KFC Maidenhead - Bridge Avenue in Windsor and Maidenhead

I ordered 2 items from KFC. One came cold and the other was the wrong items entirely despite the order being printed on the delivery receipt. Questionable ability of staff at KFC Maidenhead to pack orders correctly.

Food is still not here over 2 hours since ordering. It's saying delivered on the app saying it was delivered at 20:30 however it's not even 8 o'clock yet! No option to cancel order which I wanted to do after an hour of waiting and time increased again to another 43 minutes wait. Food should be automatically cancelled after a certain amount of time by the app/restaurant if you are not giving the customer the option to cancel.

over an hour being prepared, for two TWO small popcorn chickens. However the delivery guy was fast!

Cold chicken, tasted like spent oil. Beans dried up and hard inside pot. If I could give no stars I would. Terrible.

Ordered food through KFC app. The driver was not only late but also brought COLD food. He said that the resturant gave him cold food. No way to contact the resturant neither was the app helpful. Just a complete waste of time and a very bad dinner

I never received the fruit shoot or pineapple stick and the burger was a zinger supercharger not bbq fillet like I ordered which was too spicy for my partner meaning she can't eat. not happy at all!

Ordered the zinger meal and one extra burger but the restaurant didn’t notify me that they didn’t have fries so they sent me a tub of baked beans and mashed potato and two zinger burgers as my order and I didn’t find out until the delivery was made and the driver had gone otherwise I would have refused the order and I’m disappointed because I usually don’t have problems as I’m a regular customer but they messed up today unfortunately. Let’s see what happens as I had to submit a unhappy request

Ordered from local KFC at 19.30pm, received delivery at 20.51pm , an hour and half later! Terrible app, no means of contacting a ‘live’ person, to cancel the order, or request a refund! Really disappointed.

Ordered at 6pm arrived 7.10pm also ordered no mayonnaise on burger as I’m allergic but it arrived with mayonnaise so couldn’t eat

What I received was good! But missing 2 portions of chips and a bottle of drink really sucks!😩

They leave missing items from the order and then when you complain and request a refund they refuse!..... Theiving charlatans!!!!!

I bought the bucket for one and wasted my money and time. The chips were as if soaked in water, very moist and chicken fillets were so bad didn’t expect that inconsistency from a known brand.

Before placed an order estimated delivery time was 25-30 mins, which turned into 1h45mins.

My food arrived cold, I spoke to KFC. They said the driver left 20-25 mins ago. Unacceptable.

BEST KFC ever had! had a wicked bucket and asked for chicken legs and they put SIX chicken legs in! chips were far to salty and seasoned ..... DELICIOUS 🥰🥰🥰

They have got our order wrong 4 out of the last 5 times we have been here. Always miss things off - make sure you check your order before leaving if taking away. Not sure why it is so difficult; no other takeaway seems to miss things on the order!

Missing piece of chicken paid for

It wasn’t the fault of the delivery driver as he was at the shop within 10 minutes of ordering and waited 40 mins for them to prepare. KFC have 1 person on orders and too many people in shop. They are disorganised and get the order wrong most times.

I was disappointed with the delivery service, especially since my soft drink wasn't handled properly. It didn't seem to be transported in an insulated bag, which affected its quality.

Assistant manager was very rude. Food missing Not recommended

The workers, particularly the female assistant manager and other female employees, were quite unpleasant and unprofessional. They did not send our entire food order, although claiming that they did.And told us they couldn't do anything, so do anything you could. #unprofessionalstaff #rudebehaviour

Order was missing chicken???? The main ingredient of the whole delivery was missing from my order. I got 2 drinks and 2 x popcorn chicken only aftet ordering a fi ger kicking double bucket....

I visited kfc today and used my rewards to redeem my items but when I got home I realised the redeemed items was missing from my order. It was a bit disappointing as I thought the man working there would give my correct name order. I’d suggest the people working there to double check orders especially when rewards are used as this has happened before to me. This is the reason for my 2 star.

Not only was the food over an hour later than the original estimated time. There was also missing items. Extra items included 2 mini fillets but they were not in the bag upon delivery.

It was amazing my zinger burger was cooked to perfection crispy outside juicy inside the staff were really helpful guided me to get the right meal fit for me the restaurant was so nice and clean and pictures were amazing would deffo consider coming back here great food great staff great restaurant

we ordered our food at 19:30 and called the kfc and the manager was helpful and polite saying the order was ready but the driver wasn't here and even checked while on the phone to me but on the app the driver had said he was there. they after the call the app said the driver had picked up my food which wasn't the case I saw on the tracker the driver go to multiple destination before dropping my food... didn't get food until gone 22:00 ridiculous!

Food was not very hot when received. In fact chips were cold as they were put in bag right next to the very cold drink. Not impressed.

ordered £62 worth of food and got someone elses £20 order. No one is picking up the phone after multiple attempts to call them and the app won't let me press submit on a refund for receiving nothing that I ordered. Never ordering here again.

£30 and never got my order. What happed?

Today they got the order wrong again, this time I didn't get the fries. I called and asked for a manager or supervisor but they hung up without saying a word. The second time the employee went to get him, after a while in the background I heard "tell him I finished at 4pm" then she told me he finished at 4.

People complaining are over exaggerated. Lived here for 5 years, and although it’s a classic KFC that can’t get a simple order correct and count the number of chicken, i’ve never had an issue with the food itself. Decent KFC

I wish I had the option of giving this place 1 star. First time I ordered via Just eat and they messed up my order. Today I Bought £35 worth of food. You should be ashamed because of the chicken you gave me. It was not fit for human consumption. Found out when I got home that the chicken was undercooked and soggy and I couldn't risk eating it or giving it to my children so it all went in the bin. Do you not check the food before you serve it to customers? I will not be wasting my money again on KFC. To the server who put that chicken in my bucket- that was very irresponsible of you. You literally gave me a 10 piece bucket of food poisoning - totally unacceptable!

Extremely poor service and food at this particular branch. The kitchen is just too small to cope. And with lots of online orders flooding in, the service is worse than ever. Sunday evening I waited (stood) over 30 minutes for my order. I saw a deliveroo order sit on the counter for most of that time too! I'll not visit again, I'm done with them. TFC in Queen Street is a much better option! UPDATE under new management and things are little better. I don't know why I bother. The food is really expensive for what it is. I'm also convinced some of yesterday's chicken is refried today. I had a fillet burger and the texture of the meat was not right. The only thing they do right is popcorn chicken and hot wings.

out of 10 hot wings, only 5 were fresh. chicken was dry and batter tasted old

Must be under new management because this is the 2nd time out food arrived hot, early, and exactly as we ordered, thanks KFC.
