Kens Kebabs in Portsmouth

Supposed to be a meat feast pizza. Was covered in chillies. tasted awful. Total waste of money

The Pizza was really nice. And we ordered 3 Coban Salads. (mix of crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese) Unfortunately, there was no OLIVE and FETA cheese in it. Really sad...

last 3 times I have ordered it has been 15mins or more late each time and cold food

Didn’t arrive, called and they said the driver is on his way, waited 30 more minutes and called back but nobody picked up. Poor customer service.

driver spent over 4 long minutes driving back an forth infront of our address despite seeing my partner waving, driver obviously didn't want to deliver to the door

The order was nearly sent to the wrong address. I noticed it soon before delivery time and phoned the restaurant to alter it. The lady kindly set it right for me. A worthwhile meal at that time of the morning.

Food was over an hour late, had to chase numerous times, then received a call saying the pizza machine was broken, now fixed and order on the way! Why accept an order you cannot fulfil, we could have ordered elsewhere? Food arrived after another 20 minutes, instead of 15” pizzas we were sent 12” and only had the garlic bread with cheese was sent! Simply not good enough.

Dripping of grease! When I got my chips an donner meat chips were soggy covered in lettuces with the tinyist bit of chicken donner absolutely shocking. Don't waste ur money like I did.

Food arrived in good time. The pizzas were hot and honestly delicious. The whole family enjoyed them on boxing day.The best pizza we have had years. Thank you.

Food was stone cold , had to reheat kebab in the microwave as was freezing. Burger was cold and forgot the drink.

Not great service. The food was not fresh, and an XL size was like a medium size. I asked for lamb döner and chicken döner, but there wasn't any chicken in it. It was all lamb, and I think it was cut from yesterday. Definitely not going there again.

Had the worst kebab of my life. Bored and rather rude staff to begin with, then paid way too much for a 'large' döner consisting of minimal salad and dried, hard meat that looked and tasted like a mummy's skin. It was all cold and strangely tasteless. And have i mentioned it was overpriced? Never again.

Second time in a row with poor service. Delivery was late again, undercooked, wet and cold fries - thin crust pizza sent again when ordered deep pan and messaged with order. Feels almost deliberate!

Usually have a good service, not this time. The food was late, then the delivery time was rescheduled after chasing the food because the app was saying it was delivered, it was then late again! Food was cold & pizzas were thin crust, not deep pan

Worst kebab I’ve ever had , no lettuce no cabbage . Must have been at least 2 whole onions in it! safe to say I won’t be kissing anyone for atleast a month maybe longer . Had a few slithers of soft cold meat on top to then find the meat underneath that was cremated and inedible .

Would give a zero if I could, ordered the mixed swarma wrap that should include chicken lamb and beef according to there disription when we called up to try and solve the problem she was very very rude and hanged up the phone, never had an issue with kens before maybe they need to check who there employing, will never be going back

Shish kebab was burnt to a crisp, they're taking advantage of people that walk in and over charge them. I'd avoid this place.

The food was ok, not worth money. It wasn’t particularly well cooked or tasty. There are better options available. Also not sure if they use in house Delivery drivers but the one who delivered this order was rude when delivering this.

Nanu, left our order on our wheelie bin, didn’t knock the door, didn’t call, no idea our order had been delivered, called restaurant and they honoured and re delivered, however Nanu was extremely rude to my daughter and partner when he arrived, shouting on my doorstep at 230 in the morning, not good enough, I use your services quite regularly, and have never had any issues, but after tonight I will have to reconsider, thank you.

During my recent visit to Kens I was met with a disheartening experience. The Mexican and Beef Eater pizzas, which I had eagerly anticipated, turned out to be a letdown. The pizzas were noticeably oily to the touch, leaving an unpleasant greasy residue on the hands. Moreover, the excessive saltiness of both pizzas was overpowering, masking any other potential flavors and making it a challenge to enjoy the meal. Overall, the quality and taste fell short of expectations, leaving much to be desired from the culinary experience.

Spent £13 on an XL lamb doner with salad. Got no salad and the size of the kebab was pathetic. No where near an XL kebab. I would of called it a small. Will not be ordering from here again!

Absolutely awful! £23 for a large mixed grill and 90% of it was disgusting donner meat! 1 token piece of lamb which was seriously overcooked and 2 or 3 pieces of dry chicken pieces. The lamb and chicken wrap had no lamb just donner meat!! Cost over £50 for 3 people disgusting waste of money!!! Never again!

Food was awful. Chips, Millshake and Chicken. Chicken the worst quality meat I’ve tried.

The only way I'd recommend this place is if you were having a night of drinking and were absolutely plastered, or every other place in town was closed. Food is somewhat edible, but really was an extortionate disaster. The chicken fillet in the burger covered barely 60 percent of the bun. Spicy wings were just salt, pepper and flour. Boneless chicken strips were chewy like rubber. The chicken connoisseur would have a field day with this place.

First baked potato was only half cooked. Definately no baking done. This is 100% microwaved. Second was so over cooked it was tasteless mush and they forgot the baked beans on it. Don't bother with this place. Between both potatoes I was given a total of tablespoon worth of Tuna and sweetcorn. Literally about to order from elsewhere so I actually get food rather than whatever that was.

One pizza was seafood and I'm vegetarian so couldn't eat this at all. I had just ordered a simple marinara pizza and couldn't eat what actually arrived so that whole pizza went to waste and I went without dinner after a long day. Extremely disappointed

it was freezing cold, the lamb donner tastes like old man body odour, and my shish kebab was about 3 times smaller than my girlfriends dinner kebab, i suppose it costs them more to make? my girlfriend was eating hers and said she can’t suffer anymore of this torture, and just chucked it, save your money

Saturday night Had the most disgusting lamb and chicken doner mix. Been sitting in the pot for god knows how long the meat had no colour the lamb and chicken a dull grey chewy, greasy and gristly. I would of been less offended if they had just given me a can of pedigree chum at least it says what’s in the tin!!

You forgot my salad and payed 14 pound and was quite small and still hungry wouldnt normally complain but would of bin enough if had full kebab as ordered large and again no salad so made it small

If you wanna wait all night waiting for you food, this is the place to be. Restaurant times for a fast food joint.

Food was cold, driver couldn’t be bothered to walk up the stairs to deliver the food so called and lied to me about having nowhere to park when there was multiple parking spaces. If you don’t want to walk up stairs don’t be a delivery driver. Pure laziness!

The kebab meat was dry and burnt, samosa was overcooked and dry. I will not order from here again.Hope foxes enjoy it better than me.

When the delivery guy dropped off my food and ran off without a word, I thought it was rude. After opening the delivery and tasting it, I now realise why he ran. I ended up necking this thing like a pelican just because I paid for it.

Horrible greasy food. Usually arrives lukewarm and to make matters worse, the last time it came smothered in a gross sauce I didn't even ask for. They would not refund or replace. Avoid at all cost.

The food was basically inedible. i was missing two things from my order and i left a note to ask the to call me when they arrived so they don’t wake my nan up but instead they rang the door bell and left the food on the floor. really not happy. won’t be getting from here again. would NOT recommend

ONCE AGAIN! mayo and salad in burger they need to add an option to customise it and the cheesy chips was just cheese in the box with a couple chips at the bottom not happy i will be asking for a full refund on the food because this is unacceptable to pay £13 for a burger with stuff you didn’t ask for and cheesy chips which is just basically cheese and the chips were cold and cheese wasn’t melted
