We had a delicious hazelnut, melted chocolate and strawberry pancake. It was really tasty and beautifully presented. Would highly recommend Kimmy's!

I am from Latvia 🇱🇻 and I came to Saint Austell to visit my friends who opened a restaurant Kimmy's Pancakes year ago. Nearly every day for a week I have dined in the restaurant and tried everything from milkshakes to omlettes which are superb. Excellent crepes and pancakes, not sure it needed the salad tho, in the past we have had a breakfast and an omelette which were very good too. But in the winter Kimmy's is cold, the food comes out piping hot but quickly cools down because of the cold. But you are always assured of a warm welcome.

10/10, orange and carrot juice made fresh there and then, same with American style pancakes. Fresh strawberry sauce was the best. Will be back soon. Great local business.

Lovely staff, delicious food, spotlessly clean. I had the potato pancakes with mushrooms and sour cream, my friend had a small breakfast and we both left full and happy.

Best place I have ever been for crepes and pancakes. The owners are charming. The menu is great for both adults and children. This is not your average English cuisine. Don't miss the chance for great food if you are in the area. Well worth a visit. 5 STARS.

Food was good, hospitality was amazing and the service was brilliant. A must try place for everyone.

Seven of us booked a table. I was served first and had finished my meal by the time my friend was served hers. Food was good, when it arrived. Three of us asked for water to drink and were automatically given bottled water. Apparently we should have asked for tap water. Only one of us was charged for bottled water as she had poured it before we queried it. The waitress was adamant- Not good customer service!

I visited Kelli's pancake bar today with my son and really liked the service. Very friendly polite owners. I liked everything very much. Everything is delicious. Cool!!!

Booked in for a 14th Birthday Breakfast. Our noisey table of 11 was very looked after, service was great and food was amazing! Lovely place and very friendly staff.

Lovely place, food was delicious and I loved the cats drawn on the halls and all the little details with the decoration. Owner seemed lovely and really enjoyed our breakfast. Great to have somewhere like this in St Austell, will definitely be back and hope others will too!

The workers are very sweet and have a pleasant attitude. This place doesn’t get enough love and honestly it’s the best food for a cheap price.

Eaten here three times and the food and coffee have always been really good. We had the full breakfast and Belgian waffle and both were delicious. Service is fast and friendly, we'll definitely be returning.

What a gem of a find! Kimmy’s pancakes are amazing! We had a pancake and a waffle and they are such good value for money, not to mention really really scrumptious! Will definitely be back again for more! Not too far from the Eden project (by car) and definitely worth the trip for a treat!

Wasn’t great. The pancake seem to be fried in some sort of oil as it had a super oily texture & there was a pool of oil on the plate. On the table next to us the waitress seem to be arguing with a customer about her order, even bought out the ticket to prove to her that the plate she had in front of her was in fact the dish she had order. I do believe that very rude & not caring for your customers. It wasn’t very pleasant to hear that while trying to eat. Overall not a great experience!

Brilliant experience at kimmys pancakes today. Amazing food and brilliant service. It was my sons 9th birthday and they made a fuss of him even put a candle in his waffle. I would recommend this as I've never tasted pancakes better.

Been in a few times and every time has been fantastic. Friendly, efficient service. Lovely coffee and the food is incredible, whether you go for their signature waffles or a savoury breakfast, the standard is top notch. It's a crime that so few people know about this hidden gem.

Lovely place, beautiful food. Open kitchen so you can see how hard the staff are working to give us freshly made food - exceptional. The milk chocolate is proper chocolate which although delicious is slightly bitter so I'd recommend white chocolate and/or Nutella for the kids! Top marks all round :)

Great little place. Excellent service. The staff was very polite and friendly. Excellent food, very filling. My son said the waffle was to die for, and my husbands cheese omelette was the best ever. Highly recommended

Amazing food, with lovely presentation. Good range of options. Quick and friendly service. Clean. Nicely decorated and atmosphere was good. Kid friendly, no kids menu but the portion was a good size that it’s not too much for a kid but still enough for an adult.

Loved being introduced to Kimmy’s today. The menu was different and interesting. Several types of waffles and pancakes, sweet and savoury. I wanted to try potato pancakes as never had them. Delicious with the sour cream and lingonberry jam. Husband had the maple pancakes with bacon equally delicious but the star was our friend’s Belgian waffle with banana and melted chocolate. It was really delicious. Cappucino was good and the mint tea. Really want this new cafe to succeed as they deserve to. Spread the word!

Amazing! 3 of us popped in and had waffles, Crepes & pancakes- all of which were delicious. Big portion sizes and beautifully presented with the most fresh whipped cream! Washed down with an equally delicious coffee. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will certainly visit again 😊

I went to grab late breakfast. The breakfast selection is small but enough. I was surprised to find omelettes. I had the ham and cheese one and it was great. Delicious fresh juice and coffee.

I love everything about this place, the atmosphere! The food! Everything about it is top notch!! And the owner Zain is a really nice, and bubbly person, I would definitely recommend going here for a morning pancake or waffle!

Lovely people, lovely food. We were there about one week ago and had maybe some of the best potatoes pancakes ever. We loved that the place is pet friendly and we also got the chance to chat a little bit with one of the beautiful owners. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Kimmy’s Pancakes looks great and the food is even better. Inside it’s modern, spacious and very comfy. The staff are really friendly and there’s a great selection of cooked breakfasts, omelettes, pancakes, waffles and drinks, at very reasonable prices. Even as a vegetarian there was a lot to choose from. I tried the intriguing potato pancakes with mushrooms, sour cream and lingonberry jam. The flavours really worked well together and the pancakes made the potato taste light, yet still substantial. The owner told me that potato pancakes are popular in Germany and Holland, and I’m sure soon in St Austell too! I also plumped for a plum milkshake, which was delicious. If you’re in St Austell, this place must be tried.

I was approached but the owner (not Kimmy) asking if I wish to try a some food and of course I said yes! Honestly it was the best waffle I have ever tasted and the coffee was great too. The staff are really friendly and have obviously worked extremely hard to get this place to a 10/10 in every way and succeeded. See you again soon.

Absolutely beautiful food! I had fluffy pancakes with bacon and maple syrup and a caramel Frappuccino. My partner had a crepè with white chocolate and strawberry sauce and a strawberry milkshake. We both throughly enjoyed our meals! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Fantastic service! The restaurant is also pet friendly which is a lovely touch so we were able to bring our dog in. They also gave him some water. Loved the personal touch of picture of their cat Kimmy in the restaurant! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Kimmy’s is absolutely delicious. The waffles were so tasty and just the right portion size. The coffee was super yummy too, a really smooth blend. There is a really friendly, comfy and cosy feel to the restaurant. There has clearly been a lot of time and effort invested into this business and it really pays off. The staff are also so welcoming and friendly. We will most definitely be making regular visits. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Me and my partner were really excited to try the Belgian waffles and they definitely did not disappoint the milkshakes amazing as well. It's a really friendly atmosphere and I would 100% recommend you give them a try

I've visited Kimmy's twice this week with other people. Both times the food has been excellent, whether it was a ham & cheese crepe, a pancake with various toppings of a Belgian waffle with chocolate, fruit and whipped cream. The chocolate milkshake and carrot juice are also top notch. Kimmy's is a great addition to St Austell. Please give it a visit and make the most of a new, unique and fun place to eat.

We were just recommended this place from a friend who was really impressed about the food quality and service. We popped in for a breakfast and I have to say everything was absolutely delicious , from the waffles to the milkshakes to the fresh Carrot juices. Everything fresh and made to scratch. The restaurant is spotless and really inviting. Zane and Karlis the owners were really friendly and enthusiastic, and despite they were both quite busy helping othrr customers they both found the time to checkback on us to make sure Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back with some friends! Well done guys!

i had a great time here the food was delicious the staff were very lovely and the service was great. it looked very clean in there and well designed.

Had a potato pancake with smoked salmon and sour cream as well as a cheese and ham crepe with lingonberry jam and sour cream. Both were delicious and served with a smile. Would highly recommend the Kimmys experience! Chairs were very comfy too!

Popped in for an impromptu treat and not disappointed! There were five of us and we had a variety of pancakes, crepes, waffles and a milkshake…. all delicious and we’ll definitely be back!
