Perfect after a delayed ferry and tired and hungry children!

The main reason for a low review was merely the service I received at the counter. As a ‘eat in’ customer I would have thought that they could be a little more ‘on point’ with the order. I’d be baffled how to go about it if it was a delivery. But I ordered two simple meals with a couple extra sides and I honestly was only given half of it.. the guy stood there and asked if there was anything else he could do.. I simply asked him to fetch the rest of the order that’s missing. Sadly the server was getting a lot of abuse from his manager in a foreign language. But make sure you get all your food before leaving the counter

hot wings were missing again, almost every time this happens, I say to my self I'll contact them after I've eaten but then forget, today I didn't because I was looking forward to them.

I see that ordering from KFC is a tradition and there is always something missing, especially what I wanted. I think that if someone who works there and has a problem packing an order correctly, he should probably change his job because he is not suitable there, because how can it be that every time I order something, something is always missing. But what can you expect? Just look at the rating.

The driver said couldn’t find my house. The chip were cold and starchy. The chicken Luke warm. Corn lukewarm warm. Was awful. And cost a lot of money… I contacted just eat but no response . The food is still here as I’m not reheating . I expect an immediate refund!

A drink was missing from the order and the chicken in the rice box was stone cold. This is becoming a regular occupancy now with cold food and missing items.

I was charged over £15 for the tiniest wings I had ever seen, a warm can of coke and carton of fries, incidentally they missed off the extra wings I had ordered completely. so I was short changed with the food. KFC a franchise usually meaning quality. was not even close. the worst ever and will not receive my custom again if this is the food they are selling.

Was missing regular popcorn for meal

Orderd the zinger tower burger and got something different and no cheese no hash brown or anything . But the rest of order was ok

Chips half were soggy the other half hard as if not throughly cooked. 8 piece boneless dipping meal - side only choice of gravy or mash and no dipping sauces at all in bag which we didn't find out till we had left. Also had a fillet burger some parts of chicken so hard I couldnt bite them. Very disappointed. Gravy was the nicest thing out of the meal.

Cold chips, burger and chicken, only thing got was the gravy. Didn't bother eating the chips as they went soggy and tasted undercooked. Paid a service charge for it to take over an hour to be delivered 10 min down the road...

Fries were stone cold. Chicken was cold and one drink was correct and one was incorrect. It was a special treat for me to have KFC 🤔 but I was left feeling let down.

I order from here instead of Market Square because you're lucky if it turns up at all from Market Sq, but today I am so disappointed. It arrived on time, great but it was ALL cold, £40 for cold STONE cold food. even the beans were cold, KFC beans are usually piping! really really disappointed

Really well made food, staff are helpful and respectful. I prefer walk-in and order to take out. Super quick and yes Crispy coatings on the Chicken just how I like it.

All was good, but they accept so many orders via delivery apps that their customers have to wait longer than expected to place or collect their orders.

we received the entire order which hasn't always been happening so grateful for that.

It took them 45 minutes to start preparing the order. It said the courier was at the restaurant for 25 minutes before he left. It came straight to me which is 5 minutes on the road and was cold. The chicken bites didn’t have anywhere near enough BBQ sauce. Could cover them, dry and rubbery. The chicken wing (1piece) was cold and dry. Total waste of money. This chicken must have been sat for a long time to be this bad! Awful!

Tonight I was served by the English staff, what a difference, I vowed never to return after 4 bad meals over a year. But onight, the food was cooked lovely and they swapped 2 chips for gravy. This was such a nice surprise. KFC new staff cooking correctly made a big difference. Update 9 months later Not good meal was bad soggy greasy chips from hell. Still foxes did not complain, ended up at chick shop in town. This has to be the worst KFC in the country and I have been into alot. 3 years later fist time in 3 years order 255 235 711 Still worst in area possibly the country, order wrong chips blow my head off. 4 soggy greasy chicken legs, no breast no nice bits of chicken. Rest was same standard very poor cooking, £38..43 to feed foxes. Thanet Richborough and Ashford J10 have drive through suggest you drive a bit further for a better cooked meal.

How do I start I'm absolutely disgusted what a poor show unbelievable myself and wife had to wait so long. Only for the driver to say the first time he went to collect my order it'd been given someone else the next time he asked staff to remake as was cold I've been informed the small cost orders or small delivery ordered pushed back? My wife and I are nit happy at all we shall never never again use this service

Delivery time was right, but food was absolutely freezing cold. I only live about 3-4 minute drive from the store and don't usually get it delivered, now I remember why lol! But thank you anyway to the driver for bringing my food and being very polite x

Just been to the drive through in Dover Kent. I asked for 3 pieces and large fries and a small popcorn. Which I always ask for, When I got home only 5 mins away, not only were they almost cold and soggy clearly not fresh. there was JUST 3 BAGS OF lg FRIES an the popcorn. And was charged over £10.for this. I even checked the order as he handed it to me And he said yes. They weren’t even at all busy. This is NOT the first time the have got my order wrong. WHAT IS GOING ON!? Not impressed!

Food was twenty minutes late and stone cold. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

We ordered a big take out via uber, we could see the driver was 3 minutes away and this kept changing, I rung him up,he could not speak English , trying to ask where he was but that conversation couldn't actually happen properly due to a language barrier. My mum in law and step son had to go out and find him but to no avail. He eventually turned up, food was cold and missing 2 items. Paid alot for this meal but we won't be doing it again. Everything was stone cold to the point it was inedible, and I had to source an alternative meal for my family. Found brown paper in chips also. I wish to request a FULL refund please. I am extremely dissatisfied with my order.

Delivered to wrong house and as my app said it had been delivered I went out and saw the driver get back in his car I asked him if he had my order and he said he had to delivered to the wrong house. It was already 30 mins late and cold. He laughed thinking it was funny!

Could be kept a little cleaner as had to clear a table ourselves. Not enough staff for the number of customers so service very slow

KFC had missed some of the items order and when watching the map someone on the other side of the estate got a delivery first which meant they came the long way around so our food was cold by the time we got it.

I have given five stars but only because the quality and service were very good however on reflection the cost for what you get is too much for a second order sorry

Compared to some KFC franchises this seem ok food was warm and quite quick with the order wasn't too busy either

Seems to be a common mistake from Just Eat, where the driver doesn’t bring the drink. Shame, nothing wrong with KFC just the driver forgets

I ordered the 4 pieces of ordinary chicken but got 2 hot wings which I can't eat and the chips were cold and inedible. This was the first time i ordered. Love KFC as a rule but won't order online again.

Chips were cold. There were no salt sachets in the bag. There was no spoon for the rice. Cans of drink were room temperature. I paid nearly £4 In addition charges for a substandard product- disappointing
