Marianne’s Community Cafe in Spelthorne

Needed a coffee on a Monday morning with our walking boots on. Found this great spot....nice coffee and GF cakes too!! Oh, and it's doing a great community service too😊

A warm, bright and friendly coffee shop in Staines that provides lovely coffee and superb service. But Marianne's is more than just a cafe, it really is a community hub. You can get free information and advice on welfare matters and help with your social media. Just buying a coffee and a cake will help these services to continue at Marianne's. I will be back again in a few days.

Popped in for a coffee and was delighted by this warm, cheerful, but calm little cafe. The staff are very friendly and welcoming; The sandwiches are freshly made while you wait & all great value. I'll be back!!

Met a friend here a little while ago and the coffee, the atmosphere and, simply, everything they do here is astounding. I like very good coffee and this was the best I'd had from a cafe. The service is excellent and what they do for the local community is truly remarkable. A proper little gem that should get FAR more credit than it does.

What a great discovery, warm, welcoming friendly cafe, great coffee and cakes too! With wonderful people making a big difference just out of sight!! Highly recommend it here.

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The people there are passionate about their service and have a great ethos. The coffee (I had a capuccino) was excellent and beautifully presented as was the cake. I felt very comfortable there.

A cafe with a heart. Marianne's serves the best coffee and wonderful sandwiches/ cakes. It is a charity based organisation that supports vulnerable community members. Don't bother with the bigger chains, come here instead and support this wonderful community cafe.

We have visited many times. There is an area where you can sit and use your PC free of charge whilst enjoying a drink and snack. Staff very kind and helpful.

What a great place.....lovely coffee, cakes and sandwiches, friendly staff too. Also there was benefits advice on hand too! I got help with my universal credit forms, was able to use their laptop and the benefits advisor sat with me which was invaluable. Thanks Marianne's - keep up the good work.

I always support smaller outlets, and this one is a great one!! It serves good hot coffee which is always a plus

My Earl Grey tea was served in a cheerful, coloured tea pot with milk on the side, something I usually need to request! Ordered at the counter and friendly staff brought order over on a tray. Not much choice of cakes on our visit, which is why I only rated it 4 but think this is because not enough people know of the cafe's existence yet. Choice of comfy sofas or table and chairs. A cheerful, delightful place which also offers support and advice to vulnerable members of the community at the back of the cafe. All proceeds go to charity. A little gem; it deserves to be supported.

This is the most friendly coffee shop in Middlesex. The staff are brilliant they really do put the customer first. You can not leave Marianne’s without a smile on your face. The food and drinks are also very reasonable priced and the cakes well you will not find better anywhere. It is always very clean and tidy. Once you have been to Marianne’s you will not go to any other coffee shop in Staines. Very Highly Recommended.

I was quite disappointed with the quality of coffee in Staines until I found Marianne's community cafe. Literally the best coffee in Staines!! The staff were so nice and friendly. I had a flat white and chocolate cake, both were delicious. The atmosphere in the cafe was so lovely and I really like that they let children play on the floor with their toys. I absolutely recommend this cafe.

A lovely coffee shop which is run in aide of a charity. Lovely staff, they asked if my coffee was hot enough :) The service was great, the coffee lovely and the price was excellent! I would highly recommend Marianne's

A real gem, just off the main high street opposite Debenhams. Run by a charity so not for profit...for a purpose! All the proceeds go back into the charity that run the café...which has an information and advice service located within. Aside from this, the coffee is fantastic, lovely homemade cakes, freshly made sandwiches and all served by staff and volunteers with a generous smile :-)

Newly opened, comfy seating, even has phone charger ports! This community cafe is right opposite Debenhams and offers coffee, cake and light snacks with a smile. It also gives out advice for carers and disability support, all the profits from the cafe go to help fund the advice service. We went on a very hot day and they even had ice lollies for the kids.
