Stay away , what an awful place. Ordered online , very expensive what arrived was pathetic . I phoned up and asked for replacements. The manager is abusive and started accusing me of being abusive . He said he didn't care about my previous custom. Good cos will never return.

Absolutely disgusting .not enough meat to feed my cats .and not enough salad to feed my rabbits. Total scam and rude staff that are about as literate as a squirrel.

Bad service charges me for what I asked for but didn't receive what I payed for not happy at all 😞😞!!!!?

Good had hair in it and when Called up and asked about it the man had the worst attitude and basically called me a liar then told me I was threatening him and put phone down do not order from here !!!!

Ordered through just eat. Large kebab wasn’t a large kebab more small. Cheesy Chips stone cold and don’t even taste like cheese. Never coming back

Food quality is very poor. As you can see the status of the cleanliness. Always serve cold chips as I had to buy couple of time and throw them away.

Ordered, tired up late and cold yet I’m ‘a stones throw away’ as the person on the end of the phone explained….yet it ‘was’ cold Shish Kebab looked awful The person on the end of the phone was rude and argumentative!! I asked for mine to be taken back and refunded but as my sons couldn’t as he has covid they wouldn’t do anything!! Absolutely rude and disgusting food Will never order from them again!!!

Having worked in the industry myself I don't normaly like to complain however this is now the 3rd bad kebab I've ordered from them! It will be my last as I will not be visiting again. The grumpy old boy with the lump on his neck is rude and when he made a mistake blamed me! I always ask for the sald separate as I don't like how it makes the meat cold by the time I've got home but there sald serving has got smaller and smaller. My last visit I ordered a large kebab and the sald they gave was not only the same sixe as that when I've ordered a small but it was not very generous only filling half the tub! I ended up raiding my fridge and making my own which kinda defeats the point on getting a take away in the first place! Then to top it off I found a hair in my food! Yuck.... Next time Ill be driving elsewhere rather than the local!

Best kebab in West Sussex ! Never been disappointed friendly and nice food ! Always buy from here better than other Horsham and Crawley kebabs

☆AVOID☆AVOID☆AVOID☆ 1st time ordering tonight... I Ordered the house special at £28.99 with separate salad and bbq sauce. With some sides... But I asked for the lamb Donner to be well done... it came looking anemic nor did my salad or bbq sauce arrive.... So I phoned and said it didn't look cooked and the salad and sauce was missing the guy said that's how the meat is and has been for 7 years and no complaints... he said he would re send the other bits but didnt offer to send more meat with my salad, so as my partner only eats well done meat I ordered a large lamb donner at another £8.50. Just so she could eat with us.... when that arrived he had clearly just put strips of lamb on the grill until they was burnt... blackened, inedible burnt. As you can see from the pictures... its from one extreme to the other. The guy was rude and didnt care that my order was wrong. Will not be going back Absolutely worst kebab and customer service. Chicken very poor. Burger worse. Chips worst. Cardboard like taste and grease filled disappointment so I won’t be returning any time soon. You couldn’t identify any item of the meal that was actually ‘meat’, concerned for all who have ordered from this place. Do not order if you actually want quality or taste, if not then this is the place for you!

Forget COVID, this is the real threat. My heart hurt when the wife left me but nothing on this level, pure grease and fat. Chips were so soggy they looked sad, the burger was single hand-idly, the WORST piece of meat I’ve ever eaten (If you can call it meat). Overpaid, undercooked.. Joke. The delivery driver could’ve been better.

I went in to pick up food one evening and I can honestly say it was a big mistake. Tasted like awful and I was unable to finish it. Fell ill with food poisoning as a result. One to avoid

Well what can I say, stood for 5 mins before one of 3 workers behind counter acknowledged us. Waited not very long for chicken to be re heated on grill. Service given - poor not friendly at all. Chicken not great quality - salad limp and not fresh Chips undercooked. Didn’t receive drink as was a meal deal. Cheese burger poor quality. No taste whatsoever! Only £15 but would never go back.
