the cheese on this is the 5th time they just put the sauce on but the keep the cheese on it 🤔

If your going to order for delivery don't bother they never get it right always items missing, getting refunds for missing items is a joke....

Absolutely discussing services , told the delivery guy on the door it was wrong but no care and said ring McDonalds an rang mc donalds for no care to say ring just eat . I have a family of 7 here now hungry with the last bit of money i had for food taken . What an absolute disgusting service !!

food took ages to come time kept switching on when it was arriving it was all wet and cold chips were upside down in the bag was just not nice food at all.

Hi Jenny, I can't really say much about this McDonald's other than they have a tendency to keep missing out items in orders both on delivery and eating and takeaway orders.

MCDonalds Staff put two McFlurrys on top of each other causing all ice cream to cover other McFlurry and leaking everywhere

Delivery arrived very quickly. But the food was stone cold! Must of been sitting in McDonald’s for a while. Delivery driver was friendly!

Absolute joke of a meal! Order was clearly handled ok by the delivery as the zipped shut paper bags were immaculate….. However, inside the boxes were closed and half of one of the burgers, bun, lettuce and mayo just lobbed in the top of the bag!!

Delivery kept changing time,when it arrived the coke was half empty the food was cold and the chips had no taste to them at all. Really poor effort

Can't rate the food here as after being stood and ignored whilst delivery drivers got served for 15-20 minutes I got a refund and left. I ordered at the big screens as is the usual deal now in Maccas. That's fine and I don't mind in McDonald's to be honest. But the receipt with my number doing come out which again, does happen pretty often. I was no 12 but wasn't quick enough to take a snap of this. Anyway, I decided to wait up by the counter " just incase". I was there a while and there was plenty of seating when I went in but this started getting taken up as it was getting busier. I noticed loads of delivery orders being seen too as well, so this was taking loads of the busy staff serving away from the customers waiting to sit or already seated. I was watching and my number didn't seem to be moving. I didn't order anything odd or out of the ordinary. After some time, I figured at least 15 minutes, I decided I had lost patience. I went up to the counter and asked that I could have my money back. I said what number I thought I was and was told that had only been placed 2 minutes ago. I assured them I had been stood there some time. I double checked what was on the order and that was more order it seemed. I said that there must be something wrong with their system as mine must not be moving. I said that I would like my money back as I no longer wished to wait. I also said if they are busy like that, they should have different hubs just for delivery as it's wrong that all those delivery orders jump the queue ahead of customers that come in and stand there. It's been a while since this has happend now post COVID and I thought most businesses had moved away from this to be honest. I think there was genuinely a glitch that contributed to my order not moving too but it was a frustrating experience. The staff were fine and refunded me , no problem.

When ordered delivery time was 15-30 mins. Order turned up after over 40 minutes. This seems to be a consistent issue when ordering from this restaurant. Food had been completely squashed when it arrived and the fries tasted like soap!!

Standard McDonald's, fast service and food as expected. It has a nice little play area at the front for children, sadly it isn't suitable for toddlers.

asked for plain cheeseburger got everything on it so can't eat it & only Luke warm. this is the 2nd time this has happened. won't order again! Awful!

Absolutely ridiculous over an hour wait for cold food all stone cold chips were not even cooked properly this is the last time I will use JUST EAT AND HELE MCDONALDS I’m absolutely furious never again will I use ether.

Pre ordered 2 hours before and still managed to be 30 odd minutes late. Don’t usually have a problem with this McDonald’s but everything was freezing, some of the chips were underdone and just ended up chucking most of it in the bin because didn’t taste that great. Waste of money to be honest

Estimated delivery 1 hour thrn hslf hour late. Food stone cold. My burger missing pickles and cheese on top. Shakes were liquid. Had to warm up foid but ruined. Worst mcdonalds ive ever had and 1 1/2 hour waiting ridiculous.

Are we short on sauce ? Like everytime I order extra sauce I dont get not even the free one 😂

when you ask for extra mayo and basically get none and a couple of old bits of lettuce also my chicken mayo was flat and cold along with my chips that was soggy not happy it went in the bin so £1.99 refund was a joke I never mentioned the big mac meal which was not hot not sure if the chips were reheated to be honest.

Large fries cold and only half a box, classic large coke 3 quarters full but flat and tasted so bad like flat coke zero yuk. Chicken big mac and mozzarella sticks luke warm but edible. Why can't mcds ever get their coke classic balance right!?

The driver turned up outside the house then drove off. Never delivered the food and drove off and was sat on torr hill road according to the tracker so i went to see said driver and no one there. Believe he was in one of the flats absolutely fuming

Don’t say 20-30 minutes delivery if you can’t keep to that!!! I could have walked there sat down and eaten and walked back in the time it took!!

My driver delivered to a house the other side of my town which led to when he eventually arrived my food was extremely cold what was disappointing, I tried to request for some sort of refund to which you said you’d get back to me which never happened !

Food arrived stone cold. Chips were undercooked. Order was wrong. Got given onions and specifically said none. Whole meal was thrown together and poor quality.

Ordered Big Mac Meal. Customised the Big Mac! Removed Burger sauce and on opening my Big Mac it had burger sauce in it. This has happened a few times now! Not satisfied especially for the price of it! Avoid!!

App says food says delivered but nothing arrived. There is a code now to stop this happening. WorstMcDonald’s for delivery. Avoid if you want to eat anything!!!

We had to wait an hour for our order to be delivered and when it did finally arrive it was stone cold and ended up in the bin…really disappointed.

Driver brought the wrong food and was being very rude telling us to give her the code which we said we would once we get are food and then she refused to go back and collect my order. Eventually we got it but was very cold

Always an easy food experience. Breakfast is definitely worth going for. Coffee is consistently very very good etc. Burgers are a bit meh though. Fries if they're fresh are a win. Mcflurry is great, just had a munchies mcflurry certainly gets my vote close to a cream egg version at other times if year! Thick shakes , love the vanilla That's my brief over view of McDonald's....
