Arrived very late, food was warm boarding cold & delivery driver had her son deliver to the door past 9pm

Chicken was undercooked, 1 prawn in whole tub of special fried rice.

ordered for 7.30 it didn't turn up till nearly 9pm it was barely warm i couldn't eat it as it was tomato for me due. to me medication and me daughter had to go out

Food arrived cold and 35 minutes later than advised, so total of 2 hours! Had chicken noodle soup which was sooooo salty it made me vomit, after a few spoonfuls. No redress is there? I had inedible meal, chips so cold they are inedible. Rest of dishes had to be put into the oven to warm up. Never again but begrudge the money paid for nothing.

Ordered at 6.30 Saturday pm told 75 to 90 minutes for delivery. After chasing it arrived at 9.40 pm food not hot so had to reheat. Was told I would get partial refund due to being so late - surprise, surprise no refund yet. Really disappointed won't be using it again

Fantastic service food very flavoursome

Crispy Aromatic duck and duck and porkfried rice. Bloody lovely and huge portions- perfectly cooked meat and a fruity hoi sin sauce. Can't say if delivery was poor as we live 10mins walk away and collected. Will definitely order again.

Mini vegetarian spring rolls soggy, chips soggy… 45 minutes late but the app stated to enjoy my food before it even got delivered

food wasn't the best. tasted like it was cooked a couple of days ago and heated up.

50 minutes after placing the order we were notified it was ready for collection. When we arrived to collect we had to wait while our order was cooked and packaged!! Being told no orders had been confirmed ready for collection, Really!!!

Fantastic service given tonight from Magic Wok. Members of the family are vegan, and they tailored the menu nicely to accommodate. Food was piping hot when it arrived and everything as ordered. Good flavour and good portion sizes. The chips were lovely! None of the food was too greasy. Will be ordering again! Many thanks.

Late every time. When I rang up about it I was told I’d have some credit refunded to me in the Just Eat app for the appalling waiting time. Obviously they lied as they never appeared. If you like cold food and to be waiting 3 hours for the dinner you ordered in plenty of time, feel free to order here.

Normally love magic work, best in sittingbourne but tonight it was almost 40 minutes late with half of the food cold.

took 2hrs to deliver. when I rang up to chase the order, the lady on the phone took offence at me enquiring about my order after waiting 2hrs, told me not to be rude and hung up on me. definitely won't be ordering from here again after the extremely rude customer service. I understand you might be busier than normal, but the order was already 30mins late when I rang to enquire, I think it was understandable for me to chase the order. I wasn't rude, I just asked for a more accurate delivery time

Delivery was over 2 hour after order eta kept getting pushed back feedback was traffic. Restaurant is 10 minute drive away and maps were clear. When I rang for update it said nearly there, was a further 50 minutes.

AVOID!!! Do NOT order from this Chinese. I ordered from here last night alongside my partner and friend. I was told the order would be there within the hour and it took well over an hour. When it arrived, it was barely even warm and two of the dishes were incorrect. We ordered chicken balls and were given pork balls. This was a huge shock as our friend is allergic to pork balls. When I called, I was given so much attitude down the phone it was a joke. The lady behind the phone kept telling me they were chicken balls. I was like "do you wanna come here and taste them". I know the difference between chicken and pork. Ande besides that, there was a massive letter P on the bag. Absolutely no sympathy to the fact that our friend was allergic to pork and didn't even offer to replace it. The food is clearly rushed as majority of it was disgusting. STAY AWAY. AWFUL FOOD AWFUL SERVICE

Delivery driver polite and friendly food tasty and gave me extra chips veg spring rolls and prawn crackers free really impressed and will use again

Really disappointed in the spitefulness from the staff that manage this place. Messed up 2 dishes on our order because we still had some delivery bags of theirs from when we worked there over a month ago. Stated we wouldn’t get the correct dishes until we gave back the bags. We were also owed 3 FREE dishes but never cashed them in due to the rudeness of their team. Just didn’t think they would stoop so low as to messing up our orders. We had friends round and they were very shocked.

Food is usually spot on but today the rice and sauces tasted old. Like very old I’m sorry but not happy this time around.

The original delivery time specified was 45-60 minutes. Once I placed my order it was 80-105 minutes. I accepted the additional order time as I appreciate it’s a Friday night, and the app may have taken a while to catch up with times. However, the order was then 20 minutes late on top of the 105 minutes, so took 2 hours for a delivery. Frustratingly, the order was marked as ‘delivered’ 20 minutes prior to delivery, and I was unable to get through to the phone number to follow up on delivery.

Ordered the food at 8pm , I was told 9.20pm delivery. I called the restaurant at 9.25pm and was told your next . The Food turned up at 10.25pm. Zero explanation Zero apology. Clearly the phone was turned off at around 9.45. Always use Magic Wok but not anymore absolutely appalling customer service

Terrible service I am allergic to beansprouts and there was no where to leave a comment so I phoned literally 2-3 mins after placing the order to ask for just chicken and noodles to be told NO as it’s already been cooked manager didn’t wanna speak either woman on the phone was very rude aswell will never use this place again and will never recommend

I always use magic wok but today the Delivery was “out for delivery” and 30 minutes later it says it had been delivered which it hadn’t been, so we had to phone up twice for the lady to be rude towards us. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

had to ring to find out where the order was, as the just eat app stated it had already been delivered. was just told it was on its way.

Not here 2 and a half hours waiting!

Hi ive been a customer for few years now..this is an honest review! Always on time. Food always hot and I do like it however few times now the chicken balls were pink and the Singapore noodles redicusly hot, the curry has a nice heat but wow the satay sauce has a serious kick too... I've struggled to eat it and so did the kids. I've asked a few times bout them dieing down the heat but they haven't listened. X

Late every time, keep giving them chances and this was the last one. As I write this food hasn’t even arrived, I ordered over 2 hours ago.

Chicken balls was pink hence not 5 star, I always order in plenty of time and select delivery about 2 hours later, but every time they still mange to deliver late, sometimes even an hour late

Ordered off of Uber Eats last night around 7. Stated order would be delivered between 7:55 and 8:15. I called at 8:18 to get an update and was told the driver had just left. Called again 10 minutes later and she was on her way. Multiple calls later she was apparently on Swale Way, 1 minute from my home. After another 10 minutes I decided to drive down there, family at home ready to call me if it finally arrived. Still no joy. I finally had my food in my hand after over 2 hours and multiple phone calls, all without an apology until I stated that it should of been the first thing they done. I was offered a partial refund which I haven't received and considering I paid for delivery I should of definitely received some money off. After checking my account this morning it looks as though they delivered to another house. Whilst in the shop she called the driver and told them not to deliver the food so she either delivered before and lied to the shop or did it after, who knows! Poor customer service though after I've been going there for over 10 years.

The food took two hours to be delivered. we only ordered four things from the menu. No update from the resteraunt we had to chase them. Overall really poor. Won't be ordering for delivery again!

Absolutely appalling place to ‘work’. Within 3 weeks of delivery driving for this company, I was sent to the wrong door number 3 times, sent to a graveyard at 10:30pm with no help from anyone on the desk and also me and my partner were apparently the only delivery drivers who were mugs enough to work every single late shift. Messaged to tell me I was too slow and they were taking me off of all my shifts, after getting tipped nearly every drop for being really quick. I was sent out on more than 1 occasion to deliver food they had forgotten, including drinks. After I stood up for myself, the response I got!!! Just wow. Don’t eat the food, rice is stacked up next to the toilet and everything is pulled out of the freezer. Good luck to the next delivery driver! You’ll need it 🤣

Made an order via just eat at about 5.40. Got a delivery estimate of 7.10 to 7.30. 7.30 came and went so called to chase and they said being cooked now. Called again 7.50 they said its out for delivery. 8.30 got bored and cancelled and went to Mc Donald's instead. When cancelled no apology, just alright then, bye. Won't be using again! Can't rate the food as not seen any yet

ordered my food at 7pm and didn't get it until 9.30pm over 40 mins late in that time I chased twice to say he will be there in 5 mins 🙄 and they then refuse to refund me a late fee which is discussing. I won't be ordering from them again, the food wasn't at its best either very disappointed.

I waited first for an hour for my order which should have been delivered from 22.10 - 22.30 and that didn't arrive they adjusted the time to 22.50 that was 2 hours and that still didn't arrive I phoned the restaurant and they told me they would refund my money and now your telling me different I will never use your service again it's disgusting the way you treat people

Over 45 mins late they have taken the phone off the hook! I don’t know if this has been taken over but the delivery time is terrible. Over 1 hour on the latest time and still waiting. They have clocked the button to say it has been delivered so you can’t track the food. If you read the reviews they are 5* replies to dissatisfied customers! Lesson learnt won’t be ordering from here again!

Been waiting 2 and a half hours to still receive my order I’m not happy at all! I have a 4 year old having to wait up this late for dinner!

Chicken Chow Mein very dry and without any chicken at all.

Not only did the food arrive ridiculously late but it was also dry and flavourless. Won’t be ordering again

The food was good and hot as well. The only problem was that it took an hour longer than stated on Uber eats, I can't know for sure whether this is the restaurants issue or an Uber eats one. When the food arrived it was hot enough to eat so that does tell me it wasn't in the road for that long.the food was still worth the wait, enough for another dinner too. As you can see on the screenshot attached it was 20.25 and food hadn't arrived. The lady on the phone did ring the delivery driver for me whilst I was on the phone when I did get through so that was nice.
