Madina in Broxbourne

At best, I'd say it was 'average' n that's being nice about it. The portions were small, chicken tikka was very chewy , garlic Naan wasn't at all garlic tasting, and it was very expensive for what it tasted like and the quality. Sorry Madina, we thought we'd try your food again after a long time not using you, but it clearly hasn't improved, so we'll not be using you again !

Great Takeaway have been using for years now, the food has improved during this time. Have tried other Indians for takeaway within 3 miles from home and found Madina to be the best even better than the local restaurants. Gets extremely busy at certain times, portion sizes are good food quality is high.

Amazing food every time, ordered over 20x never a bad meal, live local so delivery is always quick, they look after loyal customers

Used to love this place. NO MORE!! Called yesterday to order for a birthday dinner. Now waiting for 20 mins past the agreed delivery time..... no phone call no apology!!!!!! Disgusting phone manner when called to complain- ‘I only work here’ we were told. Embarrassing or what!?!?! We were told the driver left at 7:25 and we should allow for traffic.... but we requested 7:15 delivery..... sorry doesn’t add up!! Shameful service madina, will be telling everyone aswell.

Phoned up for a takeaway last night (21.10.18). When we ordered the man rudely informed us they did not deliver to our location. We were sure we've ordered from them before to our address & went onto Just eat to order this. As suspected this did appear and so we went ahead & ordered. They cancelled the order. We then phoned them up to say we would pick it up and it's not a bother. This was rudely met by a man saying the following: 'you've tried to order here before, I told you no delivery". We tried to let them know about just eat but the man would not have it. He cut us off and then said: "Madam you clearly don't understand, You know what go to a different Indian' and then hung up. Outrageous behaviour, Shocking customer service and no solution based responses.
