Oh dear … after our previous good visit back in the summer we decided to come back and treat ourselves to tea and cake but oh my how it’s changed !!! The toilet was filthy the food didht look appealing and welcome was non existent . Wont be coming back I’m afraid . Such a shame I won’t recommend again.

We first visited Margo's Tea rooms back during lockdown and have been back most weekends since. It's a lovely friendly place and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We love taking our dog with us too as he gets pampered with treats too. Cakes & drinks are wonderful, such a great selection.

My husband and I both had a takeaway crab and prawn sandwich and Viennese Whirl for a working at home lunchtime treat. Both were yummy. Also treated our daughters to a doughnut for their after school treat.

Had cakes last week and were lovely. Had Hot Paninis today and they were dry and hard, the bacon was grey and tasted foul. Best advice for this business is to make fresh bacon sandwiches or paninis as charging £2.99 for (see attached) is not value for money.

I was a champion of this outlet from its opening and had visited two or three times a week, the product is very good and remains so however the customer service is very lacking. When visiting last Saturday I felt sorry for the young lady serving although she wasn't on her own she might as well have been the young man with her was of no use to her appeared to be doing nothing and was very surly and rude a lesson in customer service needed. Such a shame has put me off and I haven't returned since

Lovely tea rooms, delicious cake and something different every time I visit. Great coffee too. Staff very quiet but seem polite. Looking forward to when we can dine in. Great local cake and coffee shop, please help it to survive!

I have visited twice this month, and I have no complaints, the cheesecakes are amazing, the cakes look fantastic, the shop is spacious and well decorated, the staff are friendly and polite. The prices were great on my first visit on 8th January, they seem to have increased since. But today I bought 4 desserts, one being kids gingerbread and it was less than £9. So no complaints. It's very hard to diet with such a place just up the road.

We stumbled upon this cafe on a trip down to the coast from Oxford. We were warmly greeted, the food was good quality, reasonably priced, well presented and piping hot, what more can you ask for. W

Coffe is great as was the cake. Staff overloaded with tables not cleared and using take out cups and plates because of staffing issues ... less than ideal.

Spotless cafe, absolutely lovely staff and care taken with food. What’s not to like? The price is fab too. My young grand daughter can’t tolerate milk or soya so this meant a very limited menu for
