Really nice experience, even in the rain. As it was raining we were told that we could leave our personal items in one of the changing cubicles which others were using to change in, so not ideal. Suggest investing in some lockers to make the experience less stressful, as we were trying to keep an eye on our things and enjoy the pool at the same time.

Plan your visit in advance and buy tickets online. We wanted to go swimming at short notice, but you need extra tickets for the warm pool, which were all sold out! We bought tickets for the cold large main pool for 8 pounds per person, which wasn't very worth it. The water was cold and dirty. It would be nice if the facility could be renovated and beautified.

Only 2 of 4 showers worked. Quite understand why dogs aren't allowed poolside, but an easier way to get from the dog access area and the pool would have been nice. Cafe is publicly accessible without using the pool, speaking of which seems quite well maintained, has a kids aqua assault course and a heated pool for a little extra. 5 lifeguards in attendance, suits the pool(s) size.

Booked to go into the main pool, we went to go in to the shallow pool first with out daughter, food wrappers were floating in the water and it looked awful. She went down the steps and refused to go in, which I don't blame her, but a big waste of money! We went to the rock pools and beach next to it and the sea was cleanerthan the pool and she went in it quite happily!

Always such a joy to visit Jubilee. Booked an all-inclusive deal for a solo visit and had a memorable, relaxing spa day here. Loved alternating between the geothermal and cold pool and the new sauna is brilliant. Pool temperature at 15.5 was actually too warm for me; I’m a cold-water swimmer and will have to come back in the autumn/winter 💙. Friendly, generous staff at the cafe, the whole area is well-staffed with lifeguards and very well-kept, I always feel safe. Wonderful facilities, tasty food and coffee. The only suggestion I have is that it would’ve been good to have a few more hot options on the menu, even in the summer for cooler mizzly days like when I visited. Always look forward to my next visit. Curious if the geothermal gets turned up in winter?

Easy to order tickets online , the way you input your booking is slightly different from last year. If you live in pz or TR19 postcode area you have to add an'extra' ticket. Free parking along the main road, or paid parking opposite in the carpark. Loving changing facilities, all doors to cubicles now. Floor in cubicles and showers have been tiled and look beautiful. Both pools are fantastic to swim in, fully lifeguarded. Geothermal pool is warn, main pool temperature changes due to weather or if it has been recently cleaned. Small shop onsite and a good cafe, which has an assortment of drinks, snacks or food. A good place to visit to enjoy the facilities.

My experience and others at the time of going seemed to be negatively affected by a long wait for our order. I only ordered one drink and whilst waiting for at least 10 minutes a few other people went to ask where their orders were. There was a delay with drinks and seemed some were forgotten. In the end I asked where mine was and they made it there and then . I have worked in cafes and know it isn't easy but on this occasion something had gone wrong. Probably a moment in time where they got busy. The coffee was good though

The main pool is just like swimming in the ocean so be prepared for a cold swim. The heated pool is lovely and great to get into to warm yourself back up. If you get the heated pool tickets, it permits you to use the main pool too. Because of the size and popularity of the heated pool, you can only book in 55 minute slots. I arrived at 10:00 booked the heated pool for 11:00 and did a cold swim and then I went in the heated pool. I would book your ticket in advance so you can give yourself time to use the main pool if you wish.

Booked tickets in advance for 2 kids and an adult in the Geothermal Pool and the main pool. The pool is really cool and feels like it's full of history. I would say it's not great for younger kids (under8), unless you're visiting on a day when they have a kids event on. They got bored quite quick, but I didn't see any reason you couldn't bring any inflatables if you planned better. Got to have a quick proper swim and loved that in the cold water. Glad we managed to book our geothermal pool tickets and this was something I'd wanted to do for ages. The geothermal pool is a one-off experience, went the day after St Agnes Storm and it was nice to sit in the warm water. Left a bit under-whelmed with the feel of the place overall; off-season I was surprised you still would have to pay another £6+ for a quick dip in the un-heated pool, on top of the £12+ for the geothermal pool. Love that I've been and seen this unique Art Deco construction, but it feels run down and a bit sad generally.

Nice place, nice staff. However, I ordered 2 coffees, a bacon roll, and a sausage and bacon roll. Was charged £22.30, I thought it might be brilliant at that rate, however latte coffees the smallest I have ever seen, (size of tiny tea cup) added to, they weren't full and had about 30% foam. About half of a half pint glass of actual coffee at best. what there was was quite nice. The rolls turned up in about 10 minutes, obviously after 3 sips of coffee, they were empty. And order was wrong, one sausage and one sausage and bacon. both in a small roll [the sort you get 6 for a quid in a supermarket], Sausage tasted average, again seemed to be low meat content. Outrageously expensive for what it is, I would have ordered another couple of coffees, but I only went out with thirty pounds. I wasn't sure if I had enough money. this would have probably been under tenner in most cafes. Nice people, nice setting, but total rip off.

First time we have been here for Sunday Roast. Was a bit dubious. But, I was proved completely wrong. Had the poussin, gorgeous, so were triple cooked toasties, cauliflower and broccoli cheese, glazed carrots, I could go on. Now waiting for creme Brule. Oh, the Juggling Jem cocktail was scrumptious as well. Brilliant atmosphere as well. Well done guys!
