It's hard to get such decent korean food in york. When Wagamama opened in york I goat a taste for Korean food, and that came with a downside because Wagamama was so expensive. so I searched up and found this place, and boy am I happy I did. The food was wonderful (and Kimchi is incredible), the bloke behind the till was friendly too, the prices are great, you can fill yourself up decently well with a fiver. As for portions, perfectly fine, it makes for a decent meal. honestly though, try the Kimchi from this place, it's great.

Came here for the first time order small box of rice with beef and veg the box was not even half full, also ordered a noodle dish with beef for my husband, I am sure it's instant noodles could not find the beef, my husband said what have you order me a Pot Noodle in a box ( he could not find any beef).

Come here on a weekly basis. Never fails to impress. Lovely food, lovely staff, large portions, great tasting food.... will definitely return and definitely recommend

The food was nice and reasonably cheap in price. Moreover the staffs were friendly and nice. Quite a nice place to stop by for lunch.

Lovely food, better than in some restaurants, the Korean tea absolutely fantastic. Very polite And chatty staff. Definetly going to come back there.

This place is an absolute gem. If you have never tried Korean food and are interested in trying it, I can't recommend this place enough. The picture menu makes it very easy to order and the staff here are lovely.

Fresh and zingy food boxes which you can eat in sitting at the food bar or take away. Working my way through the menu as I'm local. Try the Korean citrus tea too! Korean food like this is yummy and healthy. Recommend highly.

Had some kimbap at the Christmas Market in York from these guys and it was amazing. So fresh and super tasty, been struggling to find authentic kimbap since I came back from Korea so this was a great surprise. Will be going back

My first time eating Korean food and I wasn’t disappointed! The lady making the food was very helpful and told me about what I was about to eat in the bibimbap! I recommend getting the chilli sauce but if you’re not keen on heat don’t add it all!

The homemade kimchi is so lovely. I like Kimchi Bibimbap. Very very delicious!. So fresh.Great looks, great taste!!!

Stumbled upon this at Shambles Market and decided to try the kimchi gimbap which was incredible! Will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes.
