Amazing flavours. Always take my friends and family here when they're visiting (vegan or not) and it's a hit everytime. Great service, lovely atmosphere, food to die for, and great value!

Delicious food. Lovely service. Bit of a gem. Definitely heading back.

Heard about Koocha a few weeks ago but since I live in Bath had to wait until I was going to be in Bristol. It was worth the wait and I won't be waiting as long to go again. The menu has such a vast range of options that I struggled to narrow it down to a reasonable number. But I finally did and can't say enough about the oyster mushroom wings, the artichoke dip, and the bao buns. I can't wait to go back and try more. The service was excellent. Jazz and Chelsea were amazing - friendly and attentive and willing to spend the extra time to help me navigate such a robust menu. I'll definitely be back!

Koocha had been recommended to us by many people as THE place to go for vegan food in Bristol - and it more than lived up to the hype. We were spoilt for choice with so many dishes we had never tried before. So much thought and love had gone into the food. Mathilde, our server, was very helpful, warm and friendly and it was a Saturday night well spent. We will definitely be back!

Managed to fit me and my friend in without a reservation and gave us ample time to choose from the menu. The sweetcorn fritters were a highlight and the dirty loaded fried with the ‘doner’ meat were incredible! The oyster wings were good but I was slightly disappointed by the glazed roots. The espresso martinis were wonderful- excited to return!

Delicious interesting food with friendly service. None of us are vegan not even vegetarian but thoroughly enjoyed every dish.

The food is always gorgeous here, our go to for any special occasion. The cocktails are also just the best. All fantastic. Only slight negative is the service is normally pretty slow and drinks take a while to get to you and don't both writing anything in the comments box when booking as they don't ever read it. Overall though the food and drinks are so tasty we still absolutely adore it.

Brilliant food, beautifully presented and great vibes. We had 6 mezzes and a large plate to share between the three of us and that was more than adequate. The doner bao bun is definitely my favourite - fluffy steamed bum, flavourful seitan doner which worked beautifully with the accompanying sauce.

Just had Koocha delivered and haven’t ate there in months. Had a few favourites that never disappoint but also the new dishes are so flavourful and spicy and fresh. Thanks chefs !

I'm not a vegan but my daughter and her fiance are so took them here. Amazing. I will come back here and eat again regardless of mine or anyone's dietary requirements. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Can't fault it.

Experience was really nice, and our server (Jas/Jaz) was incredibly lovely and accomodating. The cocktails were some of the best I've ever had (no lie), and the food was well portioned and incredibly delicious. Couldn't recommend this place enough (even for meat eaters). Only thing I'd say is that it can get a bit pricey, depending on what you order.

just been to koocha with my partner for a treat and we had such a lush time - the food was class as always and our server Rosie was so welcoming and made us laugh loads. we really appreciate good service and they really made our evening so much better so thank you!

We enjoyed our mezze, it wasn’t cheap but it was tasty. The portions could have been bigger. Staff were friendly and helpful navigating the menu.

Had a really lovely meal at Koocha last night. Unreal vegan Doner kebab and oyster mushrooms. Rosie was so friendly and did well to manage a lot of tables! Only downsides were we were seated 20 mins after our booking time and food service was a bit slow so don’t go there really hungry!

Flavours, colours, variety, yumminess! This is how vegetarian food should be. Props to you guys. We loved the wide choice of options available and went for a 3 dish menu for £21 and a side of fries. Food came quick and the staff were lovely. Next time I’m back in Bristol I’ll be sure to come back.

Food ok but cold and rook ages to come out. Service was very slow and even had to ask for menus as sat down on arrival and none on the table or offered! Also very loud inside.

Excellent food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere! I went with my non-vegan parents, and we ordered 6 Mezze plates to share and they were all delicious! I would especially recommend the Oyster Mushroom wings and Seasonal Root Vegetables! We visited on a Monday night and was fully busy downstairs, so I would advise you book!

Friendly staff. Very good vegan food, all freshly prepared. Particularly enjoyed the artichoke dip, and the sweet potato samosas. However all the food was great. Very busy - booking advised.

We had a very lovely experience at Koocha celebrating my sister's birthday just before Christmas. The food was gorgeous and the staff were very friendly and helpful- including helping with a cake we had brought with us. Thank you Koocha!

Vegan food done properly. My partner and I had the mezze with 3 dishes for £21, x2. So so good! Very good rich flavours and a real mix of vegetable and bean based dishes. The sauces were fab with all the dishes. Cocktails were adventurous great to try.

One of the best vegan burgers I've had! The patty was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together. The toppings were fresh, and the sauces added a nice kick without overpowering the other ingredients. Overall, a delicious experience that's hard to beat. The only downside was that they allow dogs, which can be a bit distracting for those who prefer a quieter dining environment. However, if you're a fan of great vegan food, this place is definitely worth a visit! Highly recommend it!

Excellent Sunday roast with my family - nice table, great food and helpful service. We’ve also been before to enjoy the regular menu, which is also superb. Highly recommended!

Food was hit and miss - one dish I liked for about half of the meal and then (as it cooled) I realised it was insanely sugary as opposed to flavourful. Also was not a fan of the texture of the seitan (usually I love seitan) Similar story for the cocktails, which were overly reliant on sugary syrups for flavour and may have, once, looked in the vague direction of alcohol. I don't usually mention service as I understand when it's busy things slow down. The service was poor here (didn't mind, it was a Saturday night) but then they added an 12% service charg on to an already pricey meal, which just felt very cheeky.

Tuvimos una comida fantástica aquí anoche. La comida era deliciosa y no podía faltar. Lo único que empañó un poco la noche fue la presión que sentimos para darnos prisa y terminar nuestra comida. Nuestra mesa era a las 5. 15 y sabíamos que solo teníamos hasta las 7 ya que habría otro servicio después del nuestro. Parecía mucho tiempo. Llegamos 5 minutos tarde (llamé para explicar) y nos dijeron de nuevo del corte de las 7 pm. No tuvimos ningún problema con esto, excepto que nuestra comida no se sirvió hasta después de las 6. 15 . Cuando nuestras placas fueron limpiadas a eso de las 6. 40 nos recordaron de nuevo que necesitábamos salir a las 7. Como resultado de sentirnos presionados decidimos no tomar un postre u otra bebida. Fue una verdadera pena, ya que por lo demás era todo encantador. Definitivamente volveremos. . solo tal vez más tarde en la noche cuando la presión del tiempo no es tan grande.

Food wasn't that great. Chips were undercooked, donor kebab was stale and the sauce was lacking flavour. Cocktail was nice

Food was awful! So disappointing. Rice was inedible , mixed vegetable crudités was 6 raw carrot sticks, a lot of sauces with nothing to dip in them.Had tried to order a different gf option but half of that option was unavailable and the option was more sweetcorn fritters instead... no one needs that. Really disappointed. Had a discount becuase of this but they're service charge equalled more than this

Lovely welcome by Jazz , polite and courteous. Food really tasty, reasonable wait time between ordering and service. Non pretentious decor. Over all a good food experience. Chelsea the chef really deserves praise for her tasty food and presentation. Will return.

We celebrated our anniversary at Koocha Mezze and can't recommend the restaurant enough. From the moment we walked in the door Trinity was incredibly attentive, showing us to the table they had reserved for us by the window and bringing us complementary glasses of prosecco. She explained the menu to us and was able to give us recommendations when we asked for them. We ordered six different small plates and enjoyed all of them, with Trinity's recs being spot on. We finished by sharing the pistachio and marshmallow cheesecake, which was fantastic and had a really nice tang to it. It was lovely to be able to order anything from the menu and know it was vegan. We were really happy that we chose to celebrate our anniversary at Koocha Mezze. It was our first time visiting the restaurant and we'll definitely be back.

Great feast of delicious delicacies, many flavors and textures, a great range of interesting options to choose from and lovely to meet chef Freya, and nice chats and excellent service from Jaz bar tending.

Amazing roast dinner. One of the best vegan roast dinners we’ve eaten in eight years. Love the art inside and out and the service. The best part is the food. We tried both types of roast dinner with cauliflower cheese. We loved everything on the plates. Highly recommend 🙂

My partner and I wandered the eateries in the area and we're drawn to the ones that were busier..we noticed that the folks eating in koocha looked like they were really enjoying so we went in to see if they could fit us in. We were seated at the bar and got to see the magic happening in the kitchen as Freyja cheerfully created beautiful food, and Jas crafted different cocktails whilst chatting to us.. and when the food came out we were amazed.(Also ,despite being busy we were fed in a timely way )..we ordered kookoos, (my favourite - moist, spiced well and presented beautifully) marinated broccoli and the braised cauliflower with truffle fries .. incredible flavours and both of us were stuffed afterwards. We so enjoyed the combination of excellent well made food and the obvious good vibes of the staff (front of house and kitchen ) between each other and with customers.it makes such a big difference to the vibe when the staff seem genuinely to enjoy their job. On paying we were served by Katie, who was friendly , open and helpful as I struggled with the payment machine . Thanks Koocha - we can see why you were busy ! We will return.

Had dinner with 5 people here a couple nights ago and despite none of us being vegan , all had expectations exceeded with the food served - large and flavourful portions of the mezze sharing dishes - oyster mushrooms , salad olivieh , falafel , kookoo , broccoli and root veg , and 2 of us tried the new sunday roast options which were both incredible . Thanks very much Trinity for making our dining experience special - wonderfully attentive and made us all laugh . Also big thanks to Donny and Gabe in the kitchen - not a single dish we had disappointed in the slightest , all very , very tasty and we left feeling happy and full .

The best vegan restaurant in Bristol. I've had the Sunday roast previously which I thought was excellent, however this time we went for the large plates and they did not disappoint.

Wow, what can I say? Visited today to try out the new roast and it was phenomenal. Probably the best vegan roast I've had to date (including my own). All elements were delicious individually and even better when drizzled in the gorgeous gravy. I particularly enjoyed the parsnip puree which was super creamy. 10/10, would eat again. Thanks to Donnie and Gabe (the chefs) who were cooking the roasts along side the normal menu! Great job 🙂

Amazing food, and very good recommendations from our friendly server Trinity. My boyfriend who is a meat eater also thoroughly enjoyed the meal. So it is the best of both worlds for everything and means we can try and share food together! 10/10 and shout out to our lovely server!

The food was amazing and the staff were really friendly. I would highly recommend the oyster wings and shish kebabs. This was honestly some of the best vegan “meats” I’ve ever tried.

Absolutely incredible food and experience. The food is gorgeous, I can’t explain how good the flavours are. The whipped feta with cucumbers was beautiful and really had a feta taste to it which I especially loved. My favourite thing on the menu will always be the baklava, it’s actually so delicious, I don’t know how it tastes so much better than other baklava but it’s so good. This is definitely my favourite place to have a meal when I want something a bit nicer and am happy to spend a little bit more money. It was really busy tonight but we still felt well looked after, our waitress Trinity apologised there was going to be a long wait for the food but it really didn’t feel very long! And she apologised afterwards that the service hadn’t been as good due to it being busy, but we had a lovely experience, no faults at all, and Trinity was really nice. Also, I didn’t get to try the roast dinners that Koocha previously did - I really want to try one so please bring them back this winter, I promise I’ll come lots!!!

Had the most fantastic time celebrating my mums birthday evening (and mine!) Trinity was the most attentive server *ever* genuine, warm and authentic. We loved the food, decor and atmosphere, can't wait to come back to see more of Rosie, Fran & Celia!

Went for an amazing meal the other day I was really blown away by how nice the food was - very thankful for Chef Chelsea. The service and drinks were also incredible big love to Nadia who served us. Will be returning.

Koocha is my favourite ever restaurant. Every time I'm in Bristol I think I should probably try somewhere new but I just can't resist dining there again. Everything I've ever ordered is 10/10 and the drinks are also fab. Would highly recommend.

We’ve visited Koocha a few times now and the food has always been really delicious. The kebabi fries, koocha doner and doner bao buns are firm favourites. The mocktails are also very nice! I would highly recommend Koocha😊

Had to wait a while for drinks although we were promised water when we arrived. Finally arrived after 20 minutes and asked 4 times, 2 different servers. The food was excellent, and I'm a dedicated meat eater, but I promised my partner I would give it a go for our anniversary.
