A real gem. The food was fantastic and the service attentive. 2 of us had a starter each, a main each (the pizza is lovely) one of us had a dessert. We had 2 large glasses of wine and a soft drink. The chef was happy to make an alteration to the main course by not adding mustard. The bill was £91 and no service charge was added so that's at your discretion. And yes we did tip. Thoroughly recommended. We will be back with friends!

Had the most amazing meal tonight. Food was to die for! Steak was cooked perfect! Mussels amazing! Beef stroganoff was delicious! Had fantastic service from Jack at the bar too!

We've been here a few times now. We visited again on New Year's Eve and had a great evening. The only option for food on NYE was a set menu which was great for us adults, but our 8 year old son wasn't interested in any of the options, La Fiaba kindly offered to provide something from the normal menu for him, so everyone was happy. Service and food were great as always, atmosphere was perfect for NYE. Looking forward to going back soon.

Went here with my elderly parents who have severe food allergies and my young children. I was very worried about how they would take our dietary requirements but they were absolutely amazing about it. They were great at accommodating my children, made us feel so welcomed. The staff were some of the best i have ever had. It is my favourite restaurant I have been to in terms of atmosphere, service and accommodation. The restaurant itself is lovely. Amazing colours, extremely clean, everything is given to you as soon as you ask for it. I have seen mixed reviews on it before but I can never understand why, those people must be miserable 😂. I don’t think I have ever had a better dining experience. This place is an Amazing hidden gem and deserves so much more attention. The food and the drinks are amazing. I had a steak and it was so soft I could cut through it with a normal knife. Absolutely lovely and such a vast variety of menu.

They went out of their way to accommodate our needs throughout our dinner reservation. The food was excellent. Brought to us very quickly and all at once. Quiet Monday, lovely meal, good service

Me and my boyfriend visited la fiaba on a Friday night. The server we had was absolutely lovely and I believe her name was Chelsea. She was so lovely and made this experience wonderful. The food was nice but not amazing especially for the price. When I asked Chelsea if the tip would be going straight to her, she said yes. Which is what we wanted as her service was impeccable. Later on our server changed to a blonde man who I believe was the manager and I assume Chelsea had finished her shift. When the time came to pay the bill, we asked if the tip could be given to Chelsea as we were beyond impressed with her. He then replied saying that the tip would be shared out with the rest of the staff. Which is not what we wanted but we carried on. The rest of the staff which were sitting around the bar just chatting away. This is not what we expect to see. I understand that you might not be busy at all times but they were just sitting and chatting away throughout the evening. The blonde man (who I will refer to as the manager) was also part of this group and only moved when he became our server. Forgive me if I do not want my tip to be received by a bunch of lazy men.

Myself and my partner ate here this evening. Very friendly staff. We had a brucshetta to share to start as the waitress said it was two pieces but it was tiny for the £6.50 cost! This disappointing start was made up for by the very tasty home made pizza we had. Lovely tasty base cooked well and plenty of the toppings on our chosen pizza. Would definitely go back for a pizza here.

We had a very nice experience. 2 really tasty starters, chicken souvlaki main was delicious and lasagne main was super tasty. Service was polite and friendly and it was a welcoming atmosphere. Charlotte was an impressive polite young waitress who was friendly and informative.

Had a night out at La Fiaba with my daughter and we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Staff was very professional, knew the menu and looked after us well without being pushy. Souvlaki was my favourite and sea bass for daughter was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this lovely and vibrant restaurant!

Our first time to this restaurant despite living in the area for years. I wish we had gone here earlier. The seafood linguine was exceptional, the prices very reasonable and the the young staff had a lovely warm attitude. We will be back.

Terrible service waitress couldn’t read the specials properly then forgot to order our desserts no apologie from them very expensive wine no value at all for money it lacks atmosphere.

14-16 friends booked for an evening. Pre ordered all starters and Mains - sorted 👍 On arrival , apart from the some what panicked but lovely waiter, the owners were there and the place was empty apart from us and never introduced themselves. This was a large Pre booked party and for a 60th birthday but nothing, apart from the waiter who was obviously left alone and doing his best! I’ve eaten here before but…,, £27 for a tiny bit of fillet steak ( tiny) about 12 chips, 2 tiny mushrooms and a quarter of a tomato -sorry but no, I could pay half that price and get salad onion rings peppercorn sauce etc from Wetherspoons - and i rarely go there! No sauce of any kind offered, just salt and pepper on table. Won’t be back.

I recently visited La Fiaba with my friend the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious, did not take long to come. I will definitely be returning. If you are local and have not visited yet I would 100% recommend.

We have been regulars at La Fiaba, but our recent experience was really disappointing. We kept having to chase up everything we asked for as the staff kept forgetting. The starters all arrived at different times and the staff seemed really inexperienced (the wine was a disaster). Unfortunately, even though it was a Saturday night, there were no managers available when we complained about the various issues we had encountered. Needless to say we won’t be going back.

A lovely Christmas get together with girlfriends at la Fabia ! We all had different meals from vegetarian mushroom risotto, vegan aubergine bake and a new pasta dish to pulled pork and fish dishes. All yummy I added extra cheesy bread as I was hungry. We had desserts vegan chocolate sponge, sorbet, cheese cake and panna cotta. They were happy for us to bring and decorate the table too for a festive feel. Good choice of wine to wash it all down. Very happy and a bill of approx £34 per head inc service .

I was impressed that all the food was absolutey fresh and well cooked; delicious too! The service was excellent, attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. My friends asked the restaurant to relay a message to me that they were going to be late, and they did so as soon as I walked in, I was impressed that they did so. I recommed this restaurant highly.

We celebrated a big birthday at La Fiaba on 29th October. We cannot recommend it highly enough. The service was exceptional, the food really delicious as it always is there, and we couldn't have had a better celebration. There were 16 of us & everything...

First time eating here tonight and the food was excellent. The salad was fresh and crisp, the pasta dishes were were full of flavor but the best part was the service. A lovely lady called Alex served us and was very attentive throughout the meal which made the evening truly enjoyable. Thank you Alex!! :) 5 star service!!

Absolutely incredible massage in here! Have been going for years and it is always a relaxing and calming experience. The staff are friendly and kind and the massage therapists have helped me with injuries as well as easing tense and painful muscle groups which I frequently have from fibromyalgia or stress. Recommend them to friends and family - a great massage for a reasonable price - worth every penny!

A great Italian, with a selection of other cuisines. Let down by a lack of parking, which is only 50m away. Seems quiet but staff always prompt. Tapas or proper Italian 6 courses. Carafe of house wine very cheap I go most months. Sometimes live musit

Terribly disappointed. food took far too long over 45 minutes, for 4 dishes when it arrived my dish was bland.

Even one Star rate is too much for this place. The entire location needs a deep clean, please see the photos. The salt and pepper grinders filfy as the tables, the ceiling needs a bit of paint and some attention. The food over priced and bad taste. The staff friendly. First time when we were there and I don't think we will return. Definitely we DON'T recommend this place. :-(

The one problem La Fiaba has is everything on the menu is so good it is hard to choose what to eat :) I love this restaurant, I had Patatas Bravas with Chorizo and Pollo Con Jerez with sauteed potatoes and vegetables and it was absolutely delicious. I wish I could have chosen several dishes! Will definitely be back and I totally recommend.

Its our first vistit so its diifcult to give a precise oppion, what I can say is the Food was very nice and also the service. It was a monday so there wasn't many people so I cant comment on an atmosphere. I would say that there is too.much on the menu to make it all fresh. I think they should reduce their menu selection. That said I'm sure that the week ends are buzzing. Will let you know next time we visist .

I've ordered Americana hot where ingredians do not mention pork at all. Obviously, when it arrived I saw pepperoni, so picked it off. I ate this pizza 3 or 4 times. On my last order, i received a call saying it's not just beef mince, it's also pork (as i put it in instructions "No pork"). I've not eaten pork for over 5 years. I was shocked. My polite surprise was met with silence. We replaced it to Polo pizza, I ended up paying an extra £1 instead of being compensated as an apology. Not ok.

A true hidden gem that deserves more than five stars. Put simply the food was outstanding, the service was outstanding and a lovely ambience. Completely got lost in the atmosphere here and the menu is full of amazing dishes. The price was very reasonable and the recommendations from our server sold us right away. This is a must go to little gem of a place and me and my partner will most definately be returning. If that hasn't sold you.. I have never.. left a restaurant to go to an ATM to give a generous tip. A massive thank you to everyone here. Side note - you must try the butternut squash and passionfruit cake. Divine!

Absolutely gorgeous food 👌 Tonight we ordered a takeaway and it was so lovely. Didn’t feel like we had a “naughty takeaway” but a delicious restaurant meal at home. We will return again, thank you so much 😊

This was the first time we have eaten from this restaurant and it was take away. Unfortunately by the time the food arrived it was cold and quite oily (it was carbonara) the cream sauce was almost non existant and the portions were not very big. I can see other reviews are really good so maybe its a take away issue. The meal cost us £30 and I did think this was quite expensive for the portion sizez and quality of the food so really sorry but we won't be ordering any more food from here.

We visited this restaurant just recently, this was only the second time we have be, the first a few years ago, and I can honestly say the food was as good then as it was now. There is still a good selection of food available, to suit almost any pallet, very friendly staff who kept checking to make sure that everything was ok. Highly recommend.
