LG Cafe in Arun

Cakes are AMAZING and really love the punk vibe. Sad I live nowhere near it so won’t be able to go again but certainly would if I were closer!

Dropped in here after going to the record shop in the Old Print Works, Amazing decor, great coffee and cakes too. The Coffee and Walnut muffin was huge (took some home!) Loved the toilet very funny! Going back with friends in a few week time.

The cafe looks fantastic and great artwork has been created. But after buying one of you coffee and walnut cakes, we found it to be dry and lacking decoration. A little disappointed!

Visited with a friend and my baby on a weekday, we were the only table to begin with and during the hour and a half we were there, were joined by another 2 tables of 2. I don't know if we weren't the clientèle they wanted but the staff kept trying to collect the menus from us, when we said a couple of times that we wanted to keep them as we wanted to order more. It's not like they needed the menus back due to being busy. The cakes were absolutely delicious but the staff didn't seem very happy which is a shame. There is also no disabled or baby change facilities which I appreciate may be due to the restrictions of the historic buildings in Arundel but it meant we had to leave before ordering something else. I would have ordered some cakes to go but due to being disappointed with the service and needing to find a baby change I decided not to. Would give it another chance but overall it didnt have the same upbeat vibe that comes across on social media.

This place is mindblowing amazing. You get lost in the best street art around and your mouth just pops on amazing chocolate treats . We love it and worth a treat for everyone. Number 2 treat for me is getting lost in the wham loo and having a singsong in piece . Great spot for a teenager birthday treat as so cool. We done the 13 there last year and 10 stars from 8 13 year old girls. Top tip don't eat the week before so you can really indulge on full yum yum. Guys your cafe is outstanding and love love it ! Happy place of Sussex !

I thought the previous cafe was a sight to behold, but their funky refurb has taken it to a different level 😍 Finally got to visit with my husband and teenage son on an afternoon late December. Don't get me wrong, I love an olde worlde cafe and there are some great ones in Arundel, but sometimes, you just want something a bit different. This place delivers with fun and funky decor and artwork and music to match. The cakes are top notch too....we opted for Pistachio specials (waffles and crumpets) between three of us and struggled to finish. And the George Michael bathroom....I NEED to go back soon, just for this. Currently trying to convince the husband it will work at home.... Visit with an empty stomach and time to take in your surroundings and you will not be disappointed! A breath of fresh air in Arundel.

Visited on Sunday and had 4 cannoli to take away. I opted for 3 different flavours but only tried two one was given away to someone so I can't comment on that flavour. I opted for the American version (no cheese) they did explain the difference when ordering. I have a sweet tooth so they were fine on that level but I found the banoffe and caramel flavours to be a bit bland. I would try the traditional version but not the American version again if I return

Fab new punk decor and yummy cakes and hot choc on a cold morning. Just love this place, vibrant fun eclectic authentic and unique. Keep rebelling peeps. We love it!! C u again on our next visit to Arundel in a few months, hopefully a little warmer. 🥶

From the Service to the quality of the desserts, everything was perfect. On arrival, was greeted with a smile. George and Lily have done such an incredible job. The new theme is so gorgeous. The toilet even is George Michael themed! We had such a lovely time and will definitely go back. A must for anyone visiting Arundel with a sweet tooth 😜😍 try the pancakes, (to die for)

I have visited the LG cafe on two occasions with my wife and daughter. On both occasions we have enjoyed a lovely coffee and great cakes. The owners and staff have always been fantastic, so genuinely friendly and welcoming. You can’t fault this place. Great fun and very clean and tidy. Unfortunately the cafe has been the target of a small minded and cowardly group or individual who seem to have a worryingly obsessive dislike for it and fill their sad little existence by leaving fake reviews and sending sad little anonymous letters. I hope the cafe continues to do what it does so well and doesn’t give in to these pretentious two bob snobs.

Hi I visited here from another country during the summer. This place is gorgeous. Loved my dessert and loved the service! What made it awful for me was the couple of old cranky die-offs outside just constantly complaining about this business and it's decorations (which are amazing BTW). You can tell its all they have to do on a daily basis. Its harassment on every level towards this lovely business. Either die or move on you old sad b******s. The world doesn't need your negativity. Neither does the village of Arundel. Love from a TOURIST who does not appreciate the childish old locals trying to tarnish the name of this lovely cafe. KEEP GOING LG! We love you and will be back again 😊

The fact that this café is even allowed to stay open still defeats me. I visited this café a while back and it's just unbelievable. I live nearby and have been able to witness the lies shown to you behind its friendly pink facade. The cakes are not even baked in house, that is just a lie given to you to make themselves look better, they buy awful tasting cakes from BidFood, the food supplier and then decorate them with horrible icing to make them taste even worse, also thanks to the in-house seating and going out the back, it is easy to see that their kitchen as a whole is a total environmental hazard, it's unbelievably dirty, icing tubs left open, bringing a risk of a microbiological contamination. Not to mention the owners, constantly making scandalous actions to promote their shop and make it seem like the Arundel public want them gone, i.e. crashing their own car into their shop for publicity! So if you want to be at risk of dangerous microbiological hazards, be aware this is the place to go, however I would recommend steering clear.

Came to Arundel for a little walk around and found this amazing place. Great service and fantastic selection for cake lovers! Also offer a selection of CBD drinks which my husband enjoyed very much. Will be coming again.

We popped in at lunch time and had 2 sparkling coolers and a vegan rocky road and a caramel cannoli. The drinks were delicious and came in the coolest cups! The cakes were so yummy! Will deffo be coming back!

Service was good, the cakes were good and the drinks were refreshing. The only negative was the swear word in bright pink on the wall. In its self I didn't mind but not what I want my ten year old reading while having cake.
