Great staff, absolutely brilliant service everytime

Came in with my daughter and within 5 mins of sitting down she spilt her baby chino, like a superhero a member of the team came straight over and helped. I think he was the manager. He was so helpful, making sure she was OK, cleaning the spill and getting us new drinks. Thank you

Genuinely horrendous food Coffee was fine Costa need to re-visit their disgusting pre packaged garbage food Sausage Roll - disgusting Ham and cheese toastie - bland and only toasted on the front! Hand made coffees and hot chocolates were good, not the staffs fault, it’s the chain!

I highly recommend Costa Cafe to anyone looking for a great coffee or a cosy place to relax. Costa Cafe is a great place to work or study, with free Wi-Fi and plenty of power outlets. The atmosphere is conducive to concentration, making it an ideal place to get some work done ☕🙂

Gear coffee as usual! Awesome staff! Lovepreet was very pleasant! I like extra hot coffee and the temp was just perfect!!!! They warmed the breakfast bun a take away without asking! It’s great to see someone enjoying what they do and hence special mention!!

Love this costa the staff are great, however this is the only Costa in walking distance for me and I I love the Vegan ham and cheese toastie that you do. But they don’t stock it in either of the ones on dedworth road, that and an oat latte would be the perfect start to my morning and I can’t be alone in this. So please start stocking these for the sake of my mental well-being 👊👊👊👊

This is the better of the two costas in every way. Quieter in the morning, better local, more seats and tastes better!

Var i Windsor och skulle titta på slottet. Timslånga köer så vi behövde något lätt att äta och snabbt. Valde detta ställe. Usel service, stimmigt bland alla människor och medioker mat.

Coffee was burnt and sent back twice. Absolutely appalled. I can taste when machines haven’t been cleaned properly and from the taste I’d say they haven’t been in at least a week. Avoid.

This branch of Costa is in an excellent location on the Windsor Station Concourse. There's lots of seating, and it is a nice place to rest for a while for coffee and people watching. The service was quick, in fact quicker than most other Costa branches I've visted. Costa are very reliable for the taste of their drinks, and this location was no exception. Convenient location for shopping and the Castle. I'll visit next time I am in Windsor

Needed a fix of coffee, Sevice a little slow at the busy counter for ordering our Black Americano & Cappuccino.

This Costa has the usual menu but the location is fabulous. The chairs were comfortable and the light was pleasant. It was easy to stay there a while! Will definitely visit again.

Visit about once a week, and as a regular coffee drinker in Windsor we'll aware of what to expect in local cafes. Hence when I'm here, although they may be busy, service is always great, with a smile, and most importantly makes a good coffee. Instead of most, I am watching and they are really putting effort into the cup which I have come into Windsor for. We all know the milky burnt bitter coffee but not here in my experience, would like to applaud young Asian and tall guy with glasses(who both always seems so helpful) coffee always exceeds competitors and as someone who works local for them always recommend Costa in the station. Plus outdoor seating is cool however pre packed sandwiches is a waste of time. I think the lady who is manager is also very nice, (cold brew is not)

Some would say, just another regular Costa coffee place which is true but I need to point out the service. Despite being ultra busy most of the time, the staff manages to serve your drinks in a good timely manner. This cafe has a huge sitting area which is sheltered and has heaters for winter. A good place to chill out.

Was in Windsor to go to the Theatre but decided to have a drink before a walk around, and when it's cold to sit under a heated canopy was most welcome. Try it when it's cold.

I love taking 30 minutes out of my day and relaxing in the center of windsor with a nice hot black coffee and costa does it for me so well.

Was surprisingly quiet for lunch time rush hour, lovely atmosphere for a quick catch up which lasted 4 hours... once we women get talking it's never quick catch up :) staff were pleasant no hovering over us nothing of the sort really nice and relaxing.

Lovely surroundings in the station jubilee arch. A bacon bap and a mocha hit the spot on a miserable UK day. It wasn't too busy when we went but that was pre castle opening time

Fica na praça de alimentação da estação Windsor & Eton. Atendimento muito rápido. Preço bom. Recomendo o Cappuccino e o Muffin. Boa localização. Possui mesas do lado de fora da cafeteria.

This branch of Costa is almost always busy and the outside seating area, all under cover, popular with tourists and locals alike. The usual range of cakes and nibbles is available.The staff are friendly enough but seem to be under constant pressure which results in clearance of tables being neglected and both they and the surrounding areas becoming littered with discarded cups, napkins and plates. All of which is a shame.Great central position though.

Usual Costa standards, the tea cakes were delicious and full of fruit would recommend them for a quick snack

Visited here early today 9 am to fortify myself for a shopping trip. My mocha was lovely - flavoursome and perfect temperature. The croissant however was tasteless and an unpleasant texture - not even up to the standard of the prepacked ones sold in supermarkets. Really disappointing. And the seating area was very chilly - no heaters in evidence on a very cold morning with snow in the air! Will go elsewhere next time.

Great to come for a catch up with the girls. Coffee, cake, great staff and very clean. What more could you ask for!

It was a cold day so we stopped for drinks, the shop was so busy we had to clear our own table and the floor area, the toilets were out of order, I think due to the weather the staff could not cope

This Costa is set in a great location within the Royal Station. The outside heaters made it a cosy place to relax within a covered area. It wasn't particularly busy when we visited which was just as well as there only seemed to be one staff around as we ordered and she wasn't a bundle of joy! Our drinks where fine and our food was up to the usual standard when it arrived.

Love coming here. Vibe is great. Coffee is always amazing. Great catch up spot. Highly recommend. A must!

What a great place! Probably one of the best Costa cafe's within an incredible location. Situated in the quirky Jubilee Station mall Costa is in a perfect place to dash in and grab a quick latté to whet your whistle. The cake counter by the kiosk is seriously decent with such a range of goodies on show, you'll be hard pushed to restrain yourself to have just one! Dropping in today for a gingerbread muffin, there was too much temptation on offer; leading to a bakewell slice, tiffin then lemon slice! Being in the station mall the café is sheltered from the elements but still al fresco enough to be joined by the pigeons. Really friendly staff here that do not get fazed by the steadily growing queues. Always polite and professional; great service. The panini's on offer here are awesome too. Really big thumbs up to this Costa outlet.

Costa Coffee is situated with a number of other outlets in Windsor Royal Shopping. The seating is 'outdoors' but under the glass roof. It can get a bit cold here so the patio heaters are appreciated. Normal Costa fare, with a good selection of cakes and pastries.The staff were very friendly and the place felt welcoming.

Breakfast here on a day out, very busy & lively, staff are busy & difficult to find a table but worth a visit.

I just had a simple toastie and coffee and asked Victoria to have it as a eat in; however have a coffee in a takeaway cup.I do not think my request was ever so complicated.Then I try to tell her; sorry to confuse you.All I can say; that Victoria needs to learn how to speak to people and be less offensive.Food was quite nice; however her service left a bad taste in my mouth.This place has a great potential and location.Shame about the service though.

Coffee was nice and quick but the staff are normally really friendly but they put the coffee on the tray and didn't say a word.We sat in the old station which is very nice but it washot & sweaty...It's open air to other shops but couldn't wait to drink up and get into the fresh air.

Recently redecorated this Costa is a nice place to visit. All the usual Costa "stuff" on offer but it's the new decor, clean toilets and nice ambience that make it worth 4 stars.

Called in mid afternoon in the old Station complex rather hot and decided on the double Chocolate, Mocha. It smooth, creamy and extremely cold. One of the best of it's type that I have tasted. I shall look around other outlets of this company for a repeat

Met family & had a quick bite before shopping. Usual fayre for brekky & service was ok, very busy as expected but difficult to find a seat.

We were quite thirsty and ready to sit a bit after spending the afternoon at Windsor Castle. The entrance to Windsor Royal Station was attractive & I was glad when our hosts suggesting going in. We enjoyed cups of tea at one of their concourse tables. It's a good place to enjoy the 1800s architecture and a cup of tea.

We popped in for a coffee and were hoping to get a little snack or a cake too. Due to the constantly poor choice of gluten-free options at Costa (the pecan tarts look gross and the brownie is boring), we just opted for coffee. Baristas were friendly and coffee was very good.

You think its just another Costa but the location this fantastic. Can't say much else as the idea of this in an old railway station concourse was an inspiration.

At least 6 cafes in Windsor areas and various outlets in garages. Morrisons had one too. Although standards are consistent I now use independent coffee bars .

This Costa Coffee house offers the typical fare but it occupies a unique setting in the Windsor Royal Station and, thus, should merit a stop while you are in the city.

Coffee is stronger here than USA. If you want like a dunkin donuts ask for an Americano, then white (that means milk) also they do not take Amex or discover so if you pay with pounds, know how to count them- I had no clue and shoved a bunch of coins at them- they laughed and took what was needed- all in all- got my coffee and I was happy!

After our tour to the castle, we headed to Costa Coffee to grab some coffee and muffins before heading home.The location is very nice and spacious.When we got back home, my niece realized her bag (with an iPhone) was missing.We called Costa, and they were very helpful. They asked me to describe the bag and what was inside. And then, they confirmed that they have it and that they will keep it. We were back there the next morning, and they returned us the bag. Really nice people indeed!

The fare on offer is standard Costa. The good thing is the location. Right in the heart of the town station, perfect to take a break from shopping in the well set up town centre.

Last month I was shopping in Windsor and felt like I needed a little caffeine boost before I went home,so popped into Costa to get a Soya Latte & was absolutely astounded! The baristas were too busy chatting to their friends at the counter to really listen or bother with customer service, considering I was given a normal latte & not a soya one! Which for anyone who knows is a really bad mistake to make!! By the time I got back to my car and once I had a sip, it was too late to go back to complain, so I had to dump the much needed latte. This really made me question whether or not to return to a Costa Coffee but I definitely won't be returning to this branch anytime soon. Truly disappointed

When rattling through beautiful Windsor I countered this place that is located at central railway station and had lunch here.Well, while a hotel may cost you a lot of money in Windsor, lunch can be remarkably cheap.

Costa usually is a good bet for coffee, but in recent times seem to be going downhill. Staff seemed demotivated, and made us wait long for a simple order. The sandwiches and coffee were good however.

I often go work at both central Costas in Windsor, but the female staff (her name begins with an M) that served me today at the one in the station was ice-cold and not friendly at all. It was like being served by a robot! Not nice. As for the coffees, they are great - just as you'd expect from a Costa. The seasonal coffees are definitely worth trying.

Extremely busy Costa- the tables were not cleared quickly and the plates and cups were piling up, the floors needed sweeping,it has a slightly grubby feel to it. The coffee and toasted sandwich were good though- perhaps need someone full time out front of the counter

Always good drinks, but small selection of food choices, the more popular are always sold out. Nice seating area inside and out, perfect for a nice summers day or on a rainy English for a hot drink

Visited the new Costa that has just opened having been a regular user of the Costa further down Dedworth Road. I was very impressed with both I'm glad to say. Some of the staff seem to have moved to the new store. Both are a real credit to the Costa brand and provide a really comfortable stop to enjoy a short or extended coffee visit. The staff are excellent and provide a friendly, personable welcome that makes you want to come back. Some of the best coffee I've had in the Windsor area. Used to use Esquires but not so impressed with that since a change of staff. Am sure I will remain a regular user of both Costas on Dedworth Road. Hope the excellent staff don't move on too soon! :)

The coffee& service was great. However, I travel a lot and really needed a plug to charge my phone. Amongst the rush of people I could only find 2 plugs however people already occupied these seats. I waited a while but to my dismay no one was in a rush to go (I guess that's not a bad thing). Great place but not if you need to charge your phone.

On the way to the station, wanted a coffee for the trip. They were quick and efficient with the order as I asked for soya milk and I caught my train so a good job all round.

The Costa Coffee in the Windsor Royal Station has an excellent area of seating, which some high chairs, in the magnificent surrounding of the old railway station.There was a poor selection of morning pasties, so we opted for a Costa Cookie which was not too nice. Cappuccino was a bit bland, but the latte was fine.

Costa Coffee may be a chain, but this one has very pleasant staff, fast service, plenty of places to sit. Nice place to wait for your next train. Lots of room for luggage. We passed through on our way to Somerset, and I was actually looked forward to stopping there again on our return journey.Don’t know why but despite its small size, this is one of my favourite railway stations in Southern England. Regular commuters probably don't notice, or don't care, but it's bright, airy, lots of diversions between trains, reasonably priced shops. Good place to do final gift shopping (chocolates, biscuits, sweets, souvenirs) on way to the airport.

The best part about this outlet is the view and thats about it! It has some outdoor seating that gives you a nice view of the river and weather. Coffees are usual; just standard as you get elsewhere

Typical tourist town coffee shop with tourists jumping the queue and no one organising a fast efficient service. Took ages to buy two bottle of Pepsi. Very un co ordinated time wasting service. Thought the girl on the till must be summer staff until I read her badge said manager.
