Absolutely appalled by this company Absolutely appalled by this company Put in an order for coffee pods, around £40, order confirmed, sent out via Amazon Amazon left the big box outside the front door in full view, didn't bother knocking and left. I was indoors working when this happened Got a notification 30 minutes later via email it had been left outside with a photo When I went to look it wasn't there, checked with neighbours, nothing, obviously stolen Contacted JDE the same day, heard nothing, contacted them again the next heard nothing, 3 days on and no contact at all from them Disgusting

They do not deliver the order to the customer's Collection Point, they return it and wait for the amount of the order to be returned. Order placed on October 28 and December 1 without breathing on the order.

Worst customer service I’ve received. Initially contacted via email and received a response but then they ignored emails asking for issue to be resolved, also ignored several calls. From reading other reviews it’s clear that this company does not care about their customers.

Love the L'Or Classique coffee but won't be buying it again until you change the plastic opening. It's a real struggle to get the thing off and equally difficult to jam the top back on again!! Please improve as I love the taste inside the jar!

I have been drinking Douwe Egberts coffee for nearly 30 years my dad Andrew Olivier show me me that by drinking Douwe Egberts coffee we get a free free glass jar with a metal clasp to reuse and reuse and reuse and reuse but I haven't seen any metal clasps for the lid lately could somebody tell me why this is is you are still so much better than the rest but I would like to see the metal clasps back on again they seem to be the fashion and I understand why so come on people please be a friend of the Earth drink Douwe Egberts coffee and use jars Marks and Spencer have adopted the same method and I will show you a couple of pictures of what I'm on about

Awful customer service. Tassimo messed up an order, JDE are supposed dealing with it, but no matter how many times I answer their questions, they keep repeating the same nonsense. I wish that I could paste the entire email thread here but it's too long. I don't think that anybody is actually reading my responses.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the poor attitude of the hostess. We were left waiting without any attention, and when she finally approached us, she gave us a table without a view, even though all the tables with a view were empty. When I told her that I had made a reservation 15 minutes earlier through the app — and that there was no option to select a specific table — she simply said, “This is all I can do,” without offering any solution or showing concern. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional, and it left us with a very negative impression.

If we lived nearer we would most definitely adopt The Shire Horse as our favourite local. Sadly we live 95 miles away in Bristol but we come to meet our friends who travel from Essex and we start with coffee mid morning and stay for a delicious leisurely lunch. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and we especially wish to thank Oakley our main waitress who was delightful and looked after us extremely well. Sadly I don’t have the name of the lovely lady who initially greeted us but she greeted us like old friends and made us feel so welcome. The pub decor is attractive and cosy, smart and clean. Toilets immaculate. We had main courses which were beautifully prepared and delicious too. The sticky toffee pudding was the best we’ve ever had and we pride ourselves on being connoisseurs of that particular dish! We’re already looking forward to our next visit and would like to thank the whole team for giving us such an excellent day.
