It's my 1st time at this restaurant and the service was top notch. Louis provide a great service. but I had to return part of my breakfast twice. did not care about the review.

Just wanted to express my appreciation and LOVE for this place ..!! I just LOVE it here sooo much ..!! The staff are SUPERB they always go the extra mile ..!! Gabriel is an ANGEL he is a new member of the team and had been so patience and OUTSTANDING with his client care towards me and my staff ..!! I am a very particular client and nothing is too much trouble for all the team ..!! SIMON and the team are great people and great staff this place is a no brainier to visit ..!! I am SUPER EXCITED for the new menu coming out later this month ..!! Lots of Love Baker-Girl 💖🌈🌟🦄xx

Such a lovely welcoming restaurant. Lovely waitress, great food & lovely atmosphere. Had the grains and greens salad with halloumi. So nice and fresh. Pinot Grigio is wonderful!

My friend and I came here after shopping in the Glades and the food was lovely. I had the chicken and bacon carbonara and my friend had the fish and chips and it was delicious. Gabriel our waiter was very helpful and attentive, good service 👍🏽

We came with three pushchairs and babies and they were very accommodating. I had the lamb kofte skewers and it’s was delicious! Nice, relaxed atmosphere and great food - a lovely lunch!

Visited for lunch. Three of us. Ordered tap water coke and beer. Took ages so went up to bar as needed the water. Drinks just sitting on the bar and Barman wouldn’t let me take them! Waitress tried her best. Told us one of the meals had mayo on the side not on the burger, turned up in the burger. Two burgers cold. Drinks arrived with food!!! Food very average. Waitress friendly.

Lovely service and decent food. They accommodated us well with 3 pushchairs and found us a big table. The waiter was very helpful and explained that they were understaffed that day and was apologetic. Me and the other mums/ dads/babies will be back. Thanks

I’ve been coming to Joes for years. Lovely food with good veggie options which is hard to find in Bromley. Nice staff, thanks Gabriella! Also a handy place to work from as they don’t hurry you out the door as soon as you have finished your coffee!

The resturant staff are nice and friendly. Had the fish pie. It would have been much better, if there had been a sauce cooked with the fish. The mashed potato topping needed milk and butter added, besides being cooked until the potato was golden brown and crispy. Maybe for the beef and beer pie, try doing it as a steamed pudding.

Due to the bad weather our intended trip into London had to be cancelled. So we walked into Bromley shopping centre. Having breakfast at Joe's was a great start to what otherwise could have been a bad day. The food was all very good and the service was excellent. Pity we don't live here or we would definitely go to Joe's more often.

First time me and friend went there for lunch. Good service. Food really lovely. So kind could not get up the app to prove got 2for 1 Offer. My friend had gone outside several times still no signal knew pay whole amount. Worth it as had such nice time Get the bill they were so kind taken amount off. We had already said how much loved the meal coming back anyway. Such a kind gesture. We highly recommend the caring staff and delicious food Be back soon

Never been to Bromley and googled breakfast restaurants , Joe’s popped up as being just across the road from us and we weren’t disappointed. We had the chorizo hash which came out sizzling in a skillet and packed full of peppers onions and potato with plenty of chorizo and topped with an egg and melted cheese. Definitely what was needed ! Service was friendly and overall it was a lovely start to a Sunday

I visited Joe’s Kitchen on my lunch break with my nan, sister and niece and was really pleased with the service as well as the delicious food. My waiter Camilo helped me with what options I could have as I am gluten intolerant and it was nice to have such prompt service as I was on my lunch break. He also took the time to make a fuss of my 7 month old niece which was really lovely. Look forward to going back again as there’s lot of other things on the menu I’d love to try!

Came here for first time with my mum. Would come back again. Food lovely I had the kebabs with cous cous and pitta. Absolutely yummy. Staff very friendly and efficient restaurant spacious and comfortable. Very reasonably priced and well situated.

Had lunch here and got seated very quickly. Gabriel was excellent even though we were very difficult! Thank you for being so patient and for the very delicious burger!

Popped in for a quick family lunch whilst Xmas shopping, although really busy Louise was really attentive and helpful, food was tasty and the kids menu was amazing value for money.

Went there on wednesday for lunch and decided to have the Christmas menu. The turkey dinner was so tasty and lots of veg. We also had the brownie for dessert and it was delicious! The place was very busy but the service still great! The manager who server us was polite and efficient! Thank you

We went shopping at Glades Bromley and saw the Sunday roast bord outside Joe´s Kitchen and decided to give a go. We couldn`t have a better choice . We had two roast beef and two mulled wine. Everything was perfect and so tasty, despite the place being extremely busy. Camilo, the waiter, did everything to make our visit very pleasant. Definitely recomend this place, again.

I come here for my lunch nearly everyday and always get amazing customer service from either pete or bettie. Today I had lovely hot chocolate with whipped cream made by charlotte. I’m always made to feel special whenever I pop in!! The food is always ready within 5-10 minutes so I have plenty of time to relax instead of rushing around for lunch!!

I can never decide what to have before I arrive because the specials are always great. Today it was a fabulous chicken and chorizo burger and some lovely mulled wine. Yum yum. The halloumi and honey was also extremely tasty with just a touch of chilli. The coffee is also highly recommended and the brunch options after lovely. The Eggs Benedict replaced the muffin with bubble and squeak which is inspired! Oh and the macaroni cheese is delicious.

Simply fantastic food and wine selection and the staff are exceptional.The service and atmosphere was so good.An extra thank you to Camilo who helped us with food. Highly recommended.

I went to joes kitchen for a business lunch with my boss.

We visited today for lunch after tiring shopping and had a great experience. It was busy, yet the place had great atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. Our server was called Camilo and was utterly charming as helpful, children wanted to give him a hug as a parting, and they don’t do that often :) This kind of people should get recognition! We will be back for sure!

We loved our meal at Joe's kitchen. The food was lovely as was the service. We were waited on by Louise who was absolutely wonderful! She was patient and kind and really made our experience a great one! We're definitely coming back for more!! Highly recommended!

Visited because of the reviews here. Like everyone else says the staff are great but it is a bit painful to see them struggle with being over stretched. Our waitress was lovely. Was disappointed with our food which included a minimal salad and a stone cold burger which then took ages to be replaced so everyone else had finished their meal. Lucky we were not in a hurry. Lack of manager presence, no compensation or apology given. Won’t be returning.

Went for family meal and whilst the general main meals are OK, the kids sausage and mash was very disappointing. One sausage and a little tub of mash and beans (mash my child said was fake! :-(

We had a late lunch after shopping and enjoyed the food we ordered; veggie burgers and Toblerone Cheesecake. Our waitress, Louise, was very efficient, attentive and friendly. In all, a very good experience and we would go back.

The girl who served us was the highlight of the restaurant helpful, accommodating and was very friendly and did offer us a discount based on the quality of food we received.

Needed to refuel during a shopping trip with some friends in Bromley so popped into Joe's Kitchen.

We decided to wander in to bromley for brunch instead of heading to Beckenham as normal today and all I can say is never again. Smoked salmon, congealed over cooked scrambled eggs and well done on the verge of burnt toast. The veggie breakfast...anaemic, processed (most likely frozen) Pattie of bubble and squeak which was inedible. Toast was was actually dried bread that can only have been introduced to the toaster for a single heart beat, reheated roasted apparently) peppers, 2 small dry mushrooms, 2 over done poached eggs, 1/2 small grilled tomato which usually i never eat but in this instant, was the best cooked item on my plate. Two cappuccinos, which we’re ok. Neither of us understood how that food ever made it out of the kitchen to our table we could not understand. We walked out and five minutes later, at the exact same time, turned to each other and said “Worse brunch I’ve ever had!” Lesson learnt, back to Beckenham (PS I would have given no stars if I could!)

First time I tried this place having walked past it on numerous occasion. Located on the bottom floor of glades shopping centres Had a latte to go, the service was pretty good & the latte was amazing to be honest.

Really like this place . Always feels like am at an airport . Great food and I really love the cappuccino. Really friendly staff

Thought we'd try this restaurant for a celebration lunch. Waited ages at the entrance, to be served, our order to arrive. Lasagne arrived bubbling at the edge but cold in the middle. It was replaced, nuclear in heat this time with the edges welded to the bowl. Perhaps a happy medium can be achieved with more practice? Your staff are helpful however they appear to have 'looking busy' down to a fine art. We watched potential customers waiting an extraordinarily long time to be seated and had we waited any longer for our food we would have left. Sadly, can't reccomend.

Very pleasant visit for a Sunday brunch.Food was excellent and a few special requirements catered for with ease and no drama.We had an infant in our party and the server a delightful young lady named Chelsea made him very welcome.Well done to all the team at this cafe I would definitely recommend it.

Had a late lunch here with a friend. Our server was very prompt and friendly. The food was very good if a bit expensive for what we had. It was very quiet and only a few other tables ocupied. The other two waiting staff were sat at a table eating and on their phones which in my opinion is not very professional. Not in full view of customers.

Another pleasant breakfast at Joe's kitchen, me and my work friends treat ourselves to a breakfast out of work on fridays at Joe's kitchen and they are always happy to greet us to our table.

Came in for my birthday for lunch with my mum and nan and was wearing a birthday badge. When the bill came over Simon had took the price off my meal out of kindness. Such a lovely gesture. Food is always tasty and hot and never waited long for it. Lovely staff too. Highly recommend.

The atmoshpere is great and very welcoming. The service is always prompt and food is prepared and at the table in a short time, and as described. Fresh and tasty. We so enjoy the food and atmosphere that its becoming a regualr weekly date venure for my wife and myself, she's not happy if we dont make our weekly date at Joe's Kitchen. Parking is easy in the Glades and then there is the mall for further browsing and shopping.

We popped in for an impromptu breakfast as it’s one of the restaurants on our discount gourmet card. So glad we did. Food was fantastic and service was impeccable. Louise was our waitress and she was friendly and nothing was a problem. We will be back

Joe's Kitchen is my favourite place to get a cooked breakfast in Bromley. Unfortunately it is so good it is becoming a bit too regular a treat! I can recommended Joe's Café Breakfast (not sure why the Deluxe breakfast featured on the website does not seem to be listed on the menu). Service is always friendly and you feel well taken care of - thank you to waitress Louise on the latest and a couple of previous visits. Al of the team are helpful and attentive and seem genuinely happy in their work - this makes for a relaxed and pleasant ambience.

My 15yr old and I often come to Joes Kitchen when shopping in Bromley. It’s buzzy but relaxed and the food is always simple and spot on. The lovely waitress Louise is always ready with a smile and happy to accommodate our wants.

Fabulous breakfast! May also be best for lunch and dinner too but I have only been here for breakfast. Food is always prefect and no long waits for food or drink in my experience. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Last time we were there Louise was fantastic! would definitely recommend.

Was served by lovely Louise. Bubble and squeak needed a bit more squeak (a bit bland), but on the whole food was tasty and piping hot.

I have been there yesterday for breakfast and it was outstanding as always. Pancake were to die for! Our server, Camilo, was wonderful, caring and kind. He played with our children and was so genuine, despite the place being busy. One of our favourite spots for breakfast!

The food wasn't bad, but have had better. The pancakes don't look like they've been cooked on site and are more like the ones you can buy pre-packed in the supermarket.

Had a day off and decided to go for lunch. As vegans, dairy and gluten intolerant this is tough! Not a Joes Kitchen. They catered for my every need and were so cautious about what I had ordered. Even the manager came to check. CHELSEA our waitress was the best, really considerate and made us feel comfortable with all our issues.

Visited in the early afternoon with my mum. It was very busy but we were greeted and seated straight away by a lady named Chelsea. Food and drinks were very prompt and lovely. Everything was served with a smile. Will definitely be returning soon :)

Me my wife and son decided to come to Joe's Kitchen at lunchtime so we waited to be seated as the sign at the front displayed.

This is a busy restaurant in the Glades. The service is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. They do have a breakfast menu that is used until 12.00, then a lunch menu from 12.00 onwards, so if you want an early lunch before 12.00 you will need to choose from the breakfast menu. The breakfast menu is more limited than the lunch time one, but the food is good on both, offering quite a good range and some daily specials. The baked potatoes are good as is the fish and chips. The Sunday roast lunch was particularly good. I have not had a meal I did not like in here.

Really glad I stopped by here today for a cuppa. Joe's Kitchen is the perfect spot to relax, the atmosphere is lovely, great music and top service from Louise. Thanks!

Came with family and had the Sunday lunch. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the Sunday lunch was a big portion and a good price. Also had the homemade lemonade which was really fresh

After a hectic morning shopping in the Glades Mall nothing better than having lunch here. Food is delicious and service top class. All waiters are great especially Louise!

A couple of year back it was one of my favourite places to go to with kids to eat. The portions were always good and the food was very tasty. Not sure what has happened but it’s not the same anymore. I went there today for lunch with my daughter and I was hugely disappointed. My daughter’s chips were undercooked and my side vegetables completely tasteless. My dish wasn’t worth £14! I thought my friends were exaggerating with their recent negative opinions about the place but unfortunately today even I got disappointed. I won’t go back again :-(

Visited Joes Kitchen on the off chance after walking past whilst looking for somewhere to eat with my girlfriend. Was greeted by several staff when entering (all with smiles). Ordered some Prosecco cocktails which were amazing and were advised correctly by our waitier. Who was a tall young man who said his name was Pete I think. He made our day! The food was great. Favourite restaurant in Bromley now.

waited over half an hr for sausage and mash and a children's omelette. The waiters couldn't do enough to apologize. However ..... the manager was so rude. Never coming back again to line his pockets!!!!!

Joe's Kitchen Bromley es uno de mis alimentos básicos, ya que nunca he tenido una mala comida y el menú tiende a tener algo para todos. También están en mesa abierta, así que recibo puntos por cada reserva.

Visited Joes Kitchen for Brunch had a good time. Food was excellent and Louise was very pleasant. Enjoyed the visit.

No sabía mucho sobre Bromley South y tenía algunas expectativas muy básicas cuando decidí comer en un pequeño restaurante en el centro comercial Glade. Qué sorpresa. El saludo de los muchachos que me llevaron a mi mesa, al ambiente dentro del restaurante (especialmente en el área de la cocina) fue excepcional.

Mi madre y yo almorzamos en la cocina de Joe y Louise nos atendió. Ella estuvo muy atenta y nos ayudó ya que mi madre no puede comer ciertas cosas, por lo que rápidamente encontró las respuestas a nuestras preguntas. Las raciones eran enormes y hay un gran ambiente familiar aquí. ¡No puedo esperar para volver!

I have passed Joe’s Kitchen many times in the past, yesterday we needed coffee and so called in.

The food is always excellent and service is fast and friendly. A great atmosphere and good for families with children.

Visited Joes kitchen for an early Mother’s Day lunch today with the family, all the staff were really attentive and friendly from the minute we arrived until we left, we all had a different starter and main and all were delicious and the portions sizes were all nice and big.

I popped into Joe’s Kitchen in The Glades while waiting for an appointment nearby, I had never seen it there before.

Waiting for the shops to open, and the cafe are open. Always had good service, nice and prompt and friendly. Louice (sorry if spelling is wrong card got scrunched) was very helpful and friendly. Food was nice and prompt as well.

I was delighted with my visit to Joes Kitchen Bromley this evening where i was greeted and served by a lovely tall young man, i think his name was Peter. He made my visit a joy with his humuor and enthusiasm. He was very proffesional and I will definetly be back shortly. The food was amazing and i did not have to wait for a long time. I really enjoyed my Pink Banana smoothie aswell! Massive thanks to Peter!

This place is great for a meal. Great coffee too. Whether it’s with the kids, friends or taking an elderly family member. Even when they are busy, the food is good and plentiful and the service always with a smile. I just wish they’d bring back the ‘pay at table’ app, it’s was quicker to pay and go when finished.

Currently sitting in Joe's kitchen, after treating my mother to a Sunday lunch, the food was lovely and well cooked. My favourite part was the service of the tall bearded man. Your manager should be proud of your work!He was always happy and very understanding.
