The most loveliest of cafes. Have been going most days for many years. All the staff are friendly and very accommodating and the manager helps to create a good working atmosphere that’s warm & inviting. Amazing coffees & food. Won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Mada Deli Family🥰

My weekly stop for coffee and croissant. Always super friendly, great coffee and pastries. Their brunches are legendary. Great little stop before or after a stroll along the Thames at the end of Bridge road. X

We were looking for a nice place to eat for my birthday, whilst walking up the nice road we stumbled across this deli, saw that it was busy and thought something must be good, how wrong were we! Our food was brought over fairly quicky and whilst I was enjoying mine my fiancé couldn’t say the same as there was hair tangled in her portion. Naturally she got up to highlight this unpleasant experience, to only be greeted with more poor experience. Upon highlighting this to the lady who we were told was the manager, she got very defensive and said “all my guys in the kitchen wear hair nets” obviously her observational skills aren’t up to standards as all the people who are serving aren’t wearing hair nets, so the hair could of come from one of them. She got really rude to my fiancé after we expressed our concerns, highlighting that a customer has complained about the product you are serving therefore you should make a conscious effort to apologise and try and rectify it with the best service. My fiancé went back to ask to change the food she ordered as she was naturally put off now, that’s when she said I think you should leave as you’re upsetting my customers. Safe to say very poor service and evidently when things go wrong the lady manager assumes she can’t do any wrong, I’d recommend you are careful when you are faced with dissatisfaction as you will be greeted with hostility.

Arrived for work early so I popped in this morning for breakfast, very nice I would recommend!

Coffee and cakes are great but 4 pm on a Sunday when they start the cleaning process it is incredibly noisy.

Beautiful restaurant. Kids and family friendly place. Dogs friendly place. Staff is efficient, kind and helpful. Toilet facility is available here. Around 50 people can sit inside comfortably. Has beautiful paintings on its walls.

Lovely coffee - the best oat milk cappuccino I've had in ages, made by Florin. Thank you. Went for the first time with friends and lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. We all enjoyed our coffees and cakes and will be back for lunch soon.

I am just working temporary in the area. I’ve come in here for the last two days for a coffee not only is the coffee really nice. The team are very cheerful and polite especially the person on the till..

Just popped in for a takeaway coffee this time. Service ia always good although due to popularity there is sometimes a wait. Previously when eating here the menu and food are great with a really good selection for breakfast/brunch

Beautiful location, unfortunately did not try the food. Coffee rather mediocre. Waiting time and queue about 20 minutes. No outside service. Staff very nice and friendly.

Cozy environment offering both indoor and outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying a meal in any season. The menu is abundant and varied, with dishes such as the Big Boy Breakfast with expertly cooked sausages, bacon and eggs. The chicken, pesto and avocado sandwich is a fresh and delicious choice. The service is friendly and the prices are excellent for the quality offered.

An excellent deli in which to eat with delicious food and coffee. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The chefs are excellent and prepare delicious food. I was there on Tuesday 25.6.2024 and went to London and on the way back felt very unwell because of the heat. When I arrived at the deli the staff could see how ill I was and were very helpful and attentive until I started feeling better. There help and care was much appreciated. I would recommend this deli to anyone.

We love visiting mada, the staff are very friendly and helpful they do get very busy at weekends however we have never had to wait long for a table. Their food is simply delicious and service is always super fast. Highly recommend

We’ve been many times and over the last few years with family and friends. Sadly it’s been less and less enjoyable at every visit. The food has gone downhill and we often see them treat their staff terribly. It can be a really uncomfortable environment on a busy weekend day. In the last few days alone I’ve seen three different groups of customers walk out after being treated like unwelcome guests. One woman said loudly, “They clearly don’t want our custom so we’re leaving”. I won’t be going back either, purely because the blonde lady who looks like she’s in charge is so grumpy and constantly rolls her eyes at customers, especially those with young children. I think it’s really unkind and I’m not sure how long they will keep coasting on their old reputation. It won’t be long before their attitude towards customers and their own junior staff catches up with them. When it does, I’ll be in one of the friendly cafes next door, as far away from grumpy boots as I can get. Any adult that can be as mean to well behaved kids as I’ve seen her be is a miserable bad egg in my books. Such a shame. Hopefully they’ll run it into the ground and then someone lovely will take it over and turn it back in to the lovely place it used to be.

Great coffee - could be a touch hotter mind. Breakfast was lovely too, good bacon and scrambled eggs are perfect. Fresh orange juice is really nice. Gets very busy at weekends - just to be aware.

Rip off, I had a two scoop ice cream for £4.70 in the smallest 3oz tub I have ever seen, and this was even after the girl that served me said "how generous their portion were" and their small coffee take away size is only slightly bigger.

Great cafe/eli, but it does get packed at peak times. Best to go early morning midweek!!! Coffee is nice, you get a big pot of you order tea and the pastries are wonderful.

We love Mada Deli! We always have great food. It has a lovely atmosphere. The staff are very helpful. I would especially like to mention Chris. Every time we have been he has greeted us with a smile and directed us to a table. He has always been helpful especially to my elderly Mum. Thank you Chris. You make a big difference!

We were having lovely breakfast there on a sunny Saturday morning. Around 8.30am the place was not too busy and we really enjoyed the meals. Great interior, interesting to see how the place looks like in winter months. Will be back!

Skip the lines at the palace and stroll across the bridge for a great lunch! Everything was delish and the host was so charming!

Walked to Hampton Court from Surbiton with the intention to have a bank holiday breakfast at Mada Deli… and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were really welcoming finding us a table with no fuss on a fairly busy morning. Ordering from the varied menu was super easy too… and the food was just what the bank holiday needed. Bacon that was thick and tasty 2 and perfectly poached eggs. Simple and hot the spot.

So much choice along this road, but this is the best by far. Great food, cake and drinks.

Great place but the prices are getting too high, even in an economy with higher inflation and higher costs of goods and labour.

Really lovely place. Great food. Quick service. Kind staff. Lovely designed menu. And good selection. Big portion but not too big. Nice coffee. Overall lovely. The only only thing I'd say is the tomato quality was low. Like a bookers basic tomato not worth a downgrade in my review as overall 5 star all round. Maybe try 'Isle of Wight Tomatoes'a slightly higher quality ingredients makes the difference. Otherwise just perfect. Thank you.

Mada is an East Molesey staple and has become increasingly popular as Five at the Bridge has totally gone off the boil. The cafe/restaurant is buzzy and the food is good. I had the pancakes and bacon.

Popped in for a coffee and cake. We were served by a lovely guy called Chris. Nothing was too much trouble. Very rare to get good customer service these days 👍🏻

This spot is always busy which is a great sign. Great value for money and tasty food. Free parking if you are lucky too on the street outside.

Wonderful experience! We visited Hampton Court palace and were greeted by a kind gentleman who sat us right away. The menu has a variety of great options from juices to sandwiches and salads. Everything was delicious and the customer service was wonderful. So happy we stumbled across this place - definitely check it out!

The poached eggs tasted of vinegar and such a poor choice of veggie food. The presentation was awful too! Won’t be coming back.

Nice deep filled sandwich, though I was brown or white bread, opted for brown.Not really a brown,more a 50/50 mix with some seeds in it.

If you're hungry and in the Hampton court area, look no further than the Mada Deli. I had a big boy breakfast and a crunchie milkshake. And it was an ode to joy. The breakfast was large and cooked to perfection, the milkshake was crunchy and smooth 😊 I liked the ambience in the cafe, the books on the shelf, the colour scheme on the walls and the staff were really friendly. I also saw Garth crooks. And if this cafe is good enough for Garth crooks, it's good enough for one 😊

Food: 5/5 Very good. Had the pancakes (fluffy) with eggs and bacon which were delicious. And a Greek salad which was very nice. Avocado smoothie was lovely. Price: 5/5 very reasonably priced. What a great cafe/restaurant. Not only was the food great, the staff were fantastic, not often that you find the two go together. It is in the perfect location for all that Hampton Court has to offer. Give it a try you won't be disappointed. The smoked salmon & scrambled eggs was delicious, as was the panini.

Such a shame this place has lost so many great qualities it once had. I think it's changed owners, sadly not up to much. Not as good as it used to be. Crisps now with sandwiches instead of little salad. Poor level of attention to detail.

We had a nice coffee and hot chocolate at this lovely Deli. It is fairly large with seating for around 50 customers. Outside seating available too. The service was prompt and quick. They had a very large and clean washroom.

Best place around here without a doubt, sometimes you have to wait as gets so busy but worth it.

Where do I start…almost £15 for 2 pieces of cake and 1 coffee. But worst, cakes were inedible. One cake was so dry, it was hard and crunchy, worst cake I have ever had from anywhere. I took these with me as takeaway otherwise I would have returned it.

Food was excellent, my favourite was the soup of the day Delicious tomato and basil. We all thoroughly enjoyed our smoothie and milkshake drinks. All the staff seemed happy and smiling, the service was great. Reasonable prices. We will definitely be back again!! Highly recommend 👌 👍

I have been coming here for years, my go to place for breakfast. Great food and great staff.

Food was ok but was disgusted to see one of the men working here wipe every knife with his fingers before putting them in the pots for customers!

I'd like to say a huge thank you to Chris I came in with my mum and daughters and Son today ( mother's day ) to celebrate. Chris had a very thoughtful and professional, caring approach with mum, looking after her ,as there wasn't a table at the time of our arrival , so, he found a chair inside ,for her to sit ,and we waited there a short time, with my family. Chis found us a table, and, was very helpful. You are very lucky to have someone with this professional, friendly approach working with you. I don't usually write reviews but thought I would on this occasion as I had a great breakfast and service at Mada Deli this weekend and will definitely be going back again. They are in a lovely location too with the station, fabulous boutique shops and the river all around them.

Our daughter treated us to your cooked breakfast, 1st visit and I'm sorry to say it was very disappointing. There was no queue when we arrived which was great but the waiter showed the 3 of us to a small 2 seat table and bought another chair but no room for 3 plates or drinks to fit., yet 2 women were seated at a 4 seater table just having coffee! When I pointed this out I was ignored. Another waitress arrived a while later and pushed 2 small tables together so that was OK. Breakfast was poor and I left most of mine. Toast not done, Sausage strange tasting Bacon very overcooked. Scrambled egg and Mushrooms lovely ...Tomato very odd Mushy consistency. Such a shame as the Atmosphere was lovely.

We visited the Madadeli cafe today, we were a group of 8 and although they were very busy they managed to get 2 tables together to accommodate us all. Honestly, the staff are superb. They go above and beyond to provide a friendly and professional service. The food was delicious, and the coffees were amazing. Would highly recommend trying the orio Milkshake.

It was my mother's birthday and decided to treat her to her favorite cafe, my wife and I have not been there before, I have to say it didn't disappoint. My wife had the eggs Royale and I had the smoked salmon breakfast. Their salted caramel milkshake was to die for as well. It was absolutely delicious and very fast service which was surprising because it was absolutely packed! I definitely recommended this lovely cafe and will definitely be back.
