Fabulous pub we visited has my partner was playing music.. first visit and will be back.. credit to the staff made is an enjoyable experience.

Quaint little hidden pub with an amazing beer garden and park for the kids

After a long walk by the canal we were pleased to find the Marquis of Granby open and called in for some refreshment. Received a warm welcome and after a Guinness, Cider and some pleasant chat we decided to walk back to Bingley instead of catching the bus. Can't comment about the food as we did not partake but it is definitely worth a visit. Amended opening hours :- Mon -Thurs 14:00 till late.

Fantastic pub! We were visiting east riddleston Hall and wanted somewhere for lunch. We walked across and sat outside in the sunshine. Food was amazing and such good value for money, £5 for a basket meal and there was plenty. Would definitely go back.

Very welcoming lunchtime stop on our hike. Helpful people, friendly locals, outside benches, clean loos and a good pint of Taylors Landlord. Bliss!

We stopped at the Marquis whilst passing on a narrowboat. Popped in for a pint and 5 hours later we left with a proper belly full of beer. What a great pub and Carl and Sarah the Landlord and Landlady were superb in making us feel welcome. What a great night. 👍

Old local, good pub, very nice staff and owners

Unable to comment on the food presently but the atmosphere is brilliant. The owners are friendly and welcoming. With parking and regular events, including live band performances and a Santa's grotto this is the perfect place to call in or relax a while

Local village pub, canalside location. Outdoor covered seating. Well kept cellar, cosy bar area, pool table. Always a warm and friendly welcome. Currently pop up food so you'll need to ring ahead and check if wanting food. Crisps, nuts etc available.

Worst pub ever don’t ever entertain this pub land lady coming down at 9pm saying your too loud when you’re not even loud over priced and bad atmosphere stay away

Visited this pub bank holiday,7th May they were serving food barbecue outside,the menu was burgers and what they called potato salad,and a mixed salad,the food was absolutely diabolical,the burgers where tasteless and it was supposed to be chill,and the potato salad was just cold lumpy mash, your having a laugh,prison food not that I ever eaten prison food but that's what I imagine it would taste like so surface to say won't be visiting agin,I star for the drink,can't get that wrong !!!

We had our wedding reception here March 2023. We got what we wanted and more. The buffet was beautiful. The room looked stunning. The landlord’s Carl & Sarah went above and beyond to make our day special. It was much more than that, it was perfect. Our guests have all commented about how lovely it was. Sarah was an amazing host. We love this place. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere each time we go. I can’t recommend The Marquis of Granby enough. They say when you get married it’s the best day of your life. Both Carl & Sarah helped make that happen. Forever grateful.

We had seen a lot of positive comments online since The Granby changed hands a few months ago so decided to try it out for ourselves and certainly weren't disappointed ! We were a party of 4 for Sunday lunch and were very impressed with both the food and the service . The presentation and quality of the food was brilliant , the service was friendly and although it was a busy Sunday lunch time there was just the right length of time between courses . Will certainly be returning soon . Great to have such a lovely pub here in Riddlesden

Having not been to the Granby since the 90's we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Staff were all friendly, waitresses were polite and left the right amount of time between courses/ordering etc. Quality of food was up there with some of the best country pubs I've been to which I wasn't expecting with it been tucked away in the middle of Riddlesden. Although we didn't sit in the bar it looked clean and cosy, dogs were welcome. A very homely atmosphere. We will certainly be back soon.

The food was top notch in taste and presentation. Every course was a delight to see the skill and effort that was put into it. Our waitress, Emily, was on the ball but not too pushy. The 4 of of came away and all agreed it was superb and we will be back. If you are looking for a meal out in the Keighley/Bradford area that is several notches above most restaurants then go here, you won’t be disappointed.

What a lovely surprise and dog friendly in the bar area. All staff were very friendly and helpful (thanks Emily). The beer was excellent Taylor's Landlird and the food and wine great value for money and cooked and presented to perfection. We have just had 3 amazing courses at this place. The taste and the presentation of the food was amazing. The four of us agreed that that food was better than nearly every restaurant that we have been to. Thanks to the Chef, the management and our waitress Emily. My husband and I had dinner at the Marquis last night. The food was excellent, very tasty and well presented. All the staff were great, especially Mia who looked after us during dinner. We went through to the bar area and had a few drinks after dinner. Great evening, looking forward to our next visit.

Took my 79 year old dad here today. My husband and I have eaten here a few times already so knew he wouldn't be disappointed - he can be quite critical!!! He absolutely loved it - said the quality was amazing, portion sizes big but more importantly the welcoming atmosphere and service was impeccable . Thanks again guys great pub, great food and lovely people working there.

Fab food good service. The restaurant was quiet, it was so close to Christmas but still cosy & nice to have to ourselves every meal was perfect & nothing was too much for the waitress. We had steak & ale slab, I think that’s what it was called, my Son had a burger & my Dad had the Gammon. The Desserts were also spot on & the most delicious & good portion size

My husband and I live locally and have popped in a few times for tea. Each time we have chosen different meals and all have been equally tasty and nicely presented. The landlord and landlady are friendly and helpful. They are present and attentive but not intrusive. They have smartened up the outside of the building and made it cosy inside. They are enthusiastic and seem to have lots of ideas to make their venture successful. They have made our local pub a place worth visiting and it has given the village a boost.

Popped in for a drink and saw the food coming from the kitchen, we couldn’t resist. We ordered the set menu which was 2 courses with a drink for £17.50 each. Our steak pie was lovely, the dessert was just as good. It was well cooked, well presented and piping hot. The girl serving us was an absolute delight and the bar staff warm and friendly. This is one of those gems you come across randomly and couldn’t be happier about! We stumbled across this place whilst on holiday in the area and stopped off for a quick drink with the dog in the middle of our walk down the canal. We where greeted by a really friendly landlady and a nice friendly bunch of locals. After a short visit we decided to pop back for tea and we where so glad we did. The pub had a really cosy but energetic atmosphere and we could not fault the food everything was delicious! If we lived closer we would be regulars for sure!

Was a lovely pub for rest and refreshments by the canal. Sadly when we went tonight the pub was all locked up and the blinds down. Their Facebook page says they've closed their doors for good. I've asked Google to update info so others don't make the trip for nothing.

A family Sunday lunch, great staff always checking we were OK..food, I had a steak and Ale pie, the taste was great, however, some of the beef was overcooked and hard to chew..my wife had the Sunday roast pork dish, pork overcooked, hard to cut through, the cauliflower cheese was dump into a small pot didn't taste great or even look like cauliflower cheese. My eldest daughter had a beef burger, it was greasy, the burger was dry and the bread bun fell apart when you tried to pick it up. My youngest had a hot dog, this was very tasty and she loved it. I didn't complain but told them when I paid and they thank me for the feedback.

Excellent value for money. Visited today for lunch with my daughters and granddaughters. First the staff: fantastic; the young waitress who looked after us could not have been more helpful and customer focussed. She is a gem. The beer (Landlord) was excellent. Met our lunchtime needs when the nearby National Trust cafe was overrun with visitors. So we enjoyed a quiet pint and a sandwich in a friendly environment without any queues or delays.

The best part of our visit was that the service it was quick and friendly. Our food was a disaster…. I ordered the homemade fish cakes, they were tasteless. Firstly, very bland and old fashioned interior. The three of us ordered starters and mains. They must have come back to us five times with things off their menu that we’d requested! Our dinners we ordered were two fish and chips, and one steak pie and chips. Three scampi and chips arrived… We sent them back. When my steak pie and chips arrived, the pie crust and meat were rock hard. I mean hard. I could make my knife ping, hitting the meat with it, my teeth were crunching on the steak pie filling! Was like being on the set of Faulty Towers! Yes, of course I sent my dinner back, I had gone off their food by now.

Waited 55 minutes for a starter. When it eventually arrived they were overcooked rubbery small prawns, skewered with cold sweet chili sauce. They were advertised as ‘King Prawns’. No way!
