Fratton Takeaway in Portsmouth

We ordered from them last night for the second time the food was DIVINE!!!!!!! Even better than what we remember from the first time!! THE FOOD HERE IS AMAZING I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! We went to a Indian restaurant way back in March cant even remember the name of it it was just ok and we spent £50 but this place is UNFORGETTABLE TASTES LIKE FOOD FIT FOR THE GODS!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!

I was collected and was perfect I give him 10£ and make me so nice food and quick. Was tasty and a lot for 2 people. I will do again 👍👍

The worst food I even had in UK and we ordered 4 biryani we got only 2.Not atol worth.Wasted 82 pounds. :(

After placing an order at 18:30, we were told the delivery time would be 19:40. The order arrived at 19:50. We realised that there were items missing so I immediately phoned the restaurant. They said that they would get them delivered straight away. After 25 minutes the missing items still hadn't arrived so I phoned the restaurant again and explained that we had, by this point, finished the rest of the food from the order and were disappointed. The call operator said the the items were 'on their way' multiple times and then back tracked and said the driver had 'just left'- I explained that it shouldn't have taken 20-25 minutes for the remaining items from the order to be delivered. The call operator said that I would need to talk to the driver and then hung up the phone. After waiting a further 10-15 minutes the delivery driver turned up- he was incredibly apologetic and tried to phone the manger (who was operating the phones). There was no answer but he assured me that he would deal with this issue personally and get the manager to phone me back. I am still waiting for the phone call.

Didn't taste nice and made me sick. I ordered from these guys through Deliveroo on the 26/08/2017 - I ordered a sagwala curry and a keema naan and samosas. The samosas seemed okay but the curry was very very spicy and incredibly sweet tasting a bit like sweet chilli. This isn't how this curry was meant to taste and it was very sickly. The following day (today) I'm very ill I have been vomiting throughout the day unfortunately and I know it's down to this curry because it just didn't taste right at all - I only ate a third of the portion.

They are very good and tasty as the dishes of the mother if you eat you will understand the taste of the dish

Lovely food and the customer service was fabulous, a tad busy in the takeaway but the food was awesome. Tbh the best curry I've had all year. P. S quality is better as it seems the chief has changed

Ordered via Just Eat, ordered a Tikka Biryani, but got a mushroom rice instead, very expensive mistake (for me) as the Biryani is over £6!! go figure!!! won't use them again.

horrible food, no taste took ages to arrive, claimed under new management but was just as terrible as it was in Feb 2017.
