Unhappy with Macdonalds, not Just Eat. Two times in a row, the same item has been missing from order. Not acceptable. Just a sorry is not good enough this time. If the item is unavailable, it should not be listed on the app.

Food OK, delivery driver extremely rude and harassing

Every time we order they miss some of the items on the order, and we have to get in touch with Just Eat, every time we order again we think theyll be better and yet again today weve got items missing!! Dont bother ordering from here!

terrible management from them customer service is absolutely atrocious. when I ask for something I expect what I paid and asked for. sort it out.

Stone cold when around bed soggy and frezzing not happy to pay for any of it milkshakes had compleatly melted buger and chips stone cold chicken nuggets sweety and soggy because so cold and no garlic mayo sauce delivered when ordered witch keeps happing couldn’t even eat it just all went in the bin disgusting

Awful service constantly changed the time of my delivery and then didn’t even deliver to my house said I had 5 minutes to pick up my order or he’s leaving, no mate you deliver to my address and knock on my door. I’m fuming absolutely raging this happens all the time sort it out.

I received a delivery time and then told 3 different times and then got the completely wrong order and got someone else’s order so my kids was so upset not being able to have their monthly treat.

I was ordering for my children and partner as I had to go out missing two drinks from the order one of which was a tropicana the only drink that one of my will drink so had to go without while his sibling had a drink . Not very happy with the service.

Not happy at all I ordered a chocolate brownie and I got given a donut my food was freezing cold aswell

Everything was the wrong order, the person who delivered was rude and told me to hurry up next time although i answered as soon as i heard the knock, and gave a ton of attitude.

We ordered to the hospital which is a 5 minute drive. Our order was estimated at 12:15 but wasn’t delivered until 12:35. The driver did not ring to say they were lost until 12:25. The order then took another 10 minutes to arrive.

You didn’t even bring me the right order? Where was my breakfast wrap? And I definitely did not order extra sausage on the muffin? Never ordering again

Eggshell still in egg in both rolls. Crunchy egg is not good. Had to spit it out and throw away.

My order was not delivered when it says it was. Apparently driver sat on drive of property but did not knock on the door and I was away from my phone so not noticed them ringing. Why not knock on the door????

Ordered chicken bbq wrap .and salad what u got was a wrap full of lettuce no chicken bno tomatoes ans a boxs of lettuce with 1 slice of cucumber.

when we eventually received our food it was stone cold and had to reheat it ourselves delivery driver was rude food wasn't good at all and took them over 45 minutes to deliver had called the restaurant and they said our food had been made at 1.40 and all delivery drivers were sat outside talking and not collecting orders absolutely unacceptable we pay for delivery yet when it eventually arrives its stone cold and we're having to reheating ourselves I'm not happy at all!!!

Something missing every single order we make....no way of contacting the restaurant as they never answer the phone. Really isn't good when 1 persons food is missing!!!! Defeats the object of ordering in the first place!

My delivery driver seemed to park up for about 4 mins behind another block of flats almost opposite in the carpark behind them . When he eventually got to mine to deliver the food the drinks bag was sealed but the food.bag had been tampered with. It looked sealed but the label just lifted up and the glue along the label was quite wet. Although. On of the food was missing it made me wo.fer what he has done to my food as the mayo urgers looked like they had been opened and so had the cheese melts. Because my son had went down without my knowledge and a accepted the order I had no choice but to bin the food.as I didn't know what the driver had done to it. why would he even want to open someone's. Bag of food. And try to disguise what he'd done. But not trying to open or tamper with the drinks bag

Read the order before packing the wrong stuff 20 quid to get it all wrong is stealing
