Three mini fillets burgers were missing. Frequently parts of the order are missing

They were really quick with the food, the food is gorgeous and very filling, they couldn’t give me an item from my order but they called me and told me. They replaced my item with what I asked with no extra charge, this was amazing, most places don’t call you to tell you these things, never mind replacing it! These people do excellent food and have brilliant service 😊

Unfortunately for me my order was cold on arrival and the chicken was greasy.

Not happy, delivery took over an hour and instead of the staff making it when the driver was actually reading and waiting they let my food sit, soggy and stale tasting food and was all cold

load of rubbish in a bun,one piece of lettuce, completely soaked in sauce . horrible meal .

Went to wash hands in gents bathroom after eating. Unfortunately no soap in both containers, and the hand dryer was out of action?

Order never arrived never ordering again from KFC. Just under £30 spent want a full refund. Never had a problem before but now they have lost a customer for good.

Food is the same in any of their places. What I didn't like was making you use the screens to order and not at the till. For people who want to pay cash it may be an issue.

The food arrived cold! We were extremely disappointed as this has never happened before from KFC. We were not able to eat the meal. Such a shame.

The manager on duty was very rude and unhelpful his manner in front of children was not awful The tablets were extremely dirty. The lady's toilet were so dirty were unusable. The place needed a good clean.

this is flipping ridiculous this is the 2nd time I've ordered a boneless banquet and they have gone ahead and scamed me first time I ordered it I got give 3 wings instead of fillets and now they have gone ahead and only gave me one mini filet out of 3 that is included in the boneless banquet I can't believe this keeps happening the amount I'm seeing on only two box meals is ridiculous and the fact they think that they can do that with no explanation is down right ironic

Not many chips, burgers were just thrown together and it wasn't that warm.

all of the food was cold, had an item missing, ordered the meal at half 4 and didn’t come until 2 hours later, there was no stick for my corn on the cob, no napkins, and my drink was warm.

We waited over an hour gor our food. When it arrived it was lukewarm at best...no pleased eith the service at all this time round x

Really disappointing, ordered lunch for myself and completed my order at 13:53 and it turned up at 15:30, cold and missing items. The delivery driver was shocking, he didn’t know where he was, had trouble with his phone and was so slow handing the food over. After all this, I had to heat up the food I got given up which was frustrating. After all we order a takeaway for a reason.

Delivery driver was nice and friendly. It turned out he delivered the wrong drink. Small issue. Nothing major.

i watched the map the driver took the longer way to me which meant food was freezing and had to heat it up.

So another kfc that won't allow till service. Forced to use the filthy machine. Spent ages trying to navigate the menus. Something that would have taken seconds took many minutes. Went to wash the screen filth off my hands to find no soap in the WC. Then my order was wrong because I obviously pressed the wrong buttons or didn't read somthing correctly. What a waste of my time and kfc product. The colonel would turn in his grave.

If you get 'ok' food or 'great ' food is a bit down to luck and how long your food has been keeping warm is the factor. KFC from the Tower Bridge branch is the best I have ever tried .

Time on the app kept changing. Driver seemed to stay in one position near my address for a long time. Food was cold and it seemed as though the sticker on the bag had been tampered with and the bag was ripped. None of the order was missing though so this may have been caused in transit? My order request was ignored and I was given drumsticks which actually tasted like fish! Very disappointed and won’t be using again. I do not like to complain but I found this unacceptable.

but yet again the order was wrong and not what ordered, the contents were not what was on the ticket ordered a 4 piece meal and received a bucket for one.

Kept on messing up our order multiple times then refused to give us what we paid for. This was chicken drummers and half the chips that was placed back on a tray back in the kitchen They kept on thinking we would be eating indoors no matter what we said. Along with adding extra ingredients in a burger which was supposed to be plain. They were rude arrogant and we shall not be going again.

It's not too bad for a local KFC. Even though it's quiet, most of the time, it takes a bit too long for the for the food to arrive. The atmosphere is depressing, and the tables aren't getting cleaned. The good thing about it is that the food is good, which is the main reason we go there. I think it's in the top 20 KFC that I have ever been to. Hopefully, the management will improve the tidiness of the restaurant.

Is missing one piece of chicken the fries are spicy all the chicken is together and I'm not happy never buy food there again
