On every occasion I have been to Little Roses previously the service is always excellent and the staff are always friendly. A group of us met there for a reunion lunch. We had booked a table in advance and were so pleased when it was decorated with flowers and waiting for our arrival. Everyone in the party was extremely happy with the food we ordered (the coronation chicken sandwiches were delish). We wanted to give it 6*!

Bacon, brie and cranberry panini was really bland, just served with crisps. Coffee and milkshake was good. Drafty as door stays slightly open

This is a lovely cafe, very clean, attractive and pleasant. I have been several times for a drink/cake. Its very nice but expensive! I paid £5 today for an iced coffee! I was very disappointed as its mostly ice anyway! I didn't have anything to eat today but I saw the pricing. £1.20 for a childs snack pack of jammy dodgers. These are mini jammy dodgers which in the supermarkets you can get 6 packs for £1. I will be buying cheaper drinks next time I visit

The Americano was perfect; Unfortunately, the pastries were average at best. We tried 2, a brownie and the flapjack. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Little Roses was very busy at the time of our visit, we value that they told us upfront that there would be a wait.

A very positive experience and eating in a relaxed and personalised environment. Would have given 5 stars but the soup was not hot and hardly worth complaining about as it was very tastey. Tables spaced to manage Covid and had steriliser available at the entrance. Will visit again but will have a CAKE.

Sometimes ordering gluten free can be such a fiasco but I was so impressed with the knowledge and service. On top of that we all had an amazing lunch. Too full for any cakes but I noticed two were gluten free. Might become my new favourite cafe! Staff very friendly, cafe very clean, food very tasty. Will be back

Nice little place for a basic get together, food was fresh, fast service and staff were friendly one could have greeted us better when arriving and explain the process for ordering. I found this out from another couple. Wish I had known to book a downstairs table due to disability. Menu had a great choice but there was no menu upstairs, you had to go back downstairs and take a photo and go back upstairs to decide then go back downstairs to order. Suggestion would be laminated menus :-)

This is a nice little cafe at the back of a garden centre. They serve lunch things like jacket potatoes, sandwiches, toasties, cakes and hot drinks. On a nice day you can sit outside and look out over the fields.

I went here last week to meet a friend of mine. The service here is very friendly. There is not a massive choice, but what they do serve is very tasty and reasonably priced. Their cakes are delicious! It's a very popular little place to meet up and once you've been here, you're sure to return.

Visited this lovely place several times over a couple of years and never had a bad experience. The cakes are amazing and really fresh. The paninis are lovely. We just like the hole experience. They even have an upstairs with children’s toys, haven’t been up there myself as I’m disabled. The hot chocolate is amazing.

This very good little coffee shop is hidden behind the Elm Park garden centre and well worth a visit if passing and in the need. It has reasonable selection of cakes and biscuits to go with your coffee and is fairly priced. Don't expect any outstanding luxury inside as it is a converted agriculture shed which is outfitted in an informal way but comfortable.

Love little roses. Offer a great selection of yummy cakes, drinks and sandwiches and jacket potatoes. Very friendly staff and service is great. Upstairs is brilliant for children with space to play and toys even provided and comfy sofas for adults. Do not be deceived by the outside, it looks like a big shipping container/industrial unit but inside is warm and cosy.

I come here every so often with a group of friends for coffee as we have babies and toddlers. There is a lovely baby/toddler area upstairs with sofas, which are very comfy. Please be mindful of the top of the stairs , as these are near the play area, and curious toddlers could take a topple. Maybe a stair gate is needed? The food is of good quality , and the coffee and cakes go down well . The staff can be a little abrupt sometimes. We were told to keep the play area clear as child free customers needed a path through - we were the only customers up there! The employee actually kicked the toys out the way, which I thought was really rude. If those toys had been my daughters I would have been very angry. The toys are provided, with a book corner and other baby toys , and I can't fault this. I do enjoy coming here, and I would recommend it - just keep your kids tidy !

Called in this afternoon. Cosy little cafe with simple small menu on offer and home made cakes. We opted for toasted sandwiches which were served quickly and very tasty. Seemed busier than the Garden Centre so suspect that people call in just for this cafe, a recomendation in itself.

This is is a nice cosy little tea room with both snacks and various jacket potato selections. The service is very good and you are made very welcome. There is a garden you can sit outside in if the weathers fine. The one thing I would say is that it could do with a better sign as its down the back of Elm Park Garden Centre and the main sign is for the garden centre and people unless they know it's there can very easily miss it as there sign is very small. This a shame because it really is a nice little tea room

A great place to stop for great coffee and cake or sandwich or baked potato. I love the ambiance. The owners are great, as are the other staff. Although the atmosphere is relaxed, the service is excellent with no waiting. Plenty seating inside (upstairs as well) and outside in the summer. On the same site as Elm Park Garden Centre, so you can combine both, or just pop into Little Roses totally separately.

Excellent and always friendly service from the team at LR's. Although a bit spartan inside and not the most inviting location or frontage, LR's is a little haven of quiet and calm (more often than not) in an out of the way position adjacent to the local garden centre. If you happen to visit on a sunny day, the outside seating is comfortable and isolated with views across fields and farm land. A little hidden gem of tranquillity.Food range is limited, but sufficient and of good quality and value. Although in parts LR's seems average, the overall package here is very inviting, little, local tea room, which well deserves it's patronage.

I regularly visit Little roses to meet friends, with friends or on my own, mainly for a coffee and cake or for a simple lunch(such as baked potatoes (several different fillings) or a toasted sandwich. The owners and staff are very welcoming and one does not have to wait long for service. The tea room is situated behind Elm Park garden centre and has plenty of parking. Tables are available inside as well as outside. Children and babies are welcomed there. The tea room serves light refreshments, not full blown meals like some of the bigger cafés attached to much larger chain garden centres.

Visited here today. Lovely cup of tea and the food was delicious. It's a small cafe and quite pretty. We were the only customers for about fifteen minutes. The atmosphere was completely spoiled by a lady who was having an extremely loud conversation. Normally of course I would say it's not the staff's fault if a custoner is loud but this lady was obviously involved in the cafe. It looked like her husband worked there. When other customers arrived she stopped talking but that actually made me feel worse. When we were the only customers we didn't matter. Such a shame because it's a nice little cafe

We dropped in for mid-morning coffee and a cake. The welcome was every good by a helpful and cheerful young lady who smiled a lot. There is a good range of all day eats including breakfast, lunch and service right through until late afternoon. Parking is free and adjacent. Easy disabled access. Large children's play area upstairs. Coffee is served in a mug, which I don't mind but others may prefer a cup. Decor is a bit drab but we are on a small industrial site. Popular with the locals but there is not much competition around here. Look out for the Red Kites which can often be seen circling around looking for tit bits... or any left over chocolate muffins ! Pop next door to look at an interesting collection of collectible dolls and doll's houses.
