Fast and efficient service polite and friendly staff, have not used restaurant service so can only comment on takeaway

My wife, Recently rang to order a curry for the 2 of us, she is allergic to almonds so we rang to be safe.Wife. "Good evening, does your butter chicken have nuts?"Man on phone. "Don't know".Wife. "Are you going to check?"Man on phone. "Yeah wait" (Disappears for 2 seconds) "um yeah"Poor attitude to something so serious. Surely in 2019 places have to be more allergen aware. People die for goodness sake. Won't ever be using this establishment.

I haven't eaten in the restaurant but have been in for take away meals. ( I live 5 minutes away) It is nicely laid out and the food is great. Lots to chose from the menu. We are vegetarian and there is quite a lot of choice for us there. They open from 16.30 so it is very handy if you want an early meal. Would definitely recommend.

1 of my favourite take away, very generous portion sizes unlike many other Indian take away. Always good quality food and nicely cooked.

Good starters and currys meats nicely cooked .very quick polite service will defiantly use again also the drinks were cold more than you can say for a lot of curry houses.

Esta noche y hemos pedido utilizado khans muchas veces antes sin problemas, pero esta noche desde el principio que era terrible! Primero, el hombre tomar la orden no era educado, cuando la orden se apareció la porción de patatas fritas era diminuto! Había unos 2 manos llenas de pequeños chips en la bolsa.Les llamó y dijo que no estaba satisfecho con el tamaño y me dijo 'ese es el único tamaño que hacer! Que me dijo 'puede ver el orden no es sólo para 1 persona, su respuesta fue que el tamaño no será por más de una persona. Y que el tamaño de las porciones se han reducido y los precios aumentaron.El hombre fue muy grosero y me preguntó si iba a rectificar la situación y dijo que sí, que la próxima vez me dijo que no habrá una próxima vez.Terrible y muy grosero sin habilidades de servicio al cliente!

Had a takeaway and i found the food bland, keema naan had hardly any keema in it. The service was great but I would not recommend this indian.

Food ordered for 20:30 delivery. Arrived at 20:00, would be great but wasn't home at that time. Then got abusive and angry calls from some muppet who could barely speak English from Balti House, saying they would be back to redeliver food and to answer my phone when they try and call me. Told same muppet to eff off, and went elsewhere. Glad I did. Avoid this place...

Arrived 40 minutes late completely cold and the wrong order - we ordered chips and got naan. Despite this they insisted I ordered naan when I even have the confirmation email to say chips were ordered

Meal was lovely as usual but when we eating our meal I noticed we didn't have a nan bread which it says it comes with it was to late to phone as we were half way through the meal by then

Absolutely lovely top quality meal and the staff are friendly. Lovely size portions too. I keep coming back for more. Good prices too. I think khans is the best in havant to be honest. Thanks

Ordered at 6.45pm for 7.45pm delivery. Somehow they cooked and delivered my meal in 15 minutes... Which possibly would have been great if it hadn't beaten my to my house by half an hour! Obviously cold by the time I got home, alas I'm assured by my other half it was stone cold by the time it got here anyway! Sauce was just mush and onion bhajis tasteless. Note to self: if you want something doing right, just do it yourself!

Am not normally one to leave bad reviews but I had to. Order took TWO hours to be delivered, had to chase twice.. When it finally arrived it was pretty much inedible and went straight in the bin... Complete waste of time and money so would not order from or recommend again.

If you want to wait 2 hours for a very plain curry then this is the place for you.. We put an order in just before 8 didn't arrive until almost 10.. Lamb taste funny chicken was tough, Masala didn't have much of a taste and madras wasnt anything to shout about either but at least the food turned up hot.. Won't be ordering from here again!

Food was lovely when it finally arrived, but I don't think an hour and a quarter to deliver it is acceptable. Had to phone to chase it after an hour and told they were busy and only had one delivery driver, a courtesy call to say that it would be a little longer than normal would have been nice. Just poor delivery service, as I say the food was great when I got it

Had nice meals from Khan's Balti before but ordered a Balti and specifically requested it was mild and it was so spicy I couldn't eat it! It had a huge chilli sitting in the top when I opened it :( won't be ordering from them again

Much much better than last time we ordered. Food was lovely and was delivered well before estimated time. Won't be ordering on a weekend again though as quality and timing was severely lacking but we gave it another shot and very happy with tonight's service.

Well, after waiting two and a half hours for my delivery, I was assured some extras would be put on my order to atone for such a ridiculous delay. When the order arrived with no apology and no extras, I phoned back up to enquire before paying for such shocking service. The inbred on the other end of the line proceeded to tell me that he had never mentioned any extras (I blatant lie as this was what had made me accept the delay in the first place) and that maybe "next time" I would get something added on. Maybe next time I'll go to somewhere that offers even a modicum of good service. 👌🏻

Chips keep being awful change the oil! Dry chicken never any juice and last time there was it was just pure oil went in bin.

Food was okay, have had nicer from here in the past! Biggest problem was that the bottles were advertised as coca-cola and after ordering 2 bottles they turnt up with Pepsi which I am not fond of other than that food and delivery were reasonable.
