Never had to pay for milk in an Americano before!. Ordered an Americano (which was on the board for £1.90) and asked for milk. Was charged the cost of a latte because of the milk. But a latte is nearly all milk not just a dash of milk. When asked about it the reply from the manager was “we pay for milk”. I get that in a latter but not the dash of milk in an Americano. Staff ( including the manager) were unfriendly and brusque. In addition, no salad was served with the panini we ordered although the menus said all were served with salad. The panini was pre packaged and just heated up but was ok. Service not great. Wouldn’t go back.

The only place where they charge you for extra money if you have milk in your tea n coffee The prices advertised aren’t the price they charge When asking the owner politely why I’ve been charged extra to price advertised was I have to pay for the milk hence why there is an extra charge on top of advertised price The panini all state on menu comes with salad But again not one bit of salad was served Staff are abrupt very poor customer service

We regularly pop by here and always enjoy the snacks, service is quick and friendly and the milkshakes are freshly made and delicious. Prices are reasonable too.
