They close an hour early everyday

The Costa in the Odeon is an oasis of calm compared to the one in the High Street and the staff always give you a friendly welcome. You can collect loyalty points here but, as yet, you are unable to spend them. Additional seating available on the first floor if you want somewhere a bit brighter to sip your latte

They speak they own language at all the time, never smile, not any kind of acknowledgement entering the shop and no answering to my "goodbye" leaving the place. Staff looks miserable and they've got not clue of customer service. Disgraceful

Great, except they started cleardown 45 mins before close, which makes it awkward to sit there and try to finish your coffee around a bunch of chair on tables

I am not one for writing reviews but here we go and can I suggest updating your opening times across your websites. It seems very hit and miss as to whether you will find this store open after 5pm having visited on many separate occasions in the last few months on my way home. Staff are never very engaged or particularly interested in you as a customer often ignoring you completely when you walk in and disappearing only to return some time later to tell you they are no longer serving. The coffee is often cold and rarely served with a smile. If it’s a coffee you’re after and you enjoy Costa walk an extra 5 minutes to the high street where you will be served by some of the friendliest baristas you will have the pleasure of meeting and you certainly won’t be disappointed in the coffee.

Toastie fell apart!! I spent £3.50 just to have to eat cheese on bread. Could’ve done it myself at home for mere pennies!!

The staff are always smiling and happy. Place is clean. The coffee is always so good and that's something as I have never been much of a coffee drinker. Every time I have been the bathrooms have been clean which isn't the same at other places. The seating is pleasant , not cramped and most the chairs are comfy.

Great service. Good coffee. What more can you ask for?

Spacious cafe in Maidenhead King Street. Food options available, both hot and cold. Chai latte is always a favourite among our friends. The carrot and walnut cake was too delicious 😋

Here we are! Saturday afternoon 4/6/22 I finished from work, pregnant and fancy something fresh.. I walk in and a skinny young lady with glasses great me... I ask for a small iced mocha and she just made the best ever and made better my afternoon... I didn't ask her name but for sure she now how to don't let go a customer without a satisfied face... Well done!!!!

Stopped in for a coffee, swift & polite service as always

I was told if I need a coffee and sandwich which takes approx 5 mins total 17 mins to get a coffee and No care might as well be McDonald’s

Situated within cinema complex. Had time to kill so had a coffee. Clean. Staff helpful. Had coffee watched the movie. 👍🏻

OK coffee - better than Starbucks but the massive carbon footprint is a big problem for me...

They won't give you a cup of coffee unless you provide your name and telephone number under the pretext of a fake virus.

Not to bad for a costa. Coffee was wet and hot but very dissapointed that they dont do toast (was told this by the barista) and dont have the selection for cakes like other stores.

The staff are really nice and helpful ...thought I got a stale banana slice once though!

Poiché si trova praticamente nell'atrio del cinema Odeon (che non ha biglietteria tradizionale ma macchinette), ho fatto un po' di fatica a capire da che parte entrare, anche perché le porte automatiche sembrava ce l'avessero con me e non si volevano aprire. Il locale è piccolino, ma Costa è Costa dovunque: caffè americano gradevole e ustionante, dolci buoni (ho assaggiato un ciambellone con noci pecan e banane davvero niente male), possibilità di sedere a lungo anche dopo aver finito la consumazione senza che nessuno mostri il minimo segno di insofferenza.

Very friendly staff but nit many gluten free options for me to choose unfortunately. Nice garden area to take dogs after their walk.

Standard Costa with pleasant staff and better opening hours. Fairly standard Costa though the staff are more friendly than the other one in Maidenhead and the fact it’s inside the Odeon means you get much better opening hours than the options in the area. Can get a bit busy at times.

Costa...located at the Odeon. Great to have a coffee and a bite to eat before watching a film or take it with you whilst watching a movie. Great staff.

What can you say about your typical coffee shop other than they're making a takeover bid nationwide but I believe Costa are better than their competition.

Great food, coffee and atmosphere

Staff polite, and efficient. Costa is cosy and has had recent refurb upstairs, however air con is always leaking, so there is a smell of damp to it at times upstairs. Service is good though.

It was cool,calm and the special blend coffee was smooth and mellow.

The coffee was fresh and service was quick. They have premade sandwiches that were fresh and delicious. Their chocolate and blueberry muffins were delicious!

It is a Costa so you get Costa but this place stands out because the regular staff are great (some of the temporary staff make you realise how brilliant the permanent staff are). great staff and the best Costa coffee you will get anywhere.

Very cozy and very quick service, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Coffee is fine but I’m ill and petty and I’m tired of them getting my order wrong, not bothering to prep food properly and other massively entitled complaints. It’s not the end of the world but when I’ve bought myself a gingerbread latte to cheer myself up in the middle of a particularly vindictive head cold, finding out they left out the ‘gingerbread’ part breaks the lump of iron I keep where my heart should be.

It's ok never a massive Costa fan a bit so so on there taste of coffee. They are a bit like Starbucks pretty dirty at times I'm sorry to say tables and floor and especially toilets are generally bad

Nice to stay alone and meet friends

Convenient location. It's a smaller branch but offers everything you would expect. Easy to get a table during the weekday.

Coffee good, snacks as well, especially the porridge, but as the doors to cinema are in the middle of the place, it gets really cold as they are opening many times and the heating is not catching up with it.

Coffee ok. Tea a bit cold. Usual Costa's. Friendly staff.

Not a fan of their coffee, but to be fair the customer service was good in this shop.

Wish I'd ordered a cold drink! My mocha is half foam. Very disappointing. I don't usually need to put sugar in either but I did with this one. Needs more hot chocolate in it. 🙁no time to go back down before the film starts.

The cafe is inside the odeon lobby so no atmosphere really Coffee was ok - asked for a latte but was more like a Cappuccino as a lot of foam Plus not overly hot Did not have time to stop and comment

Good alternative to a Starbucks.

The coffee shop is typical of most similar establishments in the group. However it is unique as it is situated in the ground floor foyer of the Odeon cinema. Usual range of beverages and eats, comfortable seating and not as crowed as ths on the High Street. Staff are friendly.

Coffee got great taste. Service was quick and nice. What i need more :-)
