Just love this cafe we always visit when we come to Filey. Friendly service and lovely well cooked food. Good choice of delicious, well cooked breakfasts. A real gem.

We went in for the first time for breakfast and WOW, what a breakfast! We had the full English and it was amazing! The prices are unbeatable, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended, and the staff are great. 5star!

We came here twice whilst visiting Filey. The food is really good and the prices are reasonable. The food seems to be traditional/home cooked style which suits me perfectly. I had a sandwich on one visit and I had a breakfast another time. I was pleased to see fried bread on the menu as you hardly ever see it anywhere! They are dog friendly but with the exception of one dog who wouldn't stopping barking (his owner took him outside eventually) most dogs sat quietly under the tables and didn't bother anyone. Recomended.

Called in for breakfast. There is a good choice and you can make up your own breakfast if you don’t want the ‘set’ options. I had the small and my husband the medium. Both well cooked and hot. When we left the place was full so obviously popular. There is a sign at the till saying cash is preferred though cards will be accepted.

Popped in early Saturday afternoon for a breakfast! Breakfast works any time of the day! Really clean and welcoming cafe,staff were very friendly,attentive and always ensuring everywhere was tidy and clean.Great range of food on offer and the breakfast was fresh,tasty and great value. Will enjoy popping in again soon 🙂 I can only assume that the two recent poor feedbacks were from the type of individuals who would complain had they been served a million pounds on toast with a side order of beans.

Beautiful full English breakfasts, choose from small,medium and large. Dogs welcome and staff friendly, what else can you ask for!

Very rude staff went in today wanted to move 2 tables together then we could eat as a family. Only to be physically stopped by a staff member male and told don’t know what you think you’re doing. Needless to say we left never to return and my advice would be DON ‘T Go

Popped in here for lunch. The staff are friendly and polite. Ordered a medium breakfast (for lunch, crazy innit), cooked to perfection. My wife had a cheese and red onion toasted sandwich which came with a salad and coleslaw. Add two cokes and a bowl of chips to that and it was still under £20. Fantastic value.

We went today for a breakfast. The staff were so friendly at taking the order and bringing it to us. They couldn’t do enough. The breakfast were really nice. One of the best we have had in Filey. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Good prices. Good staff and the toilets were very clean.

Sat out side at the tables, waited for someone to take our order only for a rude middle aged waitress so tell “come inside then” through the window. Didn’t even bother to come out and ask if we wanted to sit in side. Perhaps think about extra staff if the job was too much for the one person

We visited yesterday for lunch and the staff were all lovely and very friendly. The food was delicious and very good value for money and it was a nice relaxed atmosphere . We also got scones to take away which were amazing so it is defo worth a visit.

Went for lunch and had an excellent egg and chips and coronation chicken sandwich. The cafe is beautifully clean, so are the toilets. The waiter was extremely pleasant and polite and he cleaned the tables really well. This was the best service and food we have had in the area all week. Definitely recommended!

We were looking for a light lunch in Filey and boy did this hit the spot, two very well filled toasted sandwiches, lovely side salad, tea and coffee for £15.00. The staff were great, attentive and constantly on the go, would definitely recommend

Great value, very clean & good quality food

Had lunch here today- three adults, one child and a big dog. Absolutely fantastic service, they obviously take great pride in what they do. Really good variety on the menu - I had the lemon pepper chicken, which was delicious. Everything was clearly freshly cooked and presented beautifully. Chips were yummy and the side salad was excellent. My son ordered from the children’s menu but got a full sized cheeseburger. Pie of the day was demolished by my stepdad and my mum loved her jacket potato, which came with a really generous portion of tuna mayo and a great salad. Really enjoyed our visit and will definitely come back ❤️

What a lovely discovery, popped in for lunch to a typical English cafe. Spotlessly clean, tables cleared and clean as they became vacant. The staff cheerful and friendly and prices more than reasonable. Food was excellent, can fully recommend the chilli and the lasagne. Excellent.

Was welcomed here with table service by friendly staff. Good variety on the menu. Chose the cheeseburger meal at £6.95 👌 was served swiftly and my dog was welcome too 🐾🐾

we visited this café with our family and had such a lovely experience the food was excellent (we had been on holiday all week and this was the best food we had) and the staff were lovely. will visit next time in filey.

Top class food, great hygiene, they even clean the top of the sauce bottles when cleaning after a customer ! Recommend the breakfasts and burgers - spot on

Spotlessly clean, very reasonably priced. Enjoyed a Cappuccino and sausage sarnie, despite the breezy day. Will definitely be having another visit, sometime soon.

This spot mid. Probably would have driven 2.4 hours to Manchester to go to the goated Armaans Kitchen but it was still ok. Was here watching the game where Adam Johnson died. I watched it live here and then the Hull police started coming in to the resturabt and taking everyone’s stuff so they could go drive 2.5 hours to Manchester to help Adam Johnson. Overall still mid. Would Recommend Armaans Kitchen

Great breakfast, bizarre experience. As a couple we made a clear error of sitting at a ‘4 seater’ table despite it being the only one available. Food ordered, drinks served, nicely settled and we are asked to move to a ‘2 seater’ that has just been vacated. We oblige, only to then see another couple walk through the door and sit at a ‘4 seater’ I get the idea/intention but to move customers once settled is a No No I’m afraid. Poor customer service, sullen staff but the best breakfast in Filey by a country mile! That’s the compromise

Excellent customer services visited twice in two days with 2 different friends whilst stst staying at haven primrose valley 1st day had full English second day chilli con carne jacket potato both were well presented meals and was great

Dog friendly as long as your dog doesn’t bark - otherwise will be told to leave. After we ordered a woman came from the back and told us that the other people who are eating that don’t have dogs don’t want to hear that and that if I can’t keep my dog quiet I would have to leave. So if you have a timid dog and trying to get them some more experience being around people for training purposes, don’t bother going here. You’re either dog friendly of your not.

Went with family for breakfast... wonderful!! Worth every penny, we thoroughly enjoyed our food.

In mid August I wrote a review that said we received "good old fashioned attentive service" when we called here, well late last month we didn't. We drove to Filey for a day out and after parking and looking in a few shops we went to Kayleigh's for lunch. We arrived at 11:45 and got a table, within a few minutes a waiter (middle aged guy) came to take our orders, as I started to tell him what we wanted to order he took the menu from my hand and said loudly "Ohhh, it's breakfast only until 12 0'clock" and he walked away. We just looked at each other and then left, never to return again may I add. Okay, you serve only breakfast until 12 noon, well put a sign on the door to say so, if only for the sake of us non mind readers (there wasn't one because I checked on the way out), also, there is a way to speak to customers and this person does not have it. It's a shame because we really did enjoy our previous visit.

Good place for the children and dog. Also they do a vegetarian breakfast and you can get oat or soy milk for your coffee if you like. Clean cafe and good service

The food and service is very good would recommend . It is dog friendly which have no objections at all what I dont agree with is customers taking food from their plate and feeding dogs on the floor out of a plate they have brought. Would have given a 5 star had this not happened. Cannot fault the food or service excellent.

We were lucky to get a seat in this spacious cafe. It was near lunchtime and there were lots of customers eating already. We sat at a table for 2, as required. Table service, very friendly, helpful staff. We ordered 2 breakfasts, which came with FREE orange juice and a pot of tea. The drinks arrived on the cutest tray/platter. And a pot of water too. The food arrived within 10 minutes and looked very appealing, not greasy, It was fresh and hot. It was cooked to perfection and we demolished it. Wasn't the best of sausages but definitely not the worst I've had. Our plates were soon empty. We visited the toilets before we left and they were the cleanest toilets we've ever seen for a seaside cafe. I paid, less than £20, and was asked if everything was ok. I said please send my compliments to the chef and it was a smashing pot of tea too.

We love Kayleigh's Cafe. We came for breakfast at 10:15 on a Saturday morning before heading home after our holiday. It seems to be our new tradition when we holiday in Filey! The guy serving us was lovely and friendly. We ordered small english breakfasts with some hot drinks. Food was great. They also serve lunches including Jacket Potatoes, sandwiches, paninis etc We would recommend if you are in Filey.

They do a lovely traditional cafe style full English... Super cheap at 7.85 as well! The young lad running the front was marvelous.

Been a couple of times now. Fantastic food can't fault it. It was excellent both times 👌👍

Quick, friendly lovely food, and nice and fresh, had a breakfast was spot on, few days after I got poached egg on toast, also perfect…just need to make spam available in mornings, apart from that, I would highly recommend

Four adults, two kids and two dogs, all well fed with food from a fairly extensive menu. The food was tasty and well presented, the restaurant was spotless, the staff were pleasant and more than helpful and the cost did not break the bank. Add to this that we could eat indoors with our pets and we all left as very happy customers.

Every time we visit the area we will go for breakfast at kaykeighs cafe. Fantastic value and excellent food.

The place is absolutely spotless, and the breakfast was fantastic and hot which we like small breakfast just enough we didn't get our orange but oh well but we were very pleased with the polite staff

Good food, fair sized portions for the price. Friendly and accompanying staff for our daughter's additional needs. All round a nice place to stop off for a quick bite and coffee or spot of lunch.

Lovely, freshly cooked breakfast, served quickly by friendly staff. Clean environment, and staff cleared tables away promptly, however, they had to as it was very busy!

Great value breakfasts with drink included. Shame they don't do a small vegetarian breakfast as they do a meat one. Clean and tidy environment. Efficient staff.

Go here ! Simply the best food, service, value and atmosphere. Everything was right for us, and that's so rare. Even our Jack Russell was chuffed to bits.
