Started off OK, although the Cafe didn't even last till Covid. Stuff moves position weekly, and the variety of food on offer has been slashed. Plenty of options if you want curry - there's an entire aisle. If you want corned beef hash and a rice pudding you've no hope. This place seriously needs a visit from a Gordon Ramsey type. Plenty of better, cheaper places to go in town. Even Waitrose is better than this.

It’s a cafe not a restaurant, and how can you moan about the chiller in winter when you were there in March. Sound to me like you are one of those people who complain whatever the case maybe, I find the staff very friendly and for a quick bite to eat it’s excellent

If you do not like crowds then shop here. Always more staff than customers even in the cafe. access to the site is off a very busy roundabout.

Very cold, quiet. Staff talk amongst themselves whilst serving you (my pet hate) not much choice. I’d rather go into Eastleigh to Coffee No 1 or Costa.

Great to have the foodhall here, but it feels a bit odd, almost hushed like a library! Good range of food, but the cafe didn't seem to offer as much as others I have been in. Pay and display parking, and the exit roundabout can be a nightmare at busy times.

If you need shopping from M&S in Eastleigh, then I suppose it's worth calling into the cafe for a cuppa. However, I suggest you don't make a special effort to visit the cafe. The range and quantity of cakes is poor; the toasted teacakes were hardly 'toasted', were cold and served with hard packets of butter. The coffee was o.k. but the knifes and teaspoons were dirty - when asked for new, clean ones, they used the steamer on the coffee machine to blast and sanitise the cutlery. The cafe itself is located next to the chill cabinets and, therefore, is cold during the winter. During the summer, I expect it to be unpleasantly hot as it's south-facing and glass-fronted. Not much going for this place and far from the standards I expect from M&S. I'd rather make my way to Waitrose in nearby Chandlers Ford.

Bit of a disappointment. Not all savoury items shown on on-line menu were available at our location. On placing order the staff member was sterne and not very welcoming. We ordered Mexican nachos. These were obviously to be eaten with fingers, no napkins were supplied offered. Our drinks arrived in bottles, no straws or glasses were supplied or offered. Deserts arrived, carrot cake was warm with frosting melting, think it had been frozen and defrosted in microwaved. Doughnut I think was a similar story. Knickerbocker sunday was OK. Overall a disappointing visit with no intention of returning. Lots of the seats had taped up repairs.
