Delivery was cold complained they put phone down so I took took food back was told wasn’t getting anything in replacement and chef was told to get a knife from kitchen to make me leave if you want to use them please beware this is the treatment you going to get wish I had my phone recording so police could be involved

My friend, Al Capone, works at this wonderful sacred restaurant of the masala club. He is fat, slim, tall, short, cool, happy, sad, crazy, mad and glad. He likes to drink with Mac caz Mac is his mate, and when he drinks with Mac he does it all in 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 bang and the dirt is gone. When I tried the burger I felt tenciaous tender taste tingly tangled on my tremendously tender tounge and yes that was a tongue twister but I prefer deez nuts not nuts but the chocolate bar. I love masala club and masala club loves me!

We enjoy the food from the Masala Club, they have a comprehensive menu, an easy online ordering system and prompt, polite delivery. Cannot fault them and as the food is excellent, we will continue to order on a regular basis. Recommended.

First time ordering, nice menu, easy to order online, plus a discount. Lovely food, we’ll definitely be ordering again. The Easter Egg was a lovely treat.

The staff are very good and know the menu. Delivery drivers polite and stand back after dropping food off.

Just had our weekly Indian, definitely the best in the area. Everything so full of favour and decent size portions. Had delivered and waited 30 minutes which is fully acceptable, can collect if want it quicker. Shame they don’t have a restaurant to eat in ....can’t wait until next week

Had our first Indian take away from here last night. Easy to place an order online with a great discount. Delivered in the 40 minutes by a very polite and friendly driver and food was delicious. Enjoyed by all five of us eating. Will definitely use again. Appreciated the free naan bread that I missed off the original order too. Thank you.

I was strongly recommended by Mum and Dad to use Masala Club and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. An hour and 15 minutes I waited on Saturday night with no food, so I telephoned them and said the driver will be with you in 2 mins as he left ages ago. 20 minutes later my food arrived, the driver was very short with me and rude! He couldn't even work out £3 change because I tipped him, wish I didn't! I then open the food and didn't receive any mint sauce with my onion bhaji's and I ordered an additional one which I never got. The food was also cold so I had to reheat it. I called them back and politely explained the situation, the gentleman was very apologetic and he said he will send a driver out immediately with a full refund which I thanked him for. I waited up until very late and the refund never came. I will never use Masala Club again due the poor service I received on Saturday night, if the food was hot then it wouldn't have been so bad. I advise anyone to steer clear of this place!!

Not the best I’ve had but good enough, just glad I found an Indian open Boxing Day! Delivery good time and prices not bad!

What a lovely curry enjoyed by all Great flavours new dishes added to menu Garlic chilli chicken tikka masala was the best. Prawn on purée starters also a hit Highly recommend

This is under new ownership and changed names from the Nagaria. Food is not bad at all and fairly prompt service.

This has been our regular indian for about a year. Lovely food, brilliant price (take advantage of the crazy deals), food is always hot,on time.

As one of the newest Indians in Benfleet I gave them a try. The food was bland but over seasoned and not very nice to be honest. Wont be using them again. Was a bit on the expensive side but would have been acceptable if the grub was good.
