Hair in food then denied compensation, terrible is usually good would never order again, cheeky denying money back when there’s picture proof

Very very slow service. Arrived as a group - ordered first and despite other people arriving after us they managed to get their orders first. My order was a donut, had to speak to 3 different members of staff after waiting over 25 minutes to get my order. Won’t be returning which is a shame as the premises look good, shame about the poor service.

The trouble with this place is there are too many amazing desserts to chose from. Lovely staff and great place

The most disgusting toilets I have ever seen! Will never set foot in there again 🤢🤮the desserts were cold , the plate was dirty and toilet mirrors were smeared in grease and you could barely see through them . I have never seen anything like it.

Dont think this place has ever heard of service with a smile, each item came separately so we ate them one at a time, the prices are extortionate for what you get i will post a picture of my tiny sundae wich cost £8, the milkshake os the most plain and boring thing ive ever seen im not even disappointed i just wish i never brought my nephews here compared to other milkshake places we’ve been this is the pits the milkshake in the picture was £5 🤣 laughable

I’ve been to Kaspas several times, and each visit just gets more and more disappointing. This time, however, was the worst. The toilet seat in the ladies cubicle was broken, to the point it partly slid off the pan whilst I was sitting on it, which resulted in me being thrown forward and bumping my head on the corner of the sink. This is extremely dangerous. Our waitress was grumpy and rude. Don’t know the name (no name badges for staff) but was only very young with medium brown hair. Two of my friends and I asked for glasses of tap water, which was cloudy and came in dirty glasses. Finally, the food was stone cold. Won’t be coming here again. Think I’ll go to Little Dessert Shop or Legendary Waffles next time. At least they know how to give acceptable customer service.

excellent - but very expensive. however the milkshakes are just like a desert! order wisely and share its not too bad. the waffles are amazing and so too are the shakes.

Arrived half an hour prior to Kaspas opening for 4pm, as this is the time it was suppose to open at, but weren’t open. Checked online to make sure they haven’t posted saying they’re shut today for some reason. But nope. Waited a further 40+ mins, still no sign of it opening. Travelled over an hour just to go here just for it to be shut. Contacted them and they said they’d look into what happened. Never had another reply. Won’t bother going again. If you’re going to put online that you’re going to be open at a certain time, I expect you to be open!

Arrived with everything in jammed into one bag and as I was walking out the paper bag handle snapped. They eventually replaced the desserts after waiting there for over 30 minutes. Annoyingly when I got home I found there was no ice cream or whipped cream included and I had driven 20 minutes. In the end the waffles were cold and soggy and I had no ice cream to go with them!

Ordered 3 Sundaes delivery was done by deliveroo which was fine but the quality and taste of there ice creams was so poor that all 3 were binned. Very disappointed with there customers service who did absolutely nothing but told me to contact the delivery company as it's there responsibility regarding the quality of the product and not Kasper's the ones who make and supply such poor products. Will not spend money with this establishment again

Such a bad customer service by man over the phone! We received half of the portion and everything was melted! When I rang to inform the working staff about this the man who answered the phone raised his voice saying we need to contact the delivering company and put the phone down! Never again! Such a bad customer service! Do not order from there!

Food was okay when it finally came. Long wait at the ordering area left me looking at all the dirty sides and uncleaned waffle presses. Small portions especially the cheesecakes for a not so small cost. Ordered a large glass of water and ice but unfortunately arrived warm in a small glass. Also staff need to become a little more confident as couldn’t hear what they were reading off the till ana this left me very confused as what to do next. Maybe some management to watch over and create a little more order. Wouldn’t recommend if all you want is quick sweet snack.

Child friendly. Slightly disorganised. But, very tasty deserts and worth the wait. Pretty consistent.

Today was our first visit. We ordered two waffles, a sundae and a crepe alongside a couple of drinks which came to nearly £40. I thought this was expensive for what we had. That said the service was good although it was quiet when we visited and we didn’t have to wait long at all for our order to arrive. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very good. I am likely to visit again but more for a beginning or end of school holiday treat or a celebration of some kind as I couldn’t afford to eat here too often but definitely lovely desserts.

We always have a good time at Kaspas, the food choices are vast, it’s always delicious and the owner ( I believe) is very friendly, helpful and attentive but unfortunately last night was chaos and poorly managed, this could be to do with the eat out to help out scheme. Firstly we had to queue quite a while ( it was fine, I understand it’s busy) but we were created with a poorly educated waitress that was running the front, giving orders to fellow waitresses in a rude manner- not nice to witness. We ordered and had to wait an AGE for our food, the food arrived but were much smaller portions than we had previously had the week before. Food was excellent as always. We ordered some slush bubble drinks but they had the wrong straws so you couldn’t get to the balls - a disappointment child none the less. We asked for cutlery but it took a while for it to be delivered and I asked 3 times for some water and in the end some luke warm water was delivered. I understand you are busy guys but maybe cut down on numbers entering at one time and get the basics right.

Could Be Great but was Chaotic .Staff seemed to be working really Hard especially the waitresses . Lacked organisation though for something so simple .Health and Safety Toilets had no water in taps to wash hands . No form of social distancing which I found very worry some. Was given a table which I though great we would then place an order . The waitress has cleaned the area which was spotless .Then told you had to queue with around 10 other customers through the middle of the restaurant around other customers . Signs saying masks but no enforcement as 75 percent of people in que didn’t have one .This really defeats the object . What should have happened is that orders were taken from the tables and then pay at the end instead of having everyone coming together in the middle of the restaurants . I had 45 minutes of queuing and had to move my car as had only booked an hours parking . Signs were displayed about wearing masks staff wore masks had screens but then the establishment didn’t care about the welfare of customers especially as the toilets had no running water . For some strange reason the back entrance was locked halfway through so everyone had to egress as entry from the front with again everyone populating in the same spot . Needs a good manager to take control and run it efficiently but no excuse for the dangerous hygiene and COVID measures .

Whilst the 4 members of staff that were on shift were all very busy, there was no management of what needed to be done.Every free table was dirty, once we managed to get a clean table and ordered, during our long wait I started to notice how dirty the serving area was.Every surface in the prep area was covered in discarded bottles, cutlery, jugs, cloths, pancake mix in puddles and up the mirrors.The staff treading food in tot he floor behind the counter etc. A visit from a health inspector would of had the place closed.The waffles were cold, very little topping, the custard was cold.I have been a few times and i has been fine, however Sundays visit was awful, we ate about a third of the food and left.Very disappointed, the staff clearly need health and hygiene training and the standard of your food needs to improve.

Been here a few times now & the desserts are always up to high standards & it’s also very reasonably priced.

We took our daughter because she loves this place having gone numerous times. The food was lovely the staff were delightful. We attended when there was a teenager party in the restaurant, the kids were so loud we asked to be moved away from them. The staff were so accommodating and apologised for the noise but it wasn't their fault. I would say the only critism I have was my coffee arrived cold which is a minor thing. Highly recommend this place.

when letting staff know about a peanut allergy they genuinely looked confused and didn’t understand what I meant which was VERY concerning. They thought I had asked for peanut butter on the dessert, and when I said multiple times no she’s allergic she cannot have peanuts they said “but it doesn’t come with any” to which I replied “yes but you might touch peanuts.” So I’m not sure how serious they can be about nut allergy’s.... the food wasn’t great, my waffle had about 4 chopped up mushy strawberries and the ice cream was tasteless. Drove an hour to try this place and wasn’t too impressed unfortunately.

Visited today at lunchtime. Only a dozen people there, smell of sweetness hits you as you go in! All Hot pink, black, glitter and spotlights. Sat down to study the menu then went to the counter to order. Two staff members were on duty, both busy making orders. One said very politely that she’d only be a minute, and she was. Ordered a bueno waffle with ice cream and a nuts about chocolate waffle also with ice cream followed by a milk shake. Total cost £16.85. £6.95 for the bueno and £5.95 for the nutty one. Nicely presented and delicious even if a bit expensive. A few little kids in there who would never have managed to eat a whole waffle but didn’t see any kids menu, although you could get a doggy box to take leftovers home.But would say if you’re going to have black decor you need to make sure it’s clean. In our booth there were finger marks and stains on the wall. A trip to the loo revealed a broken toilet seat in the ladies and the hand drier refused to work. Considering it’s not been opened very long, it’s not looking too good.

My daughter has just sent me a photo of her strawberry crepe that she has been served. It looks disgusting and mouldy I’ve asked her not to eat it and to complain not worth £5.95. Teenage girls love meeting here but now this has put them off returning

Took my daughter here for a birthday treat, my wife was greeted with a dirty cup for her tea approached waitress and this was changed.We then said since it's my daughters birthday we're we entitled to a free milkshake as this is what was advertised. We were asked for her ID she's 4 years old today shall I just get her driving licence or should I carry her passport lol so we were not granted anything.Our food came in 2 separate sittings my wife and eldest daughter were served there's then 15min later mine and my daughter whose birthday it is got ours.In all its a shame, I see the reviews are getting more mixed and losing stars, I would see a further 6/12months and trade die off unless the service and attention to detail picks up!!!I won't be back but good luck.

Visited as my daughter wanted to go have been a couple of times before and always empty when I have been. Staff are friendly and is nice and clean . We ordered a crepe , hot cookie dough and a slush and cost £15 so not cheap and I don’t feel it’s very good value as deserts are ok but nothing amazing . Also for the prices charged table service should be included but you have to go to counter to order . I will return as daughter will want to go again but wouldn’t if it was my choice

Honestly the best tasting desserts i have ever experienced/tasted! Me and my partner visited yesterday and the menu looked amazing! The venue was beautiful and pleasing to the eye! Make sure you have enough pennies with you, as not very cheap! But the quality is amazing! Tasted amazing ! Staff were so friendly ! The shakes are simply delightful and the gelato ice creams are just wow! Everyone in there had a smile on their faces and we left with smiles and it was that nice we even ordered a cookie dough to take home for the next day! Great experience and will be back again soon!

Me and my mum went as a nice treat and to spend some time together. The food was really nice I think but my mum wasn’t so keen on hers as she thought she could just make it at home. It has lost one star for the price as it is quite expensive but overall really nice and the interior design is great

Wow what a place. We both had snickers milkshakes and Banoffee Choco Nut Waffle. It was all lovely and very filling will definitely be back.

A surprisingly nice venue but expensive menu. Especially considering the Banoffee Waffle is essentially half a sliced banana, toffee syrup and whipped cream on a thick yet bland waffle. It tasted cheap, probably poor ingredients as they were at least made to order and not frozen. The Screwball Sundae which is like a raspberry ripple was delicious though. So overall, too expensive for what you get but a nice way to end a long day out for two families as a stop off on the way home.

Best dessert place I have ever been to in Crewe. The service was outstanding as we received our food very fast. The hygiene at Kaspa’s is also truly great.The „boba slush” wad tasty yet refreshing.We tired the berry lemonade slush with passion fruit flavoured „boba” also known as tapioka balls.We also tried the famous „soda float” the soda flavour we picked was the original cola served with around two scoops of vanilla ice cream.The soda float taste was not something I would order every time as it tasted like coke and the aftertaste was not pleasant at all as I tasted milk.Finally,we tried tthe pistachio gelato sundae.This sundae was made with a few scoops of pistachio gelato,vanilla ice cream, Nutella ice cream ,a drizzle of Kaspa’s unique milk chocolate syrup ,sprinkled with finely chopped pistachio nuts and topped with Kaspa’s signature wafer and a wafer twirl as well.

Visit with friends. I can see why people go here as it is very trendy and clean inside. Nice bright booths and glittery walls make it look really inviting. I found it to be a bit pricey. £6.50 for a sundae and £4.50 for crumble and cream. The crumble was so sugary it ruined the overall taste. The sundae was nice although other companions had other desserts which they found terribly sugary too. I'm not sure that it is my kind of place but I'm glad I went for the experience.

A rather disappointing experience, quite expensive, no waiter service to take orders, and the apple crumble I had was a small portion, soggy and bereft of flavour. The cream was thin and watery, and again without flavour.

Stopped by for a dessert, car park immediately behind, unfortunately we didn’t see it and parked elsewhere great selection of ice cream and sundaes and desserts

Our order consisted of 1 waffle 2 strawberry crepes and 2 coffees. The lady with the headscarf took our order and missed out 1 strawberry crepes. The waitress realised I had nothing at the table and I was asked to produce the receipt which showed 2 meals instead of 3. I declined to have it re ordered as I did not want to wait.

Went here this afternoon ordered 5 deserts. Waffles were not cooked through. All of us left food and it was not worth the money. I don't mind paying but definitely not worth the money. Not again sorry.

When they arrive the shakes etc are fine but iv seen more speed on a Raspberry. And soppy bollox taking the original order seemed clueless on some real basics of customer service.

Recently, a real confectionery has appeared in our city, not some coffee or cake, but desserts from a real event. Premises located in the former Bank building decor like in premises like 60s, comfortable couches and smells of sweetness. We ordered waffles with strawberries and hot chocolate and 2 desserts: Paradise Sundae and The Screwball. I will say heaven honestly, I did not eat anything more delicious. I recommend this place to everyone who loves sweets. Service very nice, young and energetic. Waiting time very short to 5 minutes.
