Literally the sweetest delivery driver ever

the man asked me for my number, my instagram and snapchat, I am clealry underrage first of all and its not hard to tell i am, and waiting outside of my door to ask me, i have video proof and i had to go get my friends parents to come tell him to go.

The order too some time to come and the expected time kept changing. Then an entire box of 20 chicken nuggets wasnt in the bag so we had to go out and get them as it was to feed 5 youngsters

I was very happy when my order from McDonald's arrived 30-minute before the estimated time of arrival, everything was delivered hot an as it should be the delivery man was polite and professional. A very good service thank you very much.

chips cold m.soggy. no straws included for drinks which spilt as lids not on tight

Don't go in this one very often but today the food was piping hot, service was spot on and the fries were actually full, rather than half full as some places seem to give

Yet again I’ve had items missing from order missing I know it’s not just eats fault as you are just the delivery people but I do think McDonald’s needs to have a bit more quality control when packing order because as I’ve said this is happening more frequently when I order

Just some constructive criticism the food fine it’s only McDonald’s but some people that work there are so miserable and struggle to do the most menial tasks, the amount of times I ask for sauce they say “I’ll put it in the bag” and then I look in the bag and there’s none 🤣 the people who work in the morning are LOVELY there’s two ladies who are always so kind but there this guy who works at night I think his names jimbo and he just needs to be a little more patient and kinder 😭 possibly he shouldn’t be on the speaker at the drive through if this is something he struggles with? If you’re miserable at your job please leave🤣

It never arrived, no call from courier. I want my money back.

Pushing right a previously agreed upon time doesn't make the order on time. It makes it late.

Baffling how you can forget items time and time again.

I can't comment on the restaurant as I only use the drive through but I have found the staff very pleasant that I've delt with.

Ordered at 6pm received order at 7.20pm. Called mcdonalds and our order left at 6.35pm. 45 minutes to deliver! Food freezing cold!

Amazing driver warm food however missing so many items. Really disappointed considering paying for delivery and food. This has happened 2 days in a row now I’m really unhappy. Yesterday we ended up with a brownie instead of a donut and apple pie that we ordered. And today missing a large fries and a birthday cake donut! It’s silly but the donut is almost £3

All wrong. Completely wrong order, I opened bag managed to run outside to get driver as he had given me wrong bag (and I had seen another order in his bag) He checked other bag and it wasn’t my order either. Not drivers fault at all but complete mess up from mcdonald’s again!

Order took 4 hours, even though I cancelled order as app said order delivered an hour before it arrived. Driver still stated it was delivered.

Food was hot, tasty. I am more annoyed by having to pay for sauce, of which I don't mind doing. Then not getting the sauce you pay for.

left out some of my order, no sauces for what I ordered even though they asked what sauces I wanted... just won't order from here again...

I had to put 1 star as they don't offer half a star. For a 24 hour it's always shut, doesn't matter if its 123 or 4 am. Sometimes they say it's for a system update but yet you can see the order system is online. Most of the time they just see you standing there laughing between themselves. This time after waiting outside for 15 mins one came to the door and said they were closed for the night and when I challenged him on it and said all signs say their open, he said ok we will open in 10 mins. That was 20 mins ago and still no movement. Disgusting...

Over an hour late for my delivery food is stone cold!

I had a problem with an app order (checked in, took payment, then said cancelled) so I parked a d went in to the store to try and sort it out. They fetched the duty manager, who was competent and helpful, and sorted it out straightaway, fetching the order herself. I was surprised and pleased at how easily it was sorted. Now if mcdonalds nationally could just fix their app...

The food was still hot and we got everything we asked for. Packaged well

It was busy and the orders were backing up, but they weren't doing too bad a job. Never the most fun place to buy a happy meal, and I can't remember when they last had paper in the printers. Food was usual McStandard and warm so that's a win.

T was on the till. He was conscientious and professional whist sorting my sons allergy info. He ensured we got we wanted . Personally. Hats off to the guy because he looked like maybe he was at the end of his shift... An awesome crewman... Thank you my friend.

My chips and wrap were cold, it also said it would be a certain time and then everytime I checked it had extended by five mins, it was 40 mins later than initially said

please could you update your heated bags especially in the winter the order was nearly cold. considering the McDonald's wasn't that far away from the hospice.
