WOW 👌, what a find. So pleased we booked a table at this Mediterranean style restaurant. We were met with smiles from all the staff which is always a great start to an evening. There was a great drinks menu which was reasonably priced and the food was absolutely delicious. Our starters were lovely and our main courses were faultless. I ordered the seabass with citrus sauce which came with purple potatoes and a delicious salad with fennel and pomegranate seeds. My husband ordered the pork and chicken kebabs with fries, flatbread, tzatziki and hummus. This was huge and very tasty. Many thanks for a delicious experience-we will be back!

As a coeliac I have to share when I come across a restaurant that immediately inspires confidence that I can eat safely. But WOW the food was incredible. And great value for money. It does help that I also rather enjoyed the 2-4-1 cocktail happy hour too! Service was incredible, waitress served us with a smile and practiced efficiency. We felt well looked after, not rushed at all, and very satisfied.

Visited on a Sunny Day when we needed some refreshment and lunch. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere and we were greeted in a timely fashion and drinks were ordered and arranged promptly. We then ordered food a Philly Steak Sandwich with fries and a Chicken Giro wrap with fries. Both 12.50. Drinks were good, and food tasted really nice, however the portion of Chicken in the wrap was very disappointing. I had to raise this to the waitress and asked if this was the normal portion and was told that she thought it was. This wrap was a flat bread filled with a bit of lettuce, red onion and tzatziki sauce however the 'with fries' actually meant that there was minimum chicken and it was loaded with the fries basically a carb wrap. The waitress returns and said she had spoken to the chef and confirmed that the chicken portion was normal for lunch, I stated that it was not even enough chicken for one thigh to be told it was breast. I advised she was missing the point, and off she trotted. It made the lunch disappointing as I feel there was no attempt to rectify. When the bill arrived they deducted one of the drinks, but the point was not enough chicken. I feel the feedback completely went over the waitresses head and we were a pain. I would not recommend at all.

Decided to go to Ross today and so glad we did because we found Tweet. Being vegetarian sometimes limits the menu, but not on this occasion. We decided to have Tapas, bread and olive oil, with balsamic, garlic & chilli prawns, gnocchi with blue cheese & spinach, garlic mushrooms. All absolutely brilliant, topped off with wonderful customer service, didn't get her name unfortunately, but an absolute delight. Highly recommend to visit.

Booked in for a meal on a recent visit to the town. I was dining on my own and the staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel really welcome. The food was absolutely delicious; I had the beef brisket which was melt in the mouth followed by the pecan, chocolate and toffee tart washed down with a huge The Banks of The Wye cocktail. Safety measures for Coronavirus were being taken seriously and despite the slightly odd experience of sitting in a booth flanked by two plastic sheets, it was still a nice atmosphere and very pleasant experience. I will definitely visit again.

I was contacted by the owner, through the number we left for track & trace, and asked to edit my review. I have now removed the mention of potential fake reviews that I had no grounds for and retract that comment. However, I will still say that the food was awful. I eat a lot and I was starving after a big walk, yet still had to leave half of my food. The venue was nice and the menu seemed lovely... until the food came. l've never had a glamorgan sausage before and have to say I did enjoy these. The red wine gravy on my partners roast was also nice. However, I'd expect to find 4 measly calamari rings of better quality for 50p in Iceland than for £7 in this restaurant. They were so mushy and bland that I'm not sure there was even any fish in there. However, they did quickly take this off the bill for us, so perhaps they knew it wasn't up to their standards either. The potatoes were hard, stale and so so bland. The yorkshires were tastless and so dry that it was more like a breadstick. I attempted to slather them in gravy, but they were still inedible. The arancini itself was okay, but the tomato sauce it came in had no seasoning at all (I couldn't even detect salt!), so yet again, another tasteless item. The 'sirloin beef' that came with the roast was genuinely just 1 slice of extremely thin meat. It was just a couple of mouthfuls.I would not return and I strongly advise against visiting this establishment until they have changed their chef/cooking processes. It ruined what had been a lovely day for us as we felt ripped off and hungry. Making contact to edit my review, rather than to rectify the situation, is quite possibly the worst customer service I could have received.

So this was my second visit to try their new Sunday Roast menu. Well I had to double check if it was that good! The gravy was stunning, the roast beef was so tender it melted in my mouth. I had the Roast loin of Pork and my husband had the Roast Sirloin of Herefordshire Longhorn Beef. My pork was “melt in the mouth” with the best crackling I have ever tasted. My husband said his beef was extremely tasty & so tender. Super crispy, fluffy roasties, deliciously cheesy cauliflower cheese & a selection of fresh green veg accompanied our meals. The Red wine gravy was so full of flavour. I have been called by the business owner to edit a previous negative review left by the other diner that was linked to my number. On the occasion, I had the calamari which was frozen and tasteless, which was later refunded upon request. When I read longhorn sirloin I was disappointed to only get one slither of beef that was perhaps only 1.5-2oz. The potatoes tasted like they were frozen. However, the Glamorgan sausage was good.Disappointing we read all the other positive reviews but perhaps we were unlucky...

Myself and a friend went for afternoon tea. Warm welcome, unrivalled service - efficient and unobtrusive. We were given menus to order alcoholic drinks if we wished. Also a selection of teas and coffee was available and the food was truly lovely, it was different to a traditional afternoon but that did not deter from the quality and enjoyment. The place has a nice atmosphere and there is plenty of parking close by. Gift vouchers are available and would make an excellent and acceptable gift for anyone. Great choice of food and cocktails. As someone who is gluten free it is great that gf is clearly pointed out on the menu and there’s no need to ask questions. Had a range of tapas which was all delicious and my boyfriend had steak which he really enjoyed. Great selection of cocktails and not too pricey. Served quickly and food did not take long. Only downfall for us was originally being sat on the bar stool tables in the centre of the building, which Covid wise made me very uncomfortable due to people constantly passing. This was rectified though and we were moved to a booth with plastic covers between each table.. much better. Staff were also very apologetic of this & we were given a free drink as an apology. If we come back again on holiday I would definitely visit again as the food was delicious.

We ordered lots of small plates - all were fantastic. When they turned up we thought we may have over-ordered (we had 6 plates and they're good sized portions). Extremely tasty and the best chorizo I've ever had. We could've probably done with a dish less but over all hadn't over-ordered and were both satisfyingly full rather than over-full. I was driving but cannot wait to go back and have a few cocktails as they look delicious!COVID - wise they've nailed it and surprisingly have created an environment that I actually preferred. Each booth is divided by clear plastic so you have a sense of privacy but you're still in amongst people and finally able to enjoy an evening out. All the booths are cleaned down really well. I'm surprised the staff aren't wearing face coverings or visors of any sort, and that's the only thing I felt uncomfortable with as the booth areas are quite small and the staff have no choice but to come close in to deliver proper service. Overall though I was very confident to see their practices in action, and there was far more direction from the staff to customers than most places I've been too.

Staff are attentive and go out of their way to make you feel at home, in fact, sometimes it does feel like our second home, or maybe that's just too many Martini's? It was therefore really busy in the restaurant, but we were seated and got our drinks on good time. Staff were clearly aware on our arrival and we were made to feel very welcome. All were nicely catered for, and the food was complimented by all members of our party. Covid precautions were made very clear, and included a clearly marked one way system through the restaurant, hand sanitation stations and screens between tables. .....a bit mean! My prawns were nice enough but another 2 or 3 would have covered the bottom of the small plate, would not have looked so penny-pinching and would not have made much of a dent in the profit margin. And it is manifestly absurd to describe the thinnest trickle of chocolate sauce and a smartie sized blob of chantilly on my chocolate tart as components of a dish. If there is not enough of it to contribute to the eating experience.....it's decoration! Disabled and sight impaired people should avoid if they are likely to need a toilet - they are up a long flight of stairs, poorly lit and the treads are black. Service was friendly and fairly prompt and it's a nice looking place....but don't be tempted if you are hungry!

Came here to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. We initially stopped by to have some cocktails as we had passed by earlier in the day, but we were drawn in by the food menu. We enjoyed the cocktails very much and ended up having 3 different ones each. We started with some nachos followed by the tempura salmon and potato bravas. We were disappointed they had run out of the butternut squash rice balls as they sounded yummy, so we opted for the chimichurra beef which was delicious. We ended up treating ourselves to the sweet platter which included a small square of warm lemon cake, raspberry parfait, baileys panna cotta and a mars bar square which was a modest portion for 2 people to share but didnt disappoint. Despite it being very busy, the food and cocktails were served rapidly. The staff were very friendly, charming and humorous. We felt we were able to take our time and relax. The service was good & waiters very easy on the eye which was wonderful for us over 60s! Also very reasonably priced. I would’ve given 5 stars except the restaurant was empty so it lacked a bit of atmosphere but this would certainly not stop us re-visiting which will hopefully be soon. Would recommend

We went on an evening for food with our daughter not knowing it was a cocktail bar, the staff said we were fine until 8pm or no problem if we went over. The food and drinks were excellent.

Popped in here for an afternoon drink. The decor and vibe are well picked for a cocktail bar.

Put quite simply, this place is superb. It’s true that you wouldn’t necessarily expect to find a great cocktail bar in the heart of a rural tourist destination, but this one is really worth visiting. Huge attention has been paid to the design of the interior shed the customer service is outstanding; its also the sister venue to the hugely popular No.3 Restaurant just around the corner (also highly recommended).

Great place this. The staff are always welcoming - James is splendid. We usually have the tapas which is as good as any we've had anywhere in the world, The wine is list is good for a place of this size and overall costs are reasonable.

Spotted this place on a rainy Saturday and thought we would give it a go. We were early so got a table but it quickly filled up so clearly very popular. Food is tapas style and everything was delicious. Something for everyone so the perfect family lunch. Kids 8 and 10 loved it. Friendly service too.

Booked our favourite window table and started with pornstar cocktails and nibbles, ordered a selection of tapas dishes and fries. Excellent service along with delicious food and a bottle of fizz, finishing off with a sweet selection. Lively atmosphere with happy customers enjoying the evening.

Tuesday is Tapas night. We did not eat from the specials menu but were very happy with our choices. It was well presented, tasty and filling and the surroundings were calm and comfortable. We did not receive our desserts unfortunately but the bar man was very apologetic.

Ate lunch here. One tandoori chicken burger which was tasty and Welsh rarebit flatbread also tasty. Great fries. It’s a modern swanky bar so great for drinks which also does food. Friendly staff. Near made in Ross upstairs in market hall art and craft.

On holiday in the lovely Ross on Wye on one of the hottest days of the year, as we walked passed we saw the menu had a lot of gluten free options for the missus, straight away enjoyed the air con, a friendly young lad showed us to our table, attentive but not overbearing, a quality I hold highly, a good choice of drinks, we had the Chimichurri prawns and rump steak, the steak cut like butter, very tasty dish, I fully recommend for people with gluten free diets and ones without

17th July 2019 - lunchtime tapas for 5 people. There's a very good choice of tapas dishes (page one of the menu which is called "Mix and Match") including dishes for vegetarians. Each tapas dish has 3 of the selected item on it - eg slow cooked belly pork had 3 pieces on it; the mini lamb kofta dish had 3 small kebabs on it. Amongst the 5 of us we had 9 tapas dishes and 3 side dishes (2 sweet potato fries and 1 crispy fries). That was sufficient for us lunchtime. For those with larger appetites you might go for 3 dishes each, but I doubt you'd want more. In any case you can always order more dishes as you go along. There is a decent list of cocktails too and I'm told by my daughter who has been here of an evening that this is a good place for evening cocktails. All dishes were well presented with good and tasty ingredients. Recommended.

Another fantastic visit to Leonard's. Busy and buzzing Saturday night & as usual friendly and efficient service. The falafel & Parma ham bites to start were tasty well cooked & presented. My beef burrito was truly amazing tender chunks off beef with plenty of filling. My other half had chicken and chorizo main course equally as tasty and generous portion. The Bottega gold prosecco is lovely and an absolute must are the jam doughnut shots from the cocktail menu. See you soon we will be back.

Ignore the horrible unkind comment about the staff. It bares no resemblance to kind, friendly service. Food is great, home cooking, good prices, clean and tantalising smells making us eat a yummy plate of really good "grub"! Go there regularly. Thanks guys xx

We have eaten here twice and the food is excellent! We have the roast dinner and the chorizo & king prawn linguine. Omg the fries ! Can’t wait to come back snd try the steaks, So good to have another local pub that does above average pub food.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The menu was varied but not too much choice. We opted for jacket potato and a flat bread. Fresh and well presented.
