KK Chinese Take Away in Swale

I called in here for an evening snack and wasn't impressed. It wasn't very tasty and they use way to much plastic. There isn't any recycling bins in leysdown. Traditionally Chinese takeaways are served in foil containers, this helps to keep the food hot whilst walking back to our chalets. I won't be using this place again. Also I should add this building is very bare, not appealing at all.

Chow mein inedible, duck was not great, chicken balls were alright. Honestly won't go back. Though the lady that served me was very nice the food is just gross.

Chicken chow mein & curry sauce was good. However ribs were very dry. Lady serving was helpful but shop looks shabby, could do with a spruce up.

Very tasteless bowl of rice. Hardly any ingredients added to the rice. No soy sauce either. Unbelievable that it was sold for £6.

Chinese food to take home polite staff, nice prices, something for every one, good prices cooked fresh

Every Meal we have ordered has, when we've arrived back home has been hot, it has always been well cooked, the only downside is that they don't take Debit Cards and don't have a Just Eat entry, apart from that Excellent

This place is like going back in time to how chinese used to be.the barbacue spare ribs and special chow mein are to die for.i will definitely be back.

We visited this establishment tonight and the food was excellent. The portions were very big. One of the best takeaways we have ever had.

Great food, we called and ordered ahead. Collected 10/15mins later, the food was extremely tasty and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely visit again when we are back down that way.

Arrived at Caravan Park today, end of day we were so hungry. Couldn’t decide on fish and chips or Chinese take away! In the end we decided on Chinese. KK Chinese take away is the best Chinese take away I have had in my life and I am in the latter part time of life . Singapore noodles, sweet and sour chicken balls, sesame prawn toast, ribs were just superb. I highly recommend this place

Bought a rather large order for family which was piping hot when back at the caravan. Made a selection from an online menu which turned out to be another take away of a similar name. However, although one or two items were not available this take away was a lot cheaper!

Recommend KK. Partner 'not keen on' Chinese food but we have to have a meal from here when staying. Meal is tasty & good value for money.

Very tasty Chinese, I can recommend the sweet and sour Hong Kong style and the chicken balls. Very large generous portions. All served nice and hot and fresh.

We thought that the food was really nice from here. Saturday night was busy so best to ring your order through. People were saying that this is the best Chinese around, I don't think they can all be wrong.

Called order by phone, fantastic customer service, food ordered both nights was lovely and got when dished up, plenty of it and tasted amazing, just wish we had tried this takeaway earlier in our holiday so much choice and not overpriced.

Always eat in here the chicken ball are all chicken not much batter beef curry with mushrooms and onions large chunks of beef sweet and sour crispy chicken is lovely with pineapple and peppers had loads of menu over the year I could go on but don’t be put off by reviews see for yourself as I did enjoy the food

For starters they have about 10meals on the menu and we had 3 of them and can Assure you the others are probably just as bad as the ones we had. The soup looked and tasted like dishwasher water the prawn toast was basically just fried bread. The special fried rice? Don’t make me laugh nothing special about that rice I’ve ate concrete that was more moist than that, go over the road to the chippy, now that place is a thing of beauty

Chicken balls were chicken strips, large chips didn't feed my little as portion was tiny. Beef chow mein was greasy, sweet and sour sauce too runny. Chips looked and tasted like micro chips. Rice was hard. Far too expensive and didn't eat it. Disgusting place. Queenborough Chinese is much much nicer and cheaper.

Portions are apauling, wouldn't fill a child, I've seen nuggets bigger than their chicken balls, and it's an appsalute rip off. Never have I seen a takeaway do oven chips. Do not go!

Chinese was cooked to perfection and I was not kept waiting too long either.They also have a lovely range of menu and even cater for the vegetarian.

Very pleasant staff. A nice variety of the usual selection of Chinese food. Portion sizes were reasonable.

Wow first time visit the food was outstanding favours and texture was all there. We all love Chinese and are fuses about are favourites I was not disappointed at all far the best I've had ..its beaten my favourite restaurant and that's saying something high recommended..

Great Chinese food really tasty I love crispy duck with pancakes also hot and sour soup is my favourite shame that there is no website information about the menu or opening hours... but they took leaflet and I will provide some pictures I hope will help somebody

Worst sauces I have ever tasted chickens balls were vile full f grease how ever the rice was lovely only thing that could be eaten oh ad the Iceland chips

close by to site,only about 5mins away quick service, and price good, the prawn chow mein is to die for

Really nice takeaway with good portions and reasonable price, we had the chicken chow mien as well as several other dishes which was lovely and friendly staff

Food was tasty, not grease and decent portion size. Prices are on par with other take away establishments locally. Think this will be my new regular chinese take away.

Portions small. Meat was slightly burnt. Food lacked flavour and authenticity, the sauce we ordered was like water. Staff however were polite. Disappointing as I've heard great things about this place and from outside it smells delicious which promted us to try it.

This is a very good Chinese. Friendly service and the food was cooked quickly. Good portion sizes and reasonable prices. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

We stayed on a local caravan park and had a really nice takeaway from Kk. The food was nicely cooked, very tasty at a good price. Would recommend

After having many chinese take-aways, it's nice to try one that I call traditional. The chow mein was very nice and the bean sprouts and veg was nicely cooked in the noodles and we're soft rather than crunchy. The egg fried rice was cooked well and nice and fluffy. The sweet and sour chicken was the right level of tangy and the chicken was soft and succulent. The sweet and sour chicken balls batter was soft inside with a light crisp edge and succulent chicken inside. The beef in black bean sauce was the right level of spicy and the beef was brilliant. The prawn crackers were alot better than you hope for these days and were very nice. The chips were good. They were crinkle cut which I've never seen in a Chinese before. The Sweet and sour sauce was also the right level of tangy and finally the barbecue sauce was outstanding. It was smoky and traditional. I was only planning to have Chinese once during my week stay in Leysdown and thanks to the brilliance off KK, this will now probably be twice more.

Pop down fairly regularly and never been let down. Chicken curry is nice and spicy and the prawn balls are crispy and fresh. I'd eat here more if I wasn't already fat!!
