Malmaison York Bar & Grill in York

Fantástica experiencia, nos alojamos en el hotel y reservamos para la cena. El servicio de principio a fin con Nathan fue brillante. Nathan era tan profesional, pero también muy agradable y honesto, encontró su consejo de comida para estar en el lugar! Tuvimos gambas y lubina seguido de pudines de toffee pegajosos, todo lo cual fue excepcional!

The staff just don’t get customer service. Lovely bar, as is the roof top bar. The vibe of both is good, however, particularly the ground level bar, staff seem disinterested and seem really unaware of customers. Staff and customer interaction…was told to retake a seat and someone one would come over but nobody did. Had to go to the bar. Lack of interest, no customer awareness.

Went for a family birthday supper celebration (6 of us). Easy to book, phone call to confirm table a couple of days before. Warm welcome from front of house. Menu had a good food choice. Our waiter Nathan was excellent - great service, friendly and professional, he double checked our food preferences/quirks. You could find cheaper meals out in York, but it had a great vibe/atmosphere and it was an enjoyable evening. Went up to rooftop bar for a birthday drink after too. Would definitely recommend.

Xmas day lunch was fab. Lovely bar area. The staff worked hard all day making sure everyone had a great time. Kasey gave excellent service and was fun friendly and professional. Would definitely eat here again and stay for Xmas in future.

Realmente disfruté de nuestra noche, me sentí muy cuidado por Peter y Alicia (especialmente con mi alergia). Tenía la lubina, estaba deliciosa al igual que el salmón. ¡Gracias! También desayuné, que fue una buena extensión de continental seguido de una selección de artículos calientes - huevos Benedict 👍🏻👍🏻

Ambiente encantador y gran servicio al cliente. Francis era nuestra camarera, era genial. Recomendaría a cualquiera que visite York, muy céntrico y vale la pena su tiempo.

Este es un gran restaurante con buena comida y servicio. Los desiertos también fueron geniales. Nuestro camarero Nathan era particularmente servicial.
