One of our favourite places to go and eat something. The environment is nice, good customer service. Devi was pretty nice and was great host.

Overpriced KFC and having to wait 15mins for your food after ordering while your half prepped meal is sitting n the side

Devi is a lovely staff with warm smile and very polite. Enjoy having my meal here.

They Had me me waiting 20 minutes for my interview so unprofessional the interview was 2 minutes and that was it would not recommend and staff are very rude and unhelpful

I have very bad experience in jollibee in reading They give very small Portion of mail. They charge too much for small portion meal. My chicken burger was very small.It's like mini burger But I paid four normal mail.

The food is really good (not this kind of greasy fried chicken) and the restaurant hygiene is top.

Came to Jollybees after some time but the taste, the food quality is still the best. My favourite is the spicy chicken sandwich and the mango coconut ice cream.

So good but bring back burger steak please <3

First Jollibee in the UK after having it in the Philippines many times. Went here on the way back from a work trip. They didn’t disappoint. The taste is slightly different, and the spaghetti doesn’t have much sauce unlike in the Philippines, however all the food was still really good and satisfied our cravings.

Chicken is so tsty and also the fries are so crispy. Price is very affordable.

Food was great. Friendly atmosphere. Nice and clean.

Didn’t get the right order but got way more food than I ordered

Food freezing cold upon arrival, gravy provided was that cold it was solid.

Given the high rating I was extremely disappointed that our just eat order delivered less than half of what was ordered. This was made even more painful considering the chicken that did arrive was so tasty. Ultimate tease. So hangry

Ordered 3 pcs chicken, gave me all breast!!! so dissapointed. Food no taste at all, from chicken to gravy, to fries. 👎

A little slow on the delivery, most probably because some were on break but everything else is great. If you want the peach pie, do try to come a bit earlier though, because specially on the weekends, it’s out of stock mostly lol

Absolutely horrendous. Placed an order including 3 burgers via Ubereats. 2 out of 3 burgers were missing from the bag. The fries were thrown inside the bag as if they were literally thrown inside. When I called the restaurant, they don’t even pick up the phone even though I tried calling at least ten times. I’m very annoyed and I won’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Everything is good. Only thing there’s no burger steak, hope soon they will add it in their menu.

Place is great, it wasnt busy so the service was quick. However, the size of the chicken were small compared to the ones we had back in Glasgow branch. Most of England branch have smaller chicken compared to Scotland branch

Just had an meal, was very hungry, but really uncooked chicken😩😩😩

Machines weren't working so went to the counter to order. Stood there for 20 minutes with nobody bothering to take my order so ended up leaving

The portion became bit smaller the flavor is good . The garlic mayo need to be improved too much mustard on it I can’t taste the garlic.

Dont order here at night youll be accosted and disturbed and cant even enjoy food you paid for.

It always feels like home here in Jollibee. We love it in the Philippines, and we still love it here in the UK. The best way to comfort home sickness. The staff here in Reading is amazing and very friendly.☺️❤️

Authentic tastes with impressive store atmosphere

The food is good specially the fried chicken . However slow service. Also forgot to put some items(gravy pots) which I ordered separately in my takeaway. Unfortunately I didn't check as I was in a hurry

better than Leicester and Earls Court. I hope the gravy has a refill like in the Philippines. ❤️

First time trying Jollibee, not the last. Food is fresh and piping hot, and staff seem friendly. The only problem now is driving 48 miles to my closest branch.

Paid £8 for a burger 🍔 and it was so small £1.99 double cheese burger from McDonald's is bigger £5 for wrap and was the same size as McDonald's Saver wrap £1.99 not so good won't come again and my loaded fries was cold

Very nice food originally the chicken pieces were cold so told them and they changed to nice fresh ones and was nice and spicy just way the Mrs likes them I had a deluxe burger was very nice aswell

Drove all the way back home for 1 hour. Only for me to find out my order wasn't packed completely and I'm missing my two peach mango pie. The store wasn't even that busy with only 4 orders and 5 or 6 staffs I spotted. I'm extremely disappointed in this.

We had lunch with family today. The service crew were very kind and accommodating. The food was absolutely awesome. The kids as well as the adults enjoyed the meal and to name a few- spaghetti, chicken, fries and a lot more. Jollibee comforted us from our homesickness. Thank you.

Great food but even with all the staff it was a very messy experience. However the nice upstairs area, clean bathrooms and good food made up for it. The ordering system is very stressful and caused lots of queues. Suggest they get a table ordering system in place asap

Food is good and people are accommodating and courteous. Came all the way from Southampton and was worth it. So, I would gladly say “craving satisfied”. Hopefully, Southampton will open a jollibee soon ❤️

I found ordering from the large tablet machines to be confusing, you couldn't see what was in the basket to check it was correct, it was probably a glitch as the page didn't look right. When I got the food, the chicken was luke warm but still tasted nice, everything else I ordered was also nice.

The entire order was wrong … not the sauced purchased for the chicken and the loaded fries as well as the desert was not the correct one

It was on a very busy weekend for a Reading festival that we visited for a quick bite - lots of people to serve but once the top floor was opened there was enough seating for everyone. Good service and the usual food quality.

First time went there, spicy chicken burger, although not spicy, tasted really nice, will visit again.

Food is out of this world! No pics of the meal as it didn't last long enough!

If I brought a food probe with me all the food would be under 63 degrees which is a health and saftey risk. Team lazy, rather chat about while tabels are dirty, and customer have to clean their own tabels. All burgers cold, chips cold and I have seen the manager refry the chips before. Not happy about service here, needs a change.

We had lunch here today. We really enjoyed our meal. My husband had the chicken tenders and I had the spicy chicken meal. The chicken was really nice, spicy and tasty. We had a good dining experience. The chicken is so good.

Firstly. I got plain chicken joy instead of the spicy chicken joy and I got 4 pieces and 2 Gravy instead one 2 pieces and 1 gravy. So they gave me double of something I didn’t even order. Please fix this. Very disappointed with ordering online from Jollibee, they always mess up on tje orders

Very disappointed when ordering online to get delivered. Today I ordered with just eat. My order was 2 pc spicy chicken joy meal, I ended up receiving the non spicy one and to top of off, they have me double the order of something I didn’t even ask for. So I ended up getting double the amount of food that I didn’t even want. 4 pieces of plain chicken joy and 2 gravy. I am disappointed as this is not the first time I’m getting the wrong thing when I get it delivered.

Cold distasteful food with small quantities. Literally everything was cold be it burgers or fries Never will visit again or recommend anyone. Awfully slow even if though it’s supposedly a fast food restaurant! Man emptying bins using same gloves and going in kitchen with same gloves and apron. Disgusted

It is my favorite spot to eat lunch so whatever you eat it's good.

1st time here and we will be back. Food delicious and friendly staff. Takes a little longer to get the order but that's because it's cooked fresh and it's worth the wait

The quality of the food quite decent and nice, a bit overpriced but waiting time was fast. The food was mainly the best part of the experience but I can't say the same thing about the staff. I'm not entirely sure if whether this employee still works there. But whilst we were trying to enjoy our meal it was disturbed numerously by her. At first, we spoke with her making conversations and putting on smiles but then she kind of over stepped and asked us to write a 5 star review. She did not do it in a threatening way however she did not leave until we did it. She took us step by step telling us what to write and it felt very pressuring. Not to mention she bribed us with ice cream if we wrote it. I'm sure the restaurant has lots of other staff who are kind and respectful but this employee just wasn't. Thank you for the lovely food there though!

The food is decent. Its not my first choice of places to eat but if I lose my way and track of thought I might walk in 😂. I used to know someone who worked here. It was on payday and he was dancing in the store room and twisted his ankle. He had to take a few weeks off. When he came back they sacked him.

I went to Jollibee just to try but now I would make Jollibee my permanent fast food restaurant. Their food had a all new style, it took a while but it was with and the atmosphere was delightful TRY NOW OR ME TAKE YOUR DOG

The food is really good, but I gave it 4 stars because the selection is incomplete—there's no palabok or burger yum, and the spaghetti doesn't have the original Jollibee flavor. The service is quite poor due to slow speed, likely because they seem understaffed.

Food was good and all great except loud music

Chicken joy is jollylicious as expected. The Jolly Hotdog and Spaghetti is amazingly yummy. However, the burger steak should be on the menu. Also, considering the summer weather, airconditioning should be turned on. It’s so hot inside the store.

I ordered a boneless bucket and got one with bones in.
