why is it that i keep getting phone calls saying there from 02 but when i Google the number its this takeaway shop seriously your using takeaway shops to scam people

Ordered very late almost at close was very dubious as reviews where pretty bad on here but the food was very good the chips are so nice compared to usal fries you get everywhere burger chicken and gravy was all really good aswell

Ordered on Uber Called to add sauces and select a drink as there was no option to do this and the phone was answered by a VERY rude member of staff who told me he can't send sauces even though I offered to pay he then cut off my phone call and has not answered the phone to me so I can cancel because of the awful customer service Never again! He needs sacking Suprise surprised no drink (which i paid for) either And it ain't even like the food makes up for it.. Extremely disappointed Waste of money Delivery driver was lovely only up side

Nice food, terrible service, asked for an update as food was late but was ignored after calling multiple times and actually answered and I asked for the update but guy just said "ok bye" and hung up

I came to this fast food to eat dinner with my family. As tourists, we wanted to try fried chicken in England. Obviously, we weren't disapointed. The pieces of chicken were tasty and the chips were perfectly fried. Moreover, the only employee we've seen there was very friendly and welcoming. Lastly, the prices weren't that high. The only downsides of the restaurant is the few seats avaliable (only 6, but I feel like it's very common in the UK) and the aesthetics, that I didn't really like, which is something personal. I would definitely recommend this fast food to anybody who wants to eat in Gillingham in a tight budget, and also support small businesses.

I have been using Rich Fried Chicken for a few weeks now. My first experience was just as good as all the following experiences. The food arrives within a good time, it's hot on delivery and it tastes so much better than other chicken places in the area. I usually go for the Mega Meal which has a good variety to try what they offer. It consists of 3 hot wings, 1 pieces of chicken, a fillet burgers and chips. I'm yet to have a less than satisfactory experience here would recommend anyone try them out for some tasty and reasonably priced chicken.

Chicken taste is superb and especially fries are amazing.

Not good at all. The oil smelt like it had been overused and possibly burnt, hence the chicken was poor. My son enjoyed his wings though hence two stars, but I won't be setting foot in this place again.

Chicken was mouldy the chips was green and the lettuce had gone bad had to throw it in the bin can't believe this place hasn't been shut down

These guys really look after me . Food is well priced and freshly cooked . I won’t use any other fried chicken shop in the area . I visit regularly and will keep going back . Brilliant.

Average fast food, had a drink and piri piri chicken strips, waited for over 10mins for food while other people jostled for there orders and food, staff are polite and premises are clean, just need to be abit more organised, strips where bland and dry unfortunately i wouldn’t recommend this place.

This restaurant sucks waiting for delivery around 1 hour 30 minutes and no one pick up the phone, or they pick it up but they don't talk, I will never order from then again!! Save your time and buy your food from another restaurant.

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE! Order was delivered completely incorrectly and when I phoned to get my order changed to the correct thing the store were unwilling to help or even refund my meal. After a very frustrating call to the unhelpful store my partner and I decided to eat what we were given but after seeing the state of the chicken we decided it was best not to eat it. It was barely cooked, covered in grease and soggy. We were told the delivery driver would come back but he never showed up! Awful food, awful service.

Given 1 star no option for no stars. Food did not arrive and then they refused to give us a full refund went through just it as I paid via debit card eventually received a voucher. Livid !

Visited this place for a few times and got disgusted of the stinky chicken they had sold to me on my last visit. Can not believe how this place has still the right to exist. P.S. It just leads to me think that all of the positive comments are kind of staged/fake.

Poor experience was waiting for over 2 hours for my food turned up cold

Absolutely love this place, it has become my favourite Chicken place... I always stop in when I walk past and have the same thing 3 prices of chicken & 10 hot wings for just £6, bargain..! The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the last time I went in I ordered fries, then watched the guy reheat fries that were already cooked in the fryer...

I’ve given a 1 star rating because there is no option for 0 stars! Absolutely shocking service! Waited over 2 hours and then I drove to kfc. Was told at 9.20pm that the food had left the restaurant and it still hadn’t arrived by 10.00pm! It takes 10 mins to drive to my house from their restaurant. I refused to take the food after it had been in the back of a car for over 40 mins! Stay clear of this place!

Chips were atrocious to say the least, customer service was tragic and instructions were not followed. Honestly the worst fast food experience i've ever had.

Was told one hour five minutes foot took one hour forty minutes and was freezing cold. And now at 23.35 have No were else to order from not impressed! And refused to refund told just eat the food was ok. If I wanted frozen food I would have gone to Iceland. Do not order from this place!!!

Portions r way too small, prices r too high for the portions, took over an hr after I got the message saying it's on it's way. Will not b ordering from them again!!!!!!
