Not the first time I’ve been disappointed with this branch of Jollibee but today was probably the worst experience out of the 3 times we’ve been here. Firstly the food - We ordered some spaghetti and chicken, the spaghetti felt watered down with the sauce barely tasting of anything and the chicken was cooked nicely but again lacking any sort of “Jollibee” flavours if compared to any other branches in the UK. Secondly, The service was as you’d expect but the staff appeared curt and unfriendly. Lastly, during our meal, one of the staff (maybe an Indian lady) was doing her job of cleaning and another staff (a Filipina lady who appears to be one of the senior staff) became irate when she was giving her instructions and the Indian lady appeared to not understand. The senior staff was borderline shouting at the other staff in front of us the customers which came off as inappropriate and off-putting. It made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. The slogan for Jollibee definitely does not exist in this branch.

Great tasting food excellent if you looking for good frid chicken

I ordered two spicy chicken nuggets from Jollibee in Reading, but when I got home, I found that I only got one. This was really a very bad experience!! I hope I can get my money back!!

Klane and anila are stars making the atmosphere nice wonderful and just an overall place to want to be. Mawish another time I've come has been very hospitable and joven too

Fried chicken is not freshly cooked it's look like it's been reheated.

The food tasted excellent .unfortunately the portion sizes are very small but the main issue of concern is Hygiene . I have eaten 5 times at this restaurant and of those 5 times 3 times I found hair in their food .This time I complained as hair appeared to have been fried along with the chicken . The woman behind the counter appeared to not be able to speak English well and gave me an other portion without any explanation as to why it happened and I got the impression in her mind the issue was resolved and it was okay to have hair in your food .Rather then have this lack of accountability she should have an attitude where you go back and address the fundamental flaw that caused this reoccurring hair in my food problem .its disgusting and I am not going to go back here .maybe someone is trying to sabotage this franchise by putting hair in the food .I definitely saw bits of fluff and hair flying around the restaurant too .

Filipino pride, home cooked like chicken amd the rice top quality, great sauces!

Feels like home and definitely tastes like home. Not all the good stuff are available though like the burger steak. Spicy chicken was great. Peach mango pie and their spaghetti were decent, just like home. I would recommend and come back to this place.

Been to many Jollibee locations arround the world and very disappointed with this one, the rude woman on the till was just the icing on the cake! 50p for a drop of sweet chilli sauce is ridiculous. Avoid

Jollibee has been our childhood favorite and it feels home to have it in the UK! We visit Jollibee Reading everynow and then for it's juicy and fresh chicken, palatable spaghetti and mouthwatering peach mango pie! One exceptional staff stood out the most and has been extraordinarily helpful, making our Jollibee experience more enjoyable, and heartwarming! The world needs more staff like Klane!!! A very poor and underwhelming visit to what was a good Jollibee. The London one is the worst. Today we ordered our food via the self service to save time as we’re not Reading locals. We ended up staying for over an hour to eat at a “fast food” restaurant. The food was okay average at best. Atmosphere was meh. You can hear the crew talk in their native language and can over hear them talk about customers. Service was appalling. We waited and waited and saw our order was being “prepared”. We didn’t want to ask as it clearly says in preparation but we waited for more than 30 mins before asking for an update regarding our food. The staff looked completely oblivious that there was an outstanding order and even on the screen our order was still “being “prepared”. When I chased the food up, there was no apologies (not that I expected one) nor empathy or the slightest sympathy. Just aweful experience. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here for a longggg while. P.s if you like runny gravy this is the place for you!

First time trying Jollibee here in UK. Had the classic chickenjoy and jollispag. A bit different from the taste back home. But i love the feeling of having my fave fastfood minus the travel. Btw, I came back for it 2 consecutive mondays🤭 Love Jollibee!

The chicken lacked flavor, not the best crunch. I could’ve gone with a 4/5, but I’m giving it a 3/5 because I had much higher expectations considering the hype Jollibee gets.

Had an amazing experience at Jollibee Reading! The food was delicious as always – crispy Chickenjoy and that signature gravy hit the spot. But what really made my visit special was the top-tier service from Ali and Queen. Both were super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Big shoutout to the team – will definitely be coming back soon!

Ordered from uber eats and this was the portion of siracha loaded fries after waiting for an hour or more. Honestly i wouldn't recommend to anyone after this experience. I quite liked it but i rather not order again given this unpleasant experience.

I love Jollybees!!!! I look forward to working in Reading so I can eat here. Chicken is the best I've had, burgers juicy and chips perfectly cooked. Reasonably priced too. The only negative thing/constructive criticism is that the gravy is quite watery but the taste is delicious. We need more Jollybees around the country please.

Very bad experience. Very costly and then they tried to con us in moneywise. I overpaid and they served very less stating that we don’t have in stock and that is why we didn’t served you. A total failure of service and food. Which was totally rubbish. I am amazed how you guys keep operating.

Compared to the previous offerings now it's really, really bad! The fried chicken had no juice whatsoever the signature product the gravy was like rubbish. The gravy became like water it didn't taste like it was made before at all. I was wondering if the gravy wasn't made enough but someone ordering the kitchen added water to the gravy and took it directly to the customer. I have visited this shop often before the flavour has always been good. But the last two times the produce has been very poor. Not even close to KFC.

It’s our first time to try and we were recommended by friends so we had very high expectation. Unfortunately the chicken is too dry and salty, don’t really like the texture.

This is not fast or tasty food. All food cold, hot dog tasted like rubber, burger like they hadn't bothered to cook it and fries, well, not sure how to describe them. Very long delay. Don't order here if you are hungry or want nice food.

AWFUL, ordered take away and forgot to check items given. Both loaded chips were wrong and there wasn’t a burger?? £8 burger wasn’t in the bag and the ‘small’ gravy is tiny, only half full.

Came here as I was on a visit locally. I was so excited as it's my first time ever but short lived. First I walk in and notice there are only 3 order screens available. I thought this was strange as Jollibee is a fast growing brand. After waiting 20 minutes for the order screens to become available I gave up and decided to order direct from the one till that was open. I ordered 4 chicken tenders, and asked if it could be a meal. I was told no. However, on their advertising boards on top of till, it said I can upgrade to a meal for extra money. I couldn't be bothered arguing so I just ordered fries and drink separately. Now, there were only 4 customers ahead of me. The service for food was so slow that it reminded me of a Burger King at the Aiport where lots of customers are waiting. Only here, there was only 4 of us. After waiting another 20 minutes my food came out. 4 finger skinny tenders, fries and a pot of Gravy. All for £8 something. It looked horrible, and taste was ok. Gravy very salty. I am so disappointed because Jollibee is so hyped up on tiktok ect. In my opinion, KFC tenders are much much bigger and has flavour and is value for money. I really didn't like Jollibee. Maybe I visited on a bad day but for me, not good order service available, waiting times too long, and crappy food served. And no, to the Jollibee staff, I did not take pictures or keep your receipt because it all went in the bin! I will not be visiting again.

One of the order taking machines was out of order so took bit longer than I'd like. Service, well it's a take away. So what do you expect? Food was amazing, taste really good. It is on the pricey side however so average per person around £8-£10.

I came today, I did order 8pcs bucket but they gave me 6pcs, unforlately I didn’t keep receipt and I just realized after finished 2pcs

Fried chicken and Spaghetti tastes like the original Jollibee in PH. But Jolly hotdog doesn’t taste good.hotdog is not tender. It would be much better if they have a burger yum, Palabok and burger steak.

Collected as too good to go but the food they gave me tasted burnt and almost as if I could taste chemicals. It was very very bitter. I only ate the fried chicken, the rest of the food was not edible as much as I tried.
