Link Tandoori in Medway

I’ve been fooled twice and won’t be fooled again. The food is nice there. However if you want their food delivered you better go and get it yourself. We waited 2hrs for the food ordered directly from their website, which stated 45 minutes delivery time. Called them twice, every time they said something different and were unable to tell when the food was coming. The worst customer service. They simply don’t care.

Links is, in my opinion, the best indian takeaway in the medway area. Their Chicken Tikka Masala is great.

Takeaway again as thought we would try it again, despite the last order being poor. Food was hot, bhajis were ok, but the naan was missing. So I called them to let them know that part of the order was missing, and I was asked what do I want them to do about it? So I asked for a refund for the part that’s missing, and I got told was that the manager would call me. Didn’t seem bothered at all. Won’t be trying again.

I have had food delivered about 11 times now. And absolutely love there food. All ways nice and fresh and so tasty. And really polite when I phone up and order my food. The best by far that I have used in the medway towns. Keep up the excellent quality of food and brilliant service thank you. Really appreciate all the good work that you all do 👍

Takeaway tonight was poor. I’m really disappointed because in the past it has been excellent. But this evening the onion bhajis were overcooked, the rice was dry and in a solid lump, and the korma was luke warm. The delivery was late too. I have been using Links for a year now, but this has changed things. I won’t be using them again.

Great food, great service and always friendly

After checking their online prices, as i thought that it was pricey ,I found that I'd been overcharged by £10. No I didn't challenge it as they would only deny, just won't use them again.

We tried for the first time and it was lovely. Nicely spiced and proper medium heat, whereas normally medium has no heat in most places. We had vegetable rice, chicken shashlick, chicken tikka bhuna, it was all lovely and the chicken was moist

Lovely food, good flavour. Delivery was a little longer than expected but worth the wait.

Missing food, very rude and annoying woman working inside who was absolutely no help at all, broken container so some of my food was in the bag from collection... Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere because even the food that survived was below average. Update 25/03/2024 : Ordered a curry here tonight to give this place another chance and after half an hour after placing my order it was suddenly cancelled leaving me without dinner, thanks alot Links! I will be advising everyone to avoid this place through word of mouth and social media. Disgusting service

Did not get what I expected it never said rice isn’t included came cold and my chicken was over done and hard

Lamb Tikka Masala I threw this away. The lamb was hard. The sauce was a toxic red and not nice at all. My worst order from the Links. Staff are friendly but this food was bad.

Can take a while for the delivery to arrive. But it’s worth the wait… food is great.

Usually good food from The Links Tandoori, although disappointing this time. Chicken Tikka Garlic Chilli was not tikka and one chunk of chicken wasn't cooked properly.

Do not use this takeaway, would not answer the phone when order was late, sent it away when it was 1hr 20min late

A little late but expected on a Saturday night. Not complaining.. it’s my 2nd time ordering from here, and I must say it’s definitely a new favourite. The amount of food you get for the money is amazing. And it’s always piping hot. Lots of extras! Am very happy with my meal tonight. Thank you will definitely recommend!

When food arrived was piping hot. Tandoor oven must be broken as all chicken tikka looks and taste like normal chicken. Butter chicken is a korma. Beef bhuna lovely soft meat. Breads average

Good food, order not quite ready when we arrived but only by a few mins. Sadly no free poppadoms like most restaurants give.

I drove all the way from London to visit the links tandoori as I moved away front Kent just for some Indian food and they still haven’t lost their touch! The masala , lamb biryani were too fab! The drive was definitely worth it , I’ll definitely be returning again soon. Highly recommend this place!!

Ordered Chicken Tikka Biryani that didn't have one piece of chicken in it!! Rice was like boiled instead of Pilau. Actually tasted better supermarket microwave Indian food. Very disappointed.

Food was luke warm and the keema naan was like stale bread with no keema.

Despite a late delivery the food was delicious and hot on arrival. The staff was also very good. I called the shop a few times to query where my meal was and the person on the phone did everything to help. The driver was also apologetic on arrival and that was appreciated. Food was definitely delicious!

I cannot stress this enough, look nowhere else than Link Tandoori. Absolutely everything was perfect, easy to order, arrived early, great value for your money and most importantly, the food is always hot and delicious! Would recommend every single time

Takeaway. This is to let you know, that the order 2571 that I received yesterday 5th Oct was the worst that we have ever had. Firstly we waited for nearly 2 hours for it to arrive. My Lamb Chops were luke warm tough and dry. The Chapati and Paratha were were cold wet and soggy. My wife's King Prawns looked like strips of Chicken, were cold, dry and far too spicy. They did not even look like Prawns. It was a disaster. This was supposed to be a treat for her Birthday, and I ended up having to microwave for her a ready meal. I won't be using you again. I sent an email, but you didn't even have the decency to reply

Best chicken korma we have ever had. Been living here three months now and have had their food at least once a month. Always hot, always prompt delivery, and delicious food. Always enough for four meals - excellent 👌

Don't bother. Pay a fair bit of money for what should be a decent meal and it was over cooked and so chewy. Lamb was overcooked and chewy, undercooked bhaji and over cooked poppadoms. I mean, how does anyone over cook a poppadom. Spent 4 quid on ibuprofen to help the jaw ache from chewing the lamb. It's now Thursday, I started chewing on Monday. Chicken tikka starter was alright so maybe get that if you're gagging for something, oh i almost forgot that Pilau rice was okay, but it's rice. Rice. Delivery man was pleasant. 2/10 do not recommend. 🤣9

Food was tasteless, garlic chicken Tikka asked for extra garlic that we got but no flavour also was not Tikka chicken meat. Chicken tikka madras was not tikka chicken and had no flavour 😢 Rice was nice, as was the saagaloo

Ordered a delivery, I do not eat anything spicy so it was a mild Korma. Only had one spoon of it, it burned all the tastebuds.. My boyfriend had it on a second evening and said it was more spicy that his meal... I would never order again there. Giving a score of 2 as my boyfriend was fine with both meals, said mine was spicyer than his original meal. Sorry, never again!
