Kerrys Kitchen in Shepway

Food was OK but owner/service was average at best! Owner was condescending to the young man working there, who was trying his best while the place was very busy and she was sat outside chatting to her mates! Very uncomfortable visit, and not welcoming at all! 😞

It really doesn’t get better than Kerry’s. Fantastic food, friendly service, and today all enjoyed in the garden at the rear. Fantastic start to our day out.

Recommended while my dog was having her hair cut, I was delighted by this lovely place. 30 seats inside and more outside, it welcomes dogs, and even provides a doggy sausage. The breakfasts are cooked beautifully, using local produce- the sausages tasted fantastic. Wi-Fi meant I could also work on my computer after my meal and the coffee was also good. Busy, as a constant stream meant tables were full almost as soon as vacated.

While visiting town came across this delightful cafe. The staff are extremely lovely and welcoming. We ate in the beautiful outdoor garden which is excellently designed. They offered an amazing menu with Keto options and plant based milk available too which is excellent, the food was incredible and they are very pet friendly and even the puppy was offered a sausage. Contactless payment accepted too. It was a fantastic breakfast and lovely experiences. Will definitely be back.

We used Kerry’s Kitchen to do our wedding food on Friday 5th May. We had a cheese platter followed by afternoon afternoon tea then a finger buffet for the evening. All the food was completely fresh and very tasty. The sandwiches were so tasty and had so much filling in that you almost needed a knife and fork to eat them 😜 the cakes and scones were delicious. The evening buffet looked amazing and every bit of it went ( sadly I didn’t get any as I was to busy socialising with my guests. So many compliments came to me about how lovely the food was 👍 i would like to say a huge tank you to Kerry and her team very everything they did for us. The service from them all was 100 percent. All of them kind, friendly and professional. On behalf of myself and my husband I would like thank you all so much. If you are looking for a company to do the food for a special occasion then I would totally recommend Kerry’s Mitchen on Lydd 👍

I’ve heard great reviews of Kerry’s breakfast this was my second visit and I wasn’t disappointed they use the best ingredients good quality sausages and bacon and not tonnes of beans on you plate like most cafes do! Friendly staff and quick service will be back for sure

Super clean, super friendly and delicious food. Went for a small breakfast with black pudding and a fried slice as my choice of breads. So glad I didn’t go larger. This was a fantastically filling, enjoyable breakfast that didn’t bloat me out and stop me walking round this lovely village. We will be back.

Classic breakfast with toast and tea, lovely, freshly cooked, portion size good sat outside in the sun, staff friendly. Deffo worth a visit will be going back.

We visited last week while we were on holiday and looking for a place for a breakfast. The service was friendly and our breakfasts were amazing! One of the best cooked breakfasts I’ve had for ages and very reasonably priced too.

They do the best breakfast I've ever tasted in my 32 years on earth. They use local supplies which is fantastic but are no0t over priced thankfully. Owner is very friendly and welcoming. A star all round.

Was visiting Dungeness for the day and popped in for lunch. Place is spotless and hubby said toilets were the cleanest he's ever been to. We ordered club sandwiches which arrived with seasoned french fries and side salad and was huge and delicious with layers of salad leaves crispy costed chicken and tasty bacon and mayo. Also had a chocolate milkshake and cappuccino for under £20. Would highly recommend and Kerry the owner was super friendly and staff lovely. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again.
