Chicken loaded fries was really good. And staffs were also really good.

The food is amazing and it looks like what it says on the menu would definitely go again.

It was a pleasure to come here to Jolibees, the food was fresh and tasted amazing, I will come again for sure

A big applause to Sir with tattoos who serves us the best tasting Filipino food. He is very accomodating even though we didnt understand well coz of his accent.

Came here as I was on a visit locally. I was so excited as it's my first time ever but short lived. First I walk in and notice there are only 3 order screens available. I thought this was strange as Jollibee is a fast growing brand. After waiting 20 minutes for the order screens to become available I gave up and decided to order direct from the one till that was open. I ordered 4 chicken tenders, and asked if it could be a meal. I was told no. However, on their advertising boards on top of till, it said I can upgrade to a meal for extra money. I couldn't be bothered arguing so I just ordered fries and drink separately. Now, there were only 4 customers ahead of me. The service for food was so slow that it reminded me of a Burger King at the Aiport where lots of customers are waiting. Only here, there was only 4 of us. After waiting another 20 minutes my food came out. 4 finger skinny tenders, fries and a pot of Gravy. All for £8 something. It looked horrible, and taste was ok. Gravy very salty. I am so disappointed because Jollibee is so hyped up on tiktok ect. In my opinion, KFC tenders are much much bigger and has flavour and is value for money. I really didn't like Jollibee. Maybe I visited on a bad day but for me, not good order service available, waiting times too long, and crappy food served. And no, to the Jollibee staff, I did not take pictures or keep your receipt because it all went in the bin! I will not be visiting again.

One of the order taking machines was out of order so took bit longer than I'd like. Service, well it's a take away. So what do you expect? Food was amazing, taste really good. It is on the pricey side however so average per person around £8-£10.

I came today, I did order 8pcs bucket but they gave me 6pcs, unforlately I didn’t keep receipt and I just realized after finished 2pcs

Jollibee is awesome i was in Reading so i stopped of here i really like the spaghetti and the chicken and the hot dog and the mango pie

Fried chicken and Spaghetti tastes like the original Jollibee in PH. But Jolly hotdog doesn’t taste good.hotdog is not tender. It would be much better if they have a burger yum, Palabok and burger steak.

Good customer service and nice food with tropical favour

Collected as too good to go but the food they gave me tasted burnt and almost as if I could taste chemicals. It was very very bitter. I only ate the fried chicken, the rest of the food was not edible as much as I tried.

It’s really hard to find a restaurant in the UK that can make me fat. Fried chicken is one of the best. Be sure to order the spicy chicken joy.

First time trying. Slow service and cold food. Probably won't go again. Also a bit overpriced. Would recommend walking further down the road to Mr T's although they don't do fried chicken.

Great food and ambience. Estella one of the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Food is amazing, life changing, inspiring, truly the greatest chocken sandwich I've ever eaten. It did take a while to arrive though.

A little bit crowded during lunch time so we couldn't find anywhere to sit. Staff is lovely and food is okay. Probably will visit again but takeaway or through delivery.

It was my first time having Jolibee the food was amazing and the customer service lady was very very friendly and interactive. Should definitely look into portions of the rice box. Not moneys worth but eod we enjoyed the food and hope I’ll not get sick.

Love the loaded fries but beef burgers have way too much sauce

- not very busy today so has my order ready in a flash! clean and what i like really is washing area so i have clean hands prior to my meal. ❤️

I come here a lot and it’s usually really good. I got the sriracha loaded fries and a chicken burger. The chicken burger is so undercooked and it tastes raw, this is not okay. It wasn’t even busy so can’t blame it on a rush. so disappointing compare the chicken burger to the tenders in the loaded fries…

I come often and get food but this time my chicken burger was so undercooked it tastes raw. This is such a disappointment feel like the quality is getting worse. It wasn’t busy at all so can’t even blame it on a rush.

I really enjoy eating at this place!! The only thing that saddened me is that they started adding mustard to the sriracha sauce, I still eat it but it would be better without the mustard! But besides that the place is amazing and has delicious food. I 10/10 recommend!

Phenomenal place. Criminally underrated and I have no idea why, because the place is nice and quiet, the chicken is juicy and spicy and the fries are crispy and beautifully salted.

Really delicious jolly spaghetti. I love it so much, growing up in the Philippines it is kind of tradition to have spaghetti in every occasion. I miss it so much. The service is super. Really kind and smiley people. Always feels like home.

Me and my partner visited this joint recently and ordered spicy chicken and a burger. The chicken in the burger was undercooked and the spicy chicken was very very dry. Felt like chewing on rubber. Jollibee used to be great but not anymore!

The food would have been amazing if it was actually hot! i wanted to treat myself a little this weekend as i’ve not been away from home in ages and i’m actually disappointed. The taste is good but the temperature is not it!!

I can’t believe this place has 5stars! The chicken is so hard/ over cooked! The price is diabolical! Do not waste your time or money on this place, instead visit Manzanoz down the road
