Fastest service that I've ever had in a restaurant, I was very pleased. As usual for KFC the food is delicious.

Laura was super lovely and efficient. Nice to see a happy person in their work.

Nice restaurant with ample space for parking. We ordered vegan meals which tasted great!

Sometimes we hit our targets on a fantastic friday and will grab a KFC for the pen pushing monkeys! the decor is very nice and staff are very helpful and provide fast service. Only thing I have a issue with is the fact some special items are not on the touchscreen pads (chicken christmas stacker burger). I recommend to all my friends and family to visit here.

This review Is for the lovely gentleman who cleans the tables, this was Saturday 30th. Really polite and chatty, holds the door open for you, asks how ur day been, what a lovely man, cleaning soon as someone leaves. 10* for him, makes u wanna go back. Sorry don't know his name i think his new as first time i seen him there.

Food ok, forgot to bring drinks over had to ask for them, not enough self service machines as only 2 in store.

Food was all lovely as always. HOWEVER, the quality of the bags you use are absolutely abysmal. Upon walking home, the bag with the drinks in ripped in my hand and went everywhere. I was not amused after spending 40 pounds on a food order and I am quite frankly baffled you do not stock bags which fit there purpose of carrying things and actually have handles. Not good enough at all!!

Possibly the worst KFC I've had in years. Tasteless chicken pieces, awful chips and the burger was dryer than Gandhi's flip flop!! The only plus was the service which was OK.

Just ordered 20 hot wings and 3 piece original meal when I got home had 3 hot wings with chips and was charged for original 3 piece meal.

Took 30 minutes to give zinger and krushem staff are non existent the children working there are more useful than the adults never again

The delivery people had all their bags on the floor in front of the counter area plus the drivers themselves were just standing around there. This was blocking the counter area and made ut an uninviting place to be as well as very difficult to order. Staff did care and were too busy chatting amongst themselves. I had to ask if anyone was serving!!!

Everytime I get food from here there is either something missing or the chicken is slimy and undercooked, when I've tried to ring up it just rings and rings then goes dead so can't even get anyone on the phone.

Chips were stale, my fillet burger was so tiny it was all roll. Think they used the mini fillet. Will never go there again they weren't surprised when I told them my chips were stale.

Sat in the restaurant for almost 40 minutes, dirty tables of course, i come here very often an rarely got a clean table , last night was even with rubbish on them and for 40 minutes nobody came to clean, seriously kfc! Poor standard

It has had a makeover and the quality of the food has improved but eating in was not as enjoyable as it could be due to excessively loud music.

I am a food delivery person and today, September 4th at 6:30 pm, I picked up a delivery, but when I arrived at KFC, the front desk employees were in groups of 3 talking and not working, there were many deliveries ready and no employees to deliver to the driver, and when they came to serve us, they were all very rude to the drivers.

I love KFC, but this place is run down, signs and windows not working properly. Exteior not maintained. Never have any gravy (the most popular side on the menu). Go across the road to McDonald’s

Lovely chicken crispy skin but not over cooked or dry. Happily swapped out the chips for mash and gravy.

The food was cold so had to go back. No fork or napkins on a,drive through order.

as many times as I've been, I've never found the disabled toilet open, and instead of the 9 wings I ordered, they gave me only 6, I saw too late

Chicken sizes are just getting smaller and smaller and prices are rediculous.

I want to say a massive thank you to Dan, he went above and beyond to help us, he was so polite and friendly. He is an asset to your company and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

If I could leave 0 stars I honestly would have. We arrived at 18:57 and left waiting at 19:35 without any movement or progress on our order. Young workers no older than 16 could be seen with 0 movement or motivation whatsoever, no member of staff appeared to have any kind of urgency in a FAST FOOD restaurant. The cleanliness of the restaurant was absolutely awful, food debris lying everywhere amongst any surface area, clearly hasn’t seen a cloth or disinfectant in a long time. Any fast food driver clearly had priority over any eating in customer and could be seen clearly as one driver had entered and delivered 3 orders by the time we even got our food. Absolutely disgusting and I won’t be eating here again.

Food has always been good here , but they seem to have a new manager with a real attitude problem , new lady with absolutely no people or customer service skills

It's a KFC! Clean and tidy with decent food. You won't disappointed.

Atmosphere toxic So much bleach used in the toilets my lungs hurt and I had to keep my eyes closed. Never known anything like it.

Don’t bother ordering from here - if they have a promotion just eat don’t honour it if something goes wrong

Was an hour later than original delivery time. The delivery time kept changing and the food arrived lukewarm.

Hot food served quickly. Floor needed sweeping and table sticky but nothing a wipe couldn't remove. Mens toilets not clean.

3 stars in being generous, when the order receipt didn't print out 'yeh it's always broken' ask for a receipt from the cashier 'oh that's not my job, I'll have to ask someone, do you really want one' and that's after a trip through the drive thru' with no-one coming to take my order, customers seem like an inconvenience tbh

Didn’t even recieve the order at all someone else did and then the delivery driver drove to my house and then drove away after putting it as delivered. I am absolutely fuming after seeing him do that and obviously kept the other persons food to himself so I am left with nothing and I want my money back now because that is unacceptable!

Changed time of delivery and then still didn't arrive on time, when it did arrive the driver handed me totally the wrong order so I had to call him back to give me the correct order, it was cold by this time of waiting and then getting our order wrong

Really quiet, but still place looked unclean, bins full to rafters, and no one seemed bothered. Literally about 6 guests in the place and drive thru empty, so more regular rounds would improve cleanliness.

Just had a missing item in my order AGAIN. These guys seem to remember me and always "miss" my popcorn chicken. I find this out at home as I have 2 hungry teens o cant be going through my bag to check for each item. So basically got ripped of for 3.99. Thanks KFC. I'm really sick of you and not using this restaurant ever again. BTW the burger was soggy and the seasoning on the fries seems hit and miss. Was a miss tonight. Order 8075 at around 9pm. Firstly food was so late and then I put a message saying do not ring bell call me when your nearby, the driver still called the bell. We had had so many problems with the updaters flat but a clear message cannot be followed?

Driver had no clue where we lived - did phone me but still didn’t understand my directions - surely the drivers have sat navs - with this the food was not hot !!
