Racist Kismet? Utter psycho babble ,I’m white and I have been going to Kismet for over 20years and have always been greeted with a smile Welcomed and always left satisfied with the service and food .From what I remember their have always dealt with drunks and small minded idiots very well.

Had food delivered 7/3/21 For the 1st time, in the middle of moving house. The food Looked like it had been thrown together. Salad I would normally presume would include tomatoes cucumber etc.....NO....Just lettuce and cabbage. I had the dryest CHICKEN SHEESH I have ever been served from a food outlet Phoned to complain and just got excuses rather than an apology. Will not order from you again

Part of my Take order, i ordered a double lamb patty burger, and the order was not followed correctly, he missed out doner slices, on top of the messy presentation. Restaurant owner claimed he was busy, but this has not been the first time he has messed with my order. I would highly recommend not going here and going to Troys BBQ (on the high st, Next to Barclays Bank) or Efes (Northgate)

I've been going to Kismet Kebab for the past 20 years and it is without doubt the best comfort food I have ever had. It is not by chance that customers keep going back there - the food is always delicious no matter what you order. Highly recommend the Chicken & Chips in a tray, Lamb/Chicken burger (hand made pate's) are just delicious, and the Lamb/Chicken Kofte is my wife's favorite! Don't forget to add the homemade chili sauce - it's there signature sauce and is a must have! I should also state that I am NOT a fan of donner meat normally, but Kismet's donner is very tasty and it's the ONLY place I order a donner kebab from.If you are ever in Crawley, you must try kismet if you fancy something different and tasty.

I usually get the chicken doner or the chicken burger and they are always tasty and fresh. The owners /staff are always smiling and friendly. Definetely recommended!

Was in town and stopped here for a snack. Wasn't too hungry to I had a Donner Burger. Was quite delicious and didn't really cost me a much. I think I might have only paid maybe £5 or even less! Can't really remember as it was back in 2017!

Food very good not expensive. Owner/Manager very friendly and helpful. I would come here again if I am in the area.

Have been going here for some time and the food is always spot on especially the grilled lamb and chicken burgers. Staff all friendly and no issues with anyone at all. Would say up there with the better food in crawley.

We had a late check in at the hotel and noticed that there were several restaurants / take outs across the street. Kismet Kebab had several customers, so we thought I would be a good choice. We ordered 2 chicken doners (1 small and 1 large). If I had known how big the doners were, I would have ordered 2 small or 1 large. The doners were full of delicious tender, but crispy chicken, lettuce and onions. The doners were as good as any I have had before.

I've been many times and tried most of the kebabs. All have been great but Lamb Shish is the best. Always a friendly service by the long term owner and best in town.

Our usual kebab place when we just was some fullsome heavy tasty food. Great service and clean environment.

this take away has some seating area too and friend staff, however the food, especially burgers were disgusting, dry, quite tasteless , not cheap

this place was lovely great customer service and really tasty food all home made well the kebabs and home made chicken burger and lamb burger but this must be asked for to make sure.

Popped in today, curious to try the 'best donner meat in Crawley'. Thought I'd spoil myself, since it's my 26th birthday. Got a simple chicken and chips with chili and tomato sauce.

I first visited when the premises was the small place next door. Great to see the same brilliant kebabs in a larger place nearby. Taste, price and portion size are all great. Would recommend this place.

As per the title, the kebab was good although a little smaller than I am used to. Staff were friendly and service was good.

I had the best grilled chicken last time. Never, ever did I expect this and someone else ordered on my behalf. It was no a chicken shish but grilled chicken pieces with salad in a pitta. I love the food soo much and glad to be the first one that tired in last time. If ever one knew this was available trust me the lines would be queuing so ages. Taste was out of the world. THANKS BROTHER LOVED IT.

I have to say this that i had been to london as well but have never before tried such well cooked and tasty Donor. Will definitely return for more when ever i am in crawley due to work.

No one does burgers and kebabs like kismet , this place is known for its individual taste and people who come into crawled and eat here would also agree that kismet do the best kebabs in the uk for sure. friends who visit always want to go for a KISMET. Service you can not fault a no frills place which is perfectly clean and the food you will remember forever.

Really tasty, really fresh and really enjoyed when your hungry! We had fries topped with donor meat and salad and mayo. Great taste.

The centre of Crawley has masses of, mainly large chain, restaurants. Most offer only fair value for money, so it's good that there's an independent kebab house just off the High Street. The food is typical kebab-house fare; there are about half a dozen basic...

Do visit this great Kebab shop when you're in Crawley. We were on our way to Gatwick and stopped off for some brilliant food and service. Will definitely visit again.

I travel all over the country doing my job and This place actually takes pride in what it serves! The place is spotlessly clean! and the food is really nice! I recommend anyone in the area try this place before the others! You won't be disappointed!

This is by far best place in area, guys in there are so friendly, food is great never had a bad meal from here, reasonably priced

I've been going here for a number of years now. The prices have gone up since my first chips in pitta back in 1996 but the food is still top quality. The owner and staff are friendly and welcoming

Stumbled into Crawley one day and had a blast. Looking for a local place to eat we found this place - must have been kismet!The food was stellar. The service wonderful. Lot of food for the money. Owner is very friendly and treats everyone as if he s the most important person on earth.Reminds me of good old Turkish kebab from Adana. That should tell you how great it is.

This guy is super nice, he always remembers you, takes the time to chat, the food is spot on, large portions, great prices, big smiles every time, I have been going here since the mid 90's, easily the best kebab shop in the south, it's also the smallest, I just wish I lived closer. 10/10

Went here after clubbing , Nice and clean and the service was really good plenty of seats to be had also got a toilet to use. First time i have been here since they refurbish and expanded it. Also when you eats in the kebab's are served on china plates with metal cutlery highly recommend it.

God, these guys make the best kebabs and the people running this joint are so cool and friendly no wonder they have been here for years with many loyal customers. Kebabs are tasty, swarms are great and so are the diners. I love their burgers. Amazing.

This was my second visit to the new premises and I was not disappointed. The food was top quality and the service was very friendly. It was always good at the previous premises next door and I am sure their move to the new restaurant will give massive dividends. I will definitely recommend Kismet.

I make a point to eat here every time I am in Crawley and it never disappoints. Great kebabs, sides and service. The new, larger restarant makes it a convenient place to stop for a quick bite while their takeaway is still my preferred option.

I first came across this shop when I was working in Crawley and the food was amazing I'm from Keighley in west Yorkshire and iv not tasted food like they have at kismet. I ordered chicken and rice it was B E A uuutifulll. Carnt wait to go back to Crawley because I know what I will be getting for tea.ho yes chicken and rice. Brilliant staff too

Blink and you will miss it, local kebab house with a great rep, nice fresh meat in a original way needed a meat fix one lunch time and got it.

This place is the best kebab place I have ever tried in the South East. Staff are polite and professional, food has been for the past 20 years or so consistently good and so reasonably priced. Once you have had a meal here you feel like you have had a really satisfying meal. The chicken burger is grilled with good meat and beautifully spiced with a balanced taste that's not too overbearing. If you add the chilli sauce, wow! takes it to a new level. The chilli sauce hasn't changed in over 20 years because it really doesn't need to.The establishment have remained customer focused and humble throughout the years. The cons are that its really easy to miss and they need a seating area.

Operating from a little doorway near the Brewery Shades, Kismet has been around for yonks and run by the same people ever since I can remember. Over the years they have built a loyal fan base in part because of the owner's banter.Perfect for a late night dirty kebab on a night out but nothing much to write home about. Their kebabs are pretty average, Troys, Best Kebab and The Kebab Centre are tastier and better value for money and much better garlic sauce. Troys across the road also have quite a bit of seating.

Amazing service, very friendly and very polite to myself and my wife..I have been going to kismet since I was a kid and I definitely wouldn't go to any other kebab shop. Even though I have 3 that are closer. Kismets attitude towards his cook in is amazing and he is forever smiling! We love you kismet!

I first tried Kismet on the day I arrived in England and it was an experience to never forget. I was greeted with a friendly smile and conversation and was left feeling joyful. The food was like nothing I've never had before; the taste was so great it can't be described. The doner kebab meat was mouth watering and all the other elements came together to form perfection. To this day I have never stopped going there. An experience of a lifetime.

i personally love kabab a lot so i've tried many times when i was stayed in crawley, lovely people and food and very helpful for customer from overseas. miss their food so bad.

The few things this place offers are so high quality and consistent its no wonder thry are so popular. Even if you go back after years they always remember you and have strong relationships with the customer offer high quality cuts of meat a unique taste that others can not rival. The donor kebabs are succulent and don't dry out like others with the right balance of salts and spices wel worth it

Wow went to kismet after 10 years and he still knows my name what a man. Great fresh food and what great service. For ten years i had craved for their freshly made chilli sauce.
