Dry, bland food, located in a tiny corner unit of Kings walk, dreadful business idea...never ever going to work.

Master Naan , huh. i thought it will be freshly made Naans but no it was Microwave. what a laugh. I still tried Qeema naan,. Honestly speaking i have to throw it after first bite, it wasn't cooked properly and cold inside. Better close Your Venture and Stay Home.

the tiny place cafe initially seemed to be a nicer little place to buy food for lunch, great Guy serving so He gets 4* for customer service, having said that the naan is nothing more than a pre-made roll that is microwaved and sold. it tasted bland, no taste, no spice.. what is the point. not impressed, not recommended either

I am sad to have to give an average review as I really wanted it to be great. The food just wasn't very tasty unfortunately but on the bright side, the service received was excellent.

I've been here a few times now and it gets better each time. The naan's are prepared fresh in front of you and taste amazing. Cannot fault the staff in there. Great value and something different to takeaway and not too unhealthy to be honest. Recommend sweet potato bargis and vegetable Naan. Great idea and I hope it does well.

Would love this place to be good but was terrible. Tasted ok but chewy prepared average fodder for a fiver... Much better options. As others have said good idea badly executed, stop being lazy and make your own naans and you'd be on to a winner

I hate to do this, as I really like supporting independent food places in Reading and like to try different things. But this was not good at all. I had the lamb Rogan Josh. I was expecting this to be prepared in front of me (not the curry of course, but the filling to be put in the naan and wrapped), but what I got was a very flat, pre-packed naan. On opening, this was pretty chewy and not very full of filling. On the plus side, what there was was actually quite nice. But it needs to be made in front of you and needs to be more substantial. When you can go to Sam's wraps (a similar idea but with jerk chicken) and get a packed wrap of chicken and salad and chilli for £3.50ish, there is no comparison. Several of the people have also been to give it a go, and not one of us would go back as it is at the moment. So, through word of mouth, none of the 50 people in our office would now go. I am writing this, because I'd like Master Naan to do well, but I believe it's got to improve dramatically, so I hope this helps.

I shared a lamb and a chicken Naan with a friend and thought both were incredibly tasty. The sweet potato bajjis were to die for. Excellent value. Will definitely be back again.

Love the idea of curry on the go, when you want a curry but don't have the time for a restaurant this is a fab alternative I had the Master One Naan and it was full of flavour and a nice spice to it too. Nicked half of a jalfrezi one as well if a friend and that was just as tasty. Well recommended whether a lunch time or before a night out rather than a full curry Will definitely be going again.

I loved the concept and so was keen to try it out after a bus ticket promotion. Despite being seemingly good value at £5.45 I was a little disappointed at how the food wasn't fresh an came pre wrapped. The filling was of fairly poor quality was something similar to what you might find on the inside of a supermarket 'curry style' bake. The naan bread was also not great. I can understand why they would to 'seal it' but it would make more sense to make the naan more like a pocket (similar to a pitta bread) and fill it with fresh curry. While I think the mini poppadoms were a nice touch, the service was quite poor as the guy didn't speak very good English and I found the existence slightly awake are due to the small size of the shop and emptiness. I fear this place will struggle due to it's quiet location and average quality coupled with the fact that I'd rather have a kebab for the same sort of cost. I hope I am proved wrong because as I say I like the idea.

I really enjoyed my master naan - just the right amount of spice - I will definitely be visiting again.

Does exactly what it says... Curry in a naan! Great tasting fast food and ideal for a quick stop when shopping. Fab place, friendly faces, good value for money. Nice seeing independent businesses! See you soon master naan

I like food I like new, independent places offering something a little different As such, I liked the idea of Master Naan - It's a good concept, and I was excited to check it out. Unfortunately, it's just poorly executed. For the following reasons: Quality - The food was pre-prepared and stored in a hot cabinet, a little like food from a garage. I was hoping to see something prepared fresh, i.e at least wrapped in front of me. And the taste was mediocre, nothing special, nothing exciting, fairly bland. Cost - Considering the poor quality (described above), I felt a little aggrieved to have spent over a fiver on this. Not great value at all. As a couple of positives: - The mini poppadoms were tasty, and a nice touch - The chap looked (& sounded) like Thierry Henry

Thoroughly enjoyed this inventive idea for Indian food. The curry was delicious - I really recommend it for lunch, supper and after a night out! The curries were well priced and good value for money. All the staff were charming and made good recommendations. The interior was well thought through, clean and inviting.

I called the restaurant asking if they could provide cutlery because we had no access to cutlery. I asked them to confirm if this is something they could provide before placing the order. They said yes. Once food was on it's way the owner had forgotten to add the cutlery and use the word darling to downplay his mistake, saying people make mistakes. First of all, who are you to call me darling, and the fact is I had spoken to the owner and confirmed about the cutlery. If they had said they don't provide it, I would have ordered elsewhere, but they just wanted the business. Service is terrible. Food was cold and worse than any other Indian I've had. Do not order from here and save your money.

Ordered something called Misal pav, it’s the worst food I ever tasted in my life. I’m afraid if something happens to my stomach. Just the vada pav was OK OK. Will never visit again.

We recently visited Bina Tandoori and came away with mixed feelings. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the menu offers a wide range of options, including plenty of vegetarian dishes. The naan was definitely a highlight. However, we found the overall dining experience a bit underwhelming. The food was fine but we felt many of the dishes lacked the depth and boldness of flavour we were hoping for. It's possible we just ordered the wrong things? The atmosphere was perhaps the most puzzling part. The restaurant seems to be going for a fine dining feel with white tablecloths, but this clashes with other elements like laminated posters in the window, neon lighting, and a decorative waterfall. The loud Indian club-style music (on a Saturday night, to be fair) added to the sensory overload and didn’t quite match the sit-down dinner vibe. It all felt a bit confused, style-wise. There are some good elements here, and with a bit more cohesion in the food and ambience, it could be a great spot. As it stands, though, we found the experience a little baffling. We might try the Sunday buffet some time because the prices are competitive.
