Servise was very very poor. Staff is very loud. I will never go again. Waste of money. Food was not fresh . It looks reheated.

Absolutely awful. Will never return to this place. Currently on a break from the Midlands. Was shocked with the lack of customer service. How rude and unfriendly staff were. Felt like they had a chip on their shoulder, rushed us saying they were closing at 10pm yet they were sitting dinners in at 9.50pm. My poor mother has mobility issues asked for some water to wash her hands in a bowl they told me to buy the water bottle or make her walk to the W/C at the front of the restaurant. NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL. Made us all feel very uncomfortable. We had a table of 6 including a child who was left very upset. To top it all food is basic tasted much better.

I been to this restaurant for breakfast and lucnh many times the guy who run breakfast is really nice and give best service to customer. But whenever I went for lunch or dinner staff there treats you like you having food for free and even food is not according to money they charge you first I thought they busy that’s why service is bit slow and unprofessional but next time they were quite but still waiters were treating you like you having food for free no greeting no food suggestions there faces are like there salaries are not paid for months. Never will go back will prefer local shop to have food but not this places

We booked a private party for 50 people. This is the perfect restaurant to book for any private event. Hats off to the owners and staff for accommodating all of our requirements! The food was perfect, and all of our guests loved everything. On site parking. Helpful staff throughout. The food, and overall experience was amazing. Would highly recommend to others! I came with my wife during the summer. The service was absolutely fantastic the workers were all nice and respectful the manager I think his name was karry he was very polite and he knew how to crack a few jokes all around my experience was fantastic

Absolutely the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been to. Toilet seat on the floor. No toilet paper in ladies toilet. When I spoke to Kari at reception about this ,he was extremely rude. Instead of an apology he told me I was being aggressive. Food was just as bad. Would never go there again or ever order online. Appalling service.

Went in with my family after being told I can’t park in the car park with an elderly lady! Had to walk all the way from the activity centre carpark. Got to carpark so much space! Then I go in I was told abruptly rudely no table tonight people are waiting the car park this was the owner Nasir ! Such bad manners hands in air and walked off! Never going back we have been using them for years service had just got worse they seem to think cos they are the only Pakistani restaurant in slough they can get away with atrocious manners! Avoid!!!!

I placed an order through Uber Eats. I didn't receive my order. I tried to communicate with the restaurant but they're extremely rude and unprofessional. They gave me a made up story about the food delivery. The note on Uber Eats from the delivery driver suggests something totally different. Both delivery driver and the restaurant lie. Nothing stacks up. They refuse to refund my money. Don't place an order with this restaurant, they steal your money and give you no food! When I asked to speak to the manager, they hung up the phone. They didn't take my call when I called back.

Had a first time visit with my wife and son as I had been previously and one of the owners treated me very well . We arrived on Sunday 13th Feb my wife went in first was told as we hadn’t booked we could eat as long as we finished in an hour to be honest that was fine. We sat down and we’re served pretty reasonably I found the there are a lot of waiters around but they are pretty hands off when the come the order was processed pretty quickly say 8 to 10 minutes from ordering the food is served we ordered butter chicken for my son and kerela for the wife I just shared their dishes. The service is very much averidge and it wasn’t a packed restaurant yet it was not mega busy they have lots of takeaway orders that’s what also keeps them busy. As for the food it was I would just averidge nothing to get to excited about the waiters seem to pre occupied elsewhere and there was about 4 guys behind the toll area. Everyone was reasonably polite. But I think they are complacent. About the standards and that is where they fall down . You can’t ever get complacent that’s where standards drop so rating them 3 out of 5 was very fair as I found there was nothing special about the place I have eaten at many restaurants. In my time . Would I recommend this place highly no. But as it’s slough and slough lacks any good restaurants it is not bad. The staff need to be more attentive. And a smile wouldn’t go a miss. Not a bad place but it’s ok my previous experience was in the breakfast Area and I found Archie and his team much better shame when wasn’t around on this occasion.

Whilst my son and husband parked the car (in the restaurants car park) I went ahead to the restaurant. I was met by 4 grown men sitting behind the reception/till area which I found somewhat intimidating (and weird) as a woman. I tried to explain that I was waiting for them to come and then we would decide after seeing the menu. They didn’t seem to like that! They insisted that we should eat within the hour even though more than half the restaurant was empty! We sat and ordered and the food came out pretty quick. We had butter chicken and karela masala and roti which was ok. Normally I take pics of the food but it didn’t look ‘wow’ enough! Along with sprite and bottled water (they don’t give tap water and charge for the bottled water). Adding a little complimentary salad wouldn’t have gone a miss! With the exception of one member of staff who I found friendly all the rest including the men at the tills I found to be somewhat rude and not friendly at all. I found this peculiar as we eat out a lot and always find management/owners and staff to be friendly as wouldn’t you want customers to return and spread the ‘good’ word (though in this case it’ll be bad)? The food’s not bad (we’ve had better) but the customer service is atrocious. They really need to work on that as there is a lot of competition with restaurants offering the same quality of food. Also the toilets were very dirty so perhaps hire a cleaner. All I can say is that we will not be returning!

I was invited for Lunch at Kashmiri Karahi by my cousins when I visited them in November. The restaurant lies by a beautiful garden and certainly an eye candy but they asked us to park by the nearby vaccination center as restaurant was hosting a wedding and supposedly parking also was reserved with it. I was there as a guest so I can't comment whether this is frequent or a solo incident. Booking had been done by my cousins before so I can't detail how it works, but our tables were ready and we were seated within 2-3 minutes. My cousins are regular customers at the restaurant so they did the ordering. I took my share of Mutton Karahi, Fried Fish and later Pink Tea. Everything tasted good, not out of the world delicious but something that can be called good tasting. Staff attitude was like almost all Pakistani Restaurants in UK. Quick but least expressive. Overall, a restaurant for regulars or if you are around and good tasting Pakistani food is your craving without much expectations.

We enjoyed a relaxed lunch in pleasant surroundings. Friendly service, excellent cooking. The chef clearly understands spicing and how to get dishes just right. The menu has lots of choice and if you want anything different they are very flexible.

The starters were pretty shocking. The samosas were tasty but mine was still frozen in the middle. Sent them back and they were returned microwaved including the partially eaten one that had been frozen in the middle. How on earth do you respond to that....

Got a takeaway via just eat. Truly aweful. The onion bhaji was those non crispy flat discs you see at a supermarker delhi. The naan was also a flat disc. The chiken in the curry was minute peices of chiken and not much sauce. Avoid

Kashmiri Karahi food is delicious, service is always friendly generous portion sizes owner is very welcoming. I would recommend anyone to try Achari chicken. Last time I was little bit disappointed with the NaN. Tandoori Naan are best but seems like last time they made...

We were in Windsor for the weekend and by pure luck found this excellent family restaurant in Slough. We ordered poppadoms, seekh kebab, chicken tikka, lamb karahi and two naan. All the food was excellent and authentic Pakistani cuisine. Portions were all an excellent size...

Great food and amazing value for money. The fish pakora is some of the best I’ve had at a restaurant. The waiter recommended the Achar Gosht and it sure was a fantastic choice! Their Falooda is also delicious and well put together. Ash Singh

Chose to come here with my Mr earlier this week. We both walked out happy, full and not to mention with a take out bag as the portion sizes are BIG. It was our first time ordering Achari Lamb Karahi and we throughly enjoyed it....

Visited this place on Monday 21st of July 2020 for dinner, been visiting the cafe several times,, I can guarantee they are surviving just coz of the cafe.... Food was mediocre, unlike the cafe, but the service was HORRANDEOUS, asked for naan without butter, it was nicely buttered,the paya had no flavour what so ever tasted like boiled up trotters, the rest was OK nothing extra tasty, But The Service gets full marks on awfulness... The servers don't understand English No smiles what so ever, and the guy at the till thinks he is some kind of God father or somthing,while we were on the till (my son (8 year old) was trying to get some mint) another man was fidgiting with the bulb on top of the till and suddenly the bulb above the till fell right under my sons nose and bursted (thank goodness my son had a lucky escape) but non of the men bothered to say sorry or show any concern, on top the God father wannabe was showing attitude, my son left my phone on the till and he was least bothered, did not bother to point out that we were leaving it behind when my husband realised he said to him, you could atleast tell us the kids leaving the phone behind, the man replied 'we got better things to do like clearing the broken bulb' SHOKINGLY HORRENDOUS, Never ever gonna visit this pathetic restaurant, but will visit the cafe sometimes coz the cafe is much better, what a shame, but boy are they lucky nothing happend to my son... Giving the 1 star for the cafe the restaurant deserves a minus five for service

Just had a terrible experience at Kashmiri Karachi. Chicken jelfrezi had more eggs than chicken and more peppers than the mixed vegetable we ordered. We found a hair in our naan (a huge one, it was long and black). Complained to multiple waiters who couldn’t understand English. Then complained at the counter when paying, the man just shrugged his shoulders and smiled. No apology, no acknowledgement of any error, as if nothing had even happened. I’d rather go hungry then go back to this place again. Pathetic.

Attended a 21st birthday party in the lower function room. The food choice was superb with plenty to serve all in a buffet style. The staff and management were very accommodating and helpful.Can cater for around I think 100 to 125 people.Would highly recommend the venue.

I made a phone order for two parath and chicken jalfrizey for take away and I made it clear I need the food mild less chilly as possible.!! The mangers on the phone wasn't listening as they are always very busy place. I came home to sit down to my dinner with my family which my 5.year old was looking forward too. And the curry was EXTRA HOT. so my wife called back to kindly speak to teat so they can resolve out problem and I was shocked to hear the tune of the boss how he was up for a fight and saying come down to my place I will show you? And I think you understand wer this is going. Stay away from this place as we have booked many weddings/party's here before we spent over £8,000 in a year here to get customer service like this not going back ever.

We went in for a meal but as the seating is for groups or parties, they didn’t want to serve us two as they could’ve got more money from 5/6 ppl. The guy at the till suggested we have a take away ‍♀️ !Anyway eventually they pulled out a small table for us. Have no complaints about the food, it REALLY is as good as how awful the toilets are !!Was ur hand an go loo before going to eat there n ur fine

Went for a meal with family and friends to celebrate our wedding anniversary. A friendly gentleman called Raja served us the whole night spectacularly really good service and a smile on his face the whole time. Food was amazing and they prepared it just as we wanted not too spicy. We all throughly enjoyed our evening fantastic food, great atmosphere and obviously the service was on point.

Stopped here for a quick snack. Didn't look too clean and workers looked as if they had been in same clothes for weeks, but took my chances as i was in a hurry. Ordered a couple of portions of vegetable samosas, which they said would be freshly prepared. When my order was ready I took them back to the car to share with my family on our journey. Immmediately noticed they were cold, but worse..frozen in the middle. Drove immediately back and confronted them, they didn't seem too bothered and asked if I wanted another portion. They had microwaved frozen samosas then fried them to put a bit of colour on the pastry.No way, demanded my money and got out of there. BAD FOOD, POOR HYGIENE, ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID!!!!!

I went to the restaurant with a few friends and the dishes were amazing. Especially the kilo chicken karahi and also the lamb karahi were particularly tasty. The only downside was the naans were small and average. In addition, they don’t give tap water. That’s not right! Hence the reason I’m going to give it 4 star rating. Nevertheless, I will be going again just for the desi curries.

Probabaly the most authentic Pakistani food in the whole area. The lamb dishes are particularly good. The only reason it gets 4 days is because they wont serve tap water - bottled water only, for a fee. Tap water is available in even the most expensive restaurants, so why they do this, I don't know.

This is a great place if you like pakistani or indian food. They have a special mutton preparation that was so nice. Also had a great palak paneer and bindhi masala. The restaurant is in the middle of a park in a very nice mansion.

The food is excellent and well worth a trip to Slough . Annoying though is that you have to park your car in a carpark 150yds away when there is one 20 yards away .

Colleague and I went for their full English breakfast which on the plus side is halal. They offer Pakistani naashta with desi tea too.

My family and I visited on Saturday 24th November around 5.30pm. As always we were welcomed kindly and were helpfully given a table after a 5 minute wait. After we ordered, food arrived fairly quickly. The sheekh kebabs were lovely as always. We also ordered fish tikka and spring rolls which were also nice. But we were disappointed in the Papri Chaat. It had it funny taste, it just wasn't nice, which was a let down because usually it's delicious. Another thing is the Falooda. I've noticed the change in the Falooda for quite a while now, but after Saturday I won't be ordering it again. Kashmiri Karai's Falooda used to be amazing, I used to absolutely love it, one of the reasons I went there. But now it tastes completely different :(. All in all, the staff are very welcoming, starters are nice. Paapri Chaat was a let down, as was the Falooda. My family also mentioned the Lamb Karahi wasn't up to its usual standards.

The Kashmiri Kari is located in the grounds of a park and is certainly a grand building possibly Listed. Parking is for no more than 10 cars and we were greeted with a closed gate and forced to park at local activity centre.

Came in lastnight towards the very end of closing time. We ordered lamb chops starters they were very tender and nicely marinated. The highlight was the 1/2 kg chicken karahi a very very big portion the curry was very delicious. Hats off to the chef. Normally im very reluctant to visit just before closing time, but will definately be coming back.

Tried it on a recommendation, had the lamb karahi and kebabs and ordered the chicken biryani (a bit out of greed too) for takeaway. perfectly packed and absolutely delicious. some of the best Pakistani food ive had in London and the biryani was just aces. highly recommend. also great value for money and really nice friendly owners/staff. located in the middle of the park in a beautiful sit in location too

I have visited this restaurant numerous times, whenever I visit anywhere near London. I am more than happy to drive there an hour to eat as I know what the quality of food is like.

Went mid week and found the resturant busy . We were allocated a table quickly and service was quick and polite . We ordered kerala chicken and for starters had kebabs the food was very tasty and fresh there were tables that got a busy so try and book Parking available in car park and can a after dinner stroll in salt hill park . The best fish pakoras ever!! & their papri Chaat is to die for!, still haven’t found soemhhwere that can match their fish pakoras, ordered food to collect in a hour, food was made precisely then, nice and hot, the lovely staff even helped put the order in my car

Spent day out with kids at legoland. Searched online for somewhere local to eat and came across Kashmiri Karahi. It had good reviews so we thought we would try it.

Restaurant is good for Meat, don't try vegetarian as its hardly been cooked, as most of the customers are meat eating. Taste would be good.

We booked to come here after reading reviews on trip advisor as we are not from the area that’s all we had to go on. We were staying close by in the holiday inn and had just come from a busy day at Legoland we arrived at the curry house and it was in a lovely surrounding in a park. The restaurant was very modern and stylish and clean. The staff were really helpful and even went next door to their shop to get my son a fruit shoot! The curries were amazing and very authentic nothing like you get in your local Indian takeaway! The portion sizes were huge we struggled to eat it all there was so much. I would definitely come back here again if I was to stay in the area. The only thing I will mention is they don’t serve alcohol not that it mattered much to us but that’s something we didn’t realise before we arrived.

went to this place for a dinner take away, waiting time was fine which meant food was being prepared hot and fresh..Naan and curry were good, but need to be careful of billing.. as mine wasnt too much of difference and i didnt get printed bill i didnt calculate exact total but was definitely charged a pound or something extra.

Dinner was cooling Samosa Chaat with chat washed down with Mango Lassi and followed by Kulfi Faluda. Health, tasty and less healthy yet irresistible dessert. Finished with masala tea incl cardamom. Friendly service with reasonable prices.

You might as well have ordered a bounty chocolate bar instead of the butter chicken due to large coconut fillings in the curry.

The staff here are amazing so fast so polite and service is brilliant i take my 2 kids who can be a handful and have a fantastic time. Food is amazing taste brilliant. Ive been here many times never had any problems at all. Kn weekends can get busy so best to call and book a table.

We went to the Kasmiri Karahi on the recommendation of a friend. He said that the food was great, if a little spicy! Just what we like as we find those places that say 'very spicy' are, in fact, typically mild.

its a shame when you have sick baby in your lap and driving emergency order some food , and they said sorry you need to come upstair to pick it up otherwise we cannot even gave you in the parking. heavy rain and sick baby (8months old) it's really shame for their behaviour.

Visited on a busy Saturday evening my advice is to ore book a table ahead it’s a very popular place.

Just had the best tasting meal at Kashmiri Karahi with my wife - so much better than any curry restaurant I've been to before - fresh stuff going on in the dishes - you can see what they are made of instead of being faced with a sauce that looks like an anonymous puree ! Fairly large portions - a first for me, we took home what we didn't eat - too good to leave ! Staff were friendly and efficient - service was timely - no alcohol (which was a plus in my view)-friday night the place was buzzing - next time I will book , we were lucky to get a table - if you are walking from the Holiday Inn use the main roads, they are well lit and easy to navigate

I liked the food, which was quite a lot and the prices for the dishes were not high at all.

The food was plentiful and excellent! The chili pandeer was delicious, and the tikka masala and naan were spot on. I will return here. It also appears to be a nice place for a quiet lunch, in lovely surroundings.

I went for diner with colleagues. Had fish, tikka kebab as starters. In mains we had lamb karahi and chicken karahi. All were fresh and tasty. Restaurant is inside the park and parking can be a bit tricky sometime. Kids can also enjoy near by slides.

Went to Kashmiri Karahi for date night. We got there and we were told to wait for 5-10 minutes for a table to be cleared but we could see many tables that were empty. There were tables that were suited for 4-6 people but only had 1 or 2 people sat on them. A family was then moved for us to sit down, which seemed a bit silly as we could've been sat at the table they were moved to.
