AVOID!!! Do NOT order from this Chinese. I ordered from here last night alongside my partner and friend. I was told the order would be there within the hour and it took well over an hour. When it arrived, it was barely even warm and two of the dishes were incorrect. We ordered chicken balls and were given pork balls. This was a huge shock as our friend is allergic to pork balls. When I called, I was given so much attitude down the phone it was a joke. The lady behind the phone kept telling me they were chicken balls. I was like "do you wanna come here and taste them". I know the difference between chicken and pork. Ande besides that, there was a massive letter P on the bag. Absolutely no sympathy to the fact that our friend was allergic to pork and didn't even offer to replace it. The food is clearly rushed as majority of it was disgusting. STAY AWAY. AWFUL FOOD AWFUL SERVICE

Hi ive been a customer for few years now..this is an honest review! Always on time. Food always hot and I do like it however few times now the chicken balls were pink and the Singapore noodles redicusly hot, the curry has a nice heat but wow the satay sauce has a serious kick too... I've struggled to eat it and so did the kids. I've asked a few times bout them dieing down the heat but they haven't listened. X

Late every time, keep giving them chances and this was the last one. As I write this food hasn’t even arrived, I ordered over 2 hours ago.

Chicken balls was pink hence not 5 star, I always order in plenty of time and select delivery about 2 hours later, but every time they still mange to deliver late, sometimes even an hour late

Ordered off of Uber Eats last night around 7. Stated order would be delivered between 7:55 and 8:15. I called at 8:18 to get an update and was told the driver had just left. Called again 10 minutes later and she was on her way. Multiple calls later she was apparently on Swale Way, 1 minute from my home. After another 10 minutes I decided to drive down there, family at home ready to call me if it finally arrived. Still no joy. I finally had my food in my hand after over 2 hours and multiple phone calls, all without an apology until I stated that it should of been the first thing they done. I was offered a partial refund which I haven't received and considering I paid for delivery I should of definitely received some money off. After checking my account this morning it looks as though they delivered to another house. Whilst in the shop she called the driver and told them not to deliver the food so she either delivered before and lied to the shop or did it after, who knows! Poor customer service though after I've been going there for over 10 years.

I ordered 2 items and took 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive. I feel this is unsatisfactory

The food took two hours to be delivered. we only ordered four things from the menu. No update from the resteraunt we had to chase them. Overall really poor. Won't be ordering for delivery again!

Amazing portion sizes and quality of food

Absolutely appalling place to ‘work’. Within 3 weeks of delivery driving for this company, I was sent to the wrong door number 3 times, sent to a graveyard at 10:30pm with no help from anyone on the desk and also me and my partner were apparently the only delivery drivers who were mugs enough to work every single late shift. Messaged to tell me I was too slow and they were taking me off of all my shifts, after getting tipped nearly every drop for being really quick. I was sent out on more than 1 occasion to deliver food they had forgotten, including drinks. After I stood up for myself, the response I got!!! Just wow. Don’t eat the food, rice is stacked up next to the toilet and everything is pulled out of the freezer. Good luck to the next delivery driver! You’ll need it 🤣

Took 2 hours to receive my order and it was all cold when I got it

We loved using this Chinese but lately the delivery’s have been late and the prawn crackers brown

45 minutes late food cold won't be ordering from here again

Ordered at 17.40 said will be in at 19.10, now 20.40 with still no sign once called was told it was on the road 1 hour ago, now trying to call and now just get user busy. 60 attempts to call with nothing.

Made an order via just eat at about 5.40. Got a delivery estimate of 7.10 to 7.30. 7.30 came and went so called to chase and they said being cooked now. Called again 7.50 they said its out for delivery. 8.30 got bored and cancelled and went to Mc Donald's instead. When cancelled no apology, just alright then, bye. Won't be using again! Can't rate the food as not seen any yet

ordered my food at 7pm and didn't get it until 9.30pm over 40 mins late in that time I chased twice to say he will be there in 5 mins 🙄 and they then refuse to refund me a late fee which is discussing. I won't be ordering from them again, the food wasn't at its best either very disappointed.

I waited first for an hour for my order which should have been delivered from 22.10 - 22.30 and that didn't arrive they adjusted the time to 22.50 that was 2 hours and that still didn't arrive I phoned the restaurant and they told me they would refund my money and now your telling me different I will never use your service again it's disgusting the way you treat people

Over 45 mins late they have taken the phone off the hook! I don’t know if this has been taken over but the delivery time is terrible. Over 1 hour on the latest time and still waiting. They have clocked the button to say it has been delivered so you can’t track the food. If you read the reviews they are 5* replies to dissatisfied customers! Lesson learnt won’t be ordering from here again!

Been waiting 2 and a half hours to still receive my order I’m not happy at all! I have a 4 year old having to wait up this late for dinner!

Chicken Chow Mein very dry and without any chicken at all.

The food was good and hot as well. The only problem was that it took an hour longer than stated on Uber eats, I can't know for sure whether this is the restaurants issue or an Uber eats one. When the food arrived it was hot enough to eat so that does tell me it wasn't in the road for that long.the food was still worth the wait, enough for another dinner too. As you can see on the screenshot attached it was 20.25 and food hadn't arrived. The lady on the phone did ring the delivery driver for me whilst I was on the phone when I did get through so that was nice.

There is so main better places AVOID. Ordered a takeaway from here first time ever as my normal place is closed. I want to say delivery was quicker then stated. That's the only good thing. For a very expensive Chinese then food was awful I mean the worse. I have never experienced Chinese food where I can't eat it because it tastes so bad. The sweet and sour sauce is like a jelly you would find in a trifle and it doesn't taste of sweet and sour just vinegar. The veg in all the dishes we had was over cooked and mush (carrots, peppers, onions ect) The chow mein and rice dishes are very dark in colour and just tastes of the oil it's cooked in. Will never eat food from here again even if it was given to me for free. Only good thing nice was the prawn crackers but they aren't that hard to mess up.

Good food as always, quick delivery

well we still don't actually have our order. it's been 1.5hrs since placing the delivery. have just rang to find out where our order might be, just that it's out and they have no idea how long it will take to get to us. so no doubt it will be cold by the time it does make its way here.

Ordered food to be delivered at 20.20. ten o'clock it's still not here. Goes to the restaurant and the woman sitting there with the phone off the hook. Total joke of a place. Don't bother using this place

This is our new favourite Chinese! It’s our third order and each time it’s been spot on, we particularly like the mixed starter! :-)

Food arrived early and hot. They also read notes on how items ordered should be cooked which is really good to see. Great tasting food and fast delivery.

Last night I submitted my order at 7pm and it arrived at 9.55pm, which is an appalling amount of time to wait. I rang the restaurant at 9.40pm and the girl was extremely rude on the phone, wouldn’t apologise or give me a valid reason why the food was late. She said it was due to traffic. There is a 2 mile distance between the restaurant and where I live, allowing extra traffic, a reasonable 10 minute drive. I wasn’t happy with this at all. The food was cold and dry, which was even more disappointing.

consistently late, around an hour every time, to the point I now have to order an hour early than when I want. when I requested money back told heavy traffic, driver confirmed no traffic. sort your service out and communicate.

Food was delivered late, despite being told on the phone that we would receive our food by 2105, it arrived at nearly 2130. We phoned twice to check the status of our order and the customer service from the woman was unacceptable, with her even hanging up on us. No care was given to the fact that our food was late and when it finally arrived it was missing an item. Will never be ordering from this restaurant again.

I have been going here for 5 years and this Chinese pace has never failed me and I find the days I order a girl called summer who takes my orders is very helpful and my food always comes warm and correctly ordered

Would not order from here again order took over 2 hours to arrive which was completely past the estimated delivery time. When we did receive our food it was cold and soggy. Restaurant declined a refund!! Complete waste of money and not the first time issue have happened with this place. DO NOT ORDER L!!!

This was ordered at 6pm, i tried to call the restaurant 19 times, number was busy. we finally received our food at 8.20! when I tried to get a refund the restaurant said no! because they'd been busier than they'd expected! not really my problem! not impressed!!

Still hasn't arrived. Ordered over 2 hours ago. Called Magic Wok twice told it is out for delivery . Been at work all day, specifically ordered for 6.50. Very, very disappointed. This is not the first time but we will NOT be ordering again.

I did not have the option to cancel my order when I realised I’d chosen the wrong delivery address and the app was still on your order has been accepted and had no updates until the latest delivery time had passed when it then said enjoy your order. I also rang the restaurant who said the order had already left and the app did not say that. I’d like a full refund please

Was given 2 extra portions of special fried rice and spring rolls on top of order which was appreciated but some of the chicken was a bit salty but still nice enough to eat and considering we got free items cannot be faulted. Salt and pepper chips are very hot as well so be warned haha

Over an hour late, food was soggy as if it had been sitting for a long time, most of it went in the bin and when I called to ask staff lied and said it was out for delivery when it wasn't! Never using again! Awful!!

Excellent food and it is always quickly prepared for collection. The curry and Singapore noodles are a culinary delight. Highly recommend.

Placed my order at about 3.15pm to be delivered at 6.30pm. Arrived at 7.35pm. The food was great as usual, but over an hour late on a pre-order, when you have a young child you need to let digest the food and put to bed, is totally unacceptable. If they weren't able to deliver anywhere near the time, they should have declined the order. Now we're going to have a bad tempered overly tired child all day tomorrow!
