다소 내 입맞과는 조금 다르지만 괜찮은 시도였다. 맛은 무난하다. 맛이 좋은 편이다. 이정도면 만족한 한끼였다. 도전해볼만함.

Tenía grandes expectativas cuando vi Marco Pierre White tenía su nombre asociado con el restaurante del hotel. Me esperaba un menú excitante y de una maravillosa experiencia culinaria con mi paladar conseguir tantalised. Como un entusiasta me encanta una amplia variedad de comida, pero estaba realmente luchando después de leer el menú para emocionarse. Cuando voy a un restaurante me encanta experimentar comidas que sería difícil que cocinar yo. Era tan sencillo y aburrido. Yo acabé yendo por un entrante de pollo goujons que sentía que no podía conseguir mal y un plato de pasta con champiñones. Puede así como ido a McDonalds, que habría ofrecido algunas cortas explosiones de sabor, pero era todo Marco pierres ofrecen bastante insípida y aburrida. No hay cuidado en la cocina. Un par de filetes fritos mini se movía con un baño pequeño en el lateral. Yawn. La pasta no tenía deliciosa salsa, que parecía que había sido duros, en un plato y una propina unos champiñones fritos. Era básicamente un plato de pasta, sin sabor. Ni siquiera se ofreció a darle algunas parmesano aderezos y sabor. No me molestes con un desierto, sólo quería salir. Gran decepción. Marco, debería darle vergüenza.

Estábamos buscando en el menú después de haber estado en la Tate y terminé quedándome por la comida, el servicio era fantástico y el personal servicial. Fue muy agradable para comer algo tan bueno y no demasiado caro.

Hay opciones limitadas, pero la comida está bien cocinada. Los artículos están disponibles para servicio de habitación, algunas están disponibles 24/7. El menú de selección de sándwiches. El único bocadillo es una club que se sirve con patatas fritas orbcrisps. Fue muy bueno, pero enorme!

stayed with my family and ate at Marco's some of our dishes were delicious but the rib eye was not very good my main problem was the service yes everyone is very friendly and helpful but we waited for drinks then they were wrong, waited for bread, waited for more drinks, then breakfast was lovely but I was asked if I wanted tea or coffee which I said yes please and that didn't even turn up £600.00 pound invoice I expected better so what did they offer me a bottle of prosseco I am insulted.

The menu at The Loft was limited, but the hotel is installing a new service fronted by Marco Pierre White, so hopefully that will improve. Service was great and we enjoyed our meals. The restaurant was quiet so we were able to chat with our guests.

This restaurant is attached to mercure London bridge where we are staying. The food is absolutely delicious. I had the best Thai red curry ever. The flavours amazing. Significant other had marinara also sensational he informs me. We then shared sticky date - to die for. The food here is really some of the best around. Some nice wines to choose from. Overall great experience. Deserves to have white tablecloths at dinner. Congrats to chef and team. We loved it all.

This is a nicer place than it appears at first from the outside. Polite service and nice food. Thanks to the waiter for advice on wine choice. I ate here although I was a non-resident.

Não é raro o restaurante do hotel ser caro e ruim. Felizmente esse não é o caso do The Loft. O ambiente é calmo e a comida é muito boa. No cardápio as opções são poucas, mas bastante variadas e acabam agradando inclusive aos vegetarianos. A apresentação dos pratos é cuidadosamente caprichada e a comida já agrada pela aparência. O peixe com fritas é excelente!

Decided to stay in the hotel and have dinner and we were not disappointed. Service was excellent and food was delicious. Price was acceptable so overall a good experience!

Les plats sont bons mais il faut attendre un temps infini pour les déguster. Les prix sont exorbitants. Le restaurant est plutôt vide donc il n'y a pas vraiment d'ambiance. L'expérience n'était pas très concluante. À choisir je préfère traverser la route et me faire un bon plat italien.

After a week in London, our feet couldn't go another step, so we decided to eat at our hotel. We didn't expect much, as the restaurant doesn't get a lot of street traffic. But the chicken breast with creamed leeks, muchroom tortelloni, and spinach was wonderful.

Jetlagged and confused about where to dine, after checking out the neighbourhood, a quiet table in the hotel where I was staying was just the ticket. Nothing complicated. Just friendly service and a tasty meal.

Bill issues:I had exceeded my £25.00 dinner allowance and paid an additional £4.80 cash to the restaurant to cover my bill. I asked for a receipt and was instructed to go to reception. I went to reception and two members of staff could not resolve my query. Gladys was one member, and there was a gentleman on the desk with her. Gladys began dealing with the query but could not find the transaction on the system. The gentleman intervened but did not listen to my query and proceeded to contact the bar asking them to charge me for my drink so he could invoice me. I then had to re-clarify my query and it was met with infectious laughter between the reception staff who intermittently apologised. It was not professional. I was then told I would need to wait 20 minutes for a receipt. As I had plans I agreed and expected one to be complete upon my return to the hotel which was around 11:15pm. Upon my return reception was manned by an extremely helpful gentleman who had no bill to hand - I can only assume the query was not followed up before his shift and he no knowledge of my earlier conversations. I tried to explain my situation and he apologised, he then however tried to invoice me for a 3rd night a guest did not spend at the hotel. He was apologetic and assured me he would arrange a receipt for me. When I awoke a bill was tucked into my door and receipted the two night stay of my guest - the drink issue remained unresolved! Later that week upon check out I wished to clarify the drink issue to see if a receipt had surfaced, at that point the receptionist again tried to invoice me for a drink - apparently reception want the bar to bill you and they Food:The fly - if you order the Mercure Salad, chew carefully.The tone of the head waiter is rude and unacceptable. Our meals take over an hour to arrive and our drinks can take 20 minutes - soft drinks are not that difficult to prepare! We are never allowed to sit in the upstairs section of the restaurant even when we cannot be accommodated as a large party in the main dining area even though tables are free. I have been told on several occasions it is laid for breakfast but surely the tables could be re-set? The staff are often clumsy, spilling starters up the wall behind our table, are unsure who has ordered what and are often seen taking dishes up and down to the kitchen in an attempt to find out where they should be served. I have also had steak over-cooked and been given the explanation that "the chef was cooking the fish"...one would hope the chef can manage to cook more than one meal at a time.Yet more service issues within the restaurant:My meal took over two hours to arrive (fillet steak) was upon arrival was not cooked rare as requested. My party were informed after we had ordered that some dishes were not available, some dishes arrived with alternative sauces of which we not advised and to say I am dissatisfied with this is putting it mildly. The head waiter (Balach?) was on this occasion very attentive and provided us with some complimentary wine. This gesture was appreciated but I would have rather enjoyed my dinner in a timely fashion. He provided an explanation of short staff within the kitchen and I appreciate the situation was not his fault. Many of the other dishes were served with incorrect side orders and a desert ordered of cheese and biscuits was cancelled after the waitress informed us that after 45mins waiting for it the chef had not prepared it.

future was the best room by far and service was good at the bar. was expecting to wait 10+ min for a drink cause it was busy but maybe waited 5 mins at most

The food was delicious! The portion size was large! It was a plate of heaven! Great value for money. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back again.

Wanted to love more but although I will return, Im hopng it would be better. Most food was on time, some slower orders due to mix up, but still enjoyed our time together here. I dont blame, it just did not satisfy but work local some time when needed so would return with colleagues. Staff reasonable , but expected them to go that extra mile.
