Excellent restaurant. Incredible lunch menu and the Crispy Chilli Beef is the best l have tasted in nearly 80 years.

Food was disgusting very small portions there were six of us only enough for 3 the place was vertically empty on a Saturday night never go there again and the bill was£215 absolutely disgusting they must have changed hands

We came here as a group of 9. Lady owner (we assumed) seemed very pleasant and attentive but the waiting staff (a young girl dressed in trackies) was not good. I’m not sure if she was nervous or just rude, but she genuinely seemed to not want to serve us and certainly didn’t care whether we were enjoying the food or the experience. The food was hit and miss, among the hits - sweet and sour pork and salt and pepper chicken great, the crispy duck was also very tasty but two tiny plates of cucumber / spring onion and plum sauce looked silly shared between 9 - especially when it was so difficult to get the waiting staff to actually wait on the table. For £40 a head for all you can eat plus 2 bottles of beer each, if you’re big eaters (we weren’t particularly), I could recommend it as good value for money compared to other places I’ve eaten. It would have been a solid 4 stars if the young lady had shown even a modicum of interest or politeness - really lets the place down and clearly it’s not a one-off from what other reviews are saying. Maybe look at some staff training - ‘how to exercise your smile’ would be a cracking start, I can send over some YouTube links if you need… or I’m sure there are plenty of willing youngsters after a job. If we’re mistaken and track suit girl is in fact the owner, then I resent giving her my money, 1 star. Should never have opened a restaurant.

Firstly the food was lovely that is the only positive I have. 2 of the members of staff are rude. Starting with the one on the phone, who took our booking and then the waitress. All u can eat.. could have gotten alot more if the service was faster. Didn't get water for about 15 minutes and we had to remind the waiter multiple times for more as the glass was practically a shot glass... We also asked multiple times for things which were forgotten such as a menu, or additional food items. We never got prawn crackers either. It'd help if our waitress smiled and actually checked on us ourselves, rather than us having to grab her attention each time. Also, I understand inflation and that but this has increased £7! With an increase in price I'd expect the service to not decrease. We thanked the waitress at the end and she completely ignored. The bill at the end says "we hope you enjoyed the food as much we enjoyed serving you" which is clearly a lie. obviously she did not enjoy serving us. She looked miserable.

The personnel is quite impolite. Nobody has any consideration for what a customer want to obtain or inquire about. Since we work in the hospitality industry, we can relate to staff members who may be pressed for time and want to finish processing orders quickly. When my companion and I requested for the bill while he was still enjoying his soup, the waitress gave us a funny look and promptly handed it to us, clearly indicating that she didn't want us there. Nobody was hospitable enough. If we had been in the restaurant, we would have placed larger orders. It didn't seem possible that anyone would want to serve us instead of just the group seated around the big table for their birthday celebration. We will never return.

We ate in for a birthday meal (large group of people) the service and food was really good. Never been before. No actual parking which is a downside however you can use the local multi car parks.

Had a takeaway from here a week ago with my friend, the food was very anemic and both myself and my friend have been so ill ever since it's taken nearly a week to get over the food poisoning. It's the first time I've ordered from here in 5 years as it wasn't the first time i got Ill I just thought maybe things might have improved. I can honestly say I'll never eat here again ever.

Just really, really bad. Ordered lemon chicken that tasted like Lemon Cordial poured over dry old chicken. Everything else was equally horrible. Actually quite comical how terrible everything was. Learn from my mistake and please avoid going here

Pretty decent food, ambiance is good, restaurant is clean and staff is good.

Ordered a takeaway on a Saturday night directly through their website, for delivery. Paid online and both the website and confirmation email stated delivery at 8.00pm but I know Saturday nights can be busy and delivery times are something of an estimate. No sign of our food by 8.30pm so I gave them a call and the person on the phone was very rude. Made absolutely no apology and just stated that the driver had just left with our food. How she knew that, I don’t know as I didn’t even get as far as giving my name or address. She then just hung up. Our food eventually arrived at 9.00pm and the driver was equally abrupt - presumably because he’d been delivering to unhappy customers all evening. The food was good (and still hot) but if we’d known that it would arrive nearly 2 hours after placing our order, we would have gone elsewhere. The rude attitude just added to the bad experience.

Beautiful food at a very fair price with great service and attention to detail. An essential visit for Maidenhead high street.

Food was hot and very tasty. Personally, like the 'all you can eat' table service rather than buffet as food is fresher and no queuing. Most popular dishes are available. Service speedy and friendly. Was reasonably busy in restaurant, but not much atmosphere.

I have been here loads of times. Always excellent service and the food is delicious. The salt and pepper chicken is a particular favourite of mine.

Party of two turned up on 15th February, rude manager turned to waiter, said something and then told us "Sorry, we don't have space for you". The restaurant was empty. Went to another (regretted it) and on way back walked past to see the restaurant again empty. Won't go back, suggest you not bother too.

Always go here for the all you can eat menu (mainly because I’m a pig) and it never disappoints. The staff are always accommodating to us and are friendly.

Loved the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was vwry hot abd fresh and the variety made me feel spoilt for choice. One of my daughter's favourite restaurant.

Just ordered our first meal. Green Thai curry spicy white water with anemic prawns. Sweet and sour pork Hong Kong style sloppy batter, pork spare ribs not meaty at all overall poor. Delivery was very good

Went here for takeaway, so good that i came back again. Best chinese in Maide head. It does look unappealing from the outside but don't be fooled.

On the high street. Silver service all you can eat. Go for bottled beer instead of draft. Food was delicious, service was fast. A bit on the pricey side. About £30 per adult all in.

Been a regular outing for us for so long. This week an off night maybe. Lacking but food ok. Ribs especially spare! Beef couldn't chew, and for four same as for three. You ask for more, ok, but the price has risen nearly 50%! I guess our last visit..

One of the worst restaurants i’ve ever been to, there were only three of us. Waiters and service was dull, they didn’t even say a word or smile just collected our orders and that’s it, quite unfriendly. Food came out pretty quick but it wasn’t even room temperature, it was cold. We then sent it back to get reheated and it was still only room temperature. The beef satay tasted like watery fat and you should stay away from it. A 1 star is generous for this un homely, out of date and unfriendly resturant.

Friendy staff, quick service, excellent food and T'Singtao beer. Not giving 5* as construction work next door has cut their phone line, and not the first time its hapoened, therefore unable to contact them and payment by cash only.

Went here on a quiet night recently and while the staff were all very friendly and helpful the food just was not anything to come back for. I had never been here before so I am not sure if the food has always been this way but it was all a bit rushed and lukewarm, could've used more seasoning on the mains however the starters were not bad at all.

We have had few home deliveries from the Jasmine before we no problems, but today’s was not very good. The food arrived over a hour after ordering (advised45-50 mins), it was not very warm so we had to re heat, but the Lamb curry was chucked straight in the bin, it looked and smelt off, luckily we ordered enough food to share around, The other food tasted ok so hopefully just a one off

Amazing price for the food and experiance!

Website says free delivery within 3 miles and £1 for every mile there after. I live 3.8 miles away and was told they won’t deliver to me. Their website makes false claims.

INEDIBLE! Can not believe a restaurant actually served food like this, cant even cook chips never mind the bland inedible beef in black bean sauce or the BBQ Ribs, shocking. Had had to order from another restaurant

Went this evening for an all you can eat , been before and rated highly. However big difference in quality of food, very Very bland, battered dishes were awful with stodgy raw batter. Meat was very fatty, spare ribs were almost just bone , fat and no sauce whatsoever! Menu choices were limited. Went for eat out 50% and to be honest would be more angry had we paid the new inflated price of 19.99. Would have highly recommended this place, but will not be going again.

Went in for buffet, decided we weren't that hungry had a regular menu instead. More expensive per dish but if you not going to eat more than one dish it is still lots cheaper. 24 pound for 2 people. 2 starters ans 2 mains. Was a very comfortable amount. Very pleased all around. Friendly staff, felt like they where dong very well with covid restrictions.

Great evening out, This is an all you can eat affair. The food is good , and you can eat what you want. The restaurant itself has air-conditioning, great in tonight's heat. Needs some renovation but seems clean ,just wall needs re-plaster.

Ordered Jasmine Peking to deliver tonight and was extremely disappointed. Wanted to try a new chinese and looked at the reviews and thought why not. For £25 I got a chow mein, chips, dumplings and beef and black bean ‘sauce’ with rice. It was the most blandest takeaway I’ve ever eaten and will not be returning. They arrived over half an hour late(after 45 minutes) and appeared they came in a taxi to drop it off? Not a problem you do you but It literally tasted of just pure grease and nothingness. The dumplings were raw, cold and also tasted like sausage roll? My partner couldn’t even eat the beef as it was just chewy and bland and came with no sauce so it was covered in just grease. Ended up having to make a pasta sachet which had more flavour and bite. Not looking forward to sitting on the toilet all night. Have sent an email. I do not recommend.

Just had Jasmine Peking as a take away and I'm not not very happy. It was cold and the consistency of the starter platter was not fresh at all. It was also £14 for the starter which was a lot of money considering it was very small. I wouldn't order from here again unfortunately.

An incredible Chinese All-You-Can-Eat style restaurant. Food is absolutely amazing! Waiting time is never too long and it is incredibly mouthwatering! Drink selection is also good and extensive! Staff are friendly and efficient, always joking and smiling! There is nothing they can't do for you, really impressive! The bills, cost, can be higher than other Chinese restaurants, yet considering the experience, the food quality, selection and amounts, it is relatively well priced!

The quality of the food here has varied over the years, but it was hard to fault the food on this occasion - we had a lovely meal. It was only let down by them leaving us to rummage for our coats. Normally they would be obtained for us. It was not as if they were that busy, so no excuses.

Went her to celebrate my son's birthday. Had the set menu with lots of food. Service was quick.

Enjoyed the meal and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, the table was not cleaned between courses. This used to be case some time ago and gave the impression of caring for the customer.

I was here on business so was dining alone and was unable to have the all you can eat. Instead i was given a menu that had less than half the choices of the all you can eat menu. I had spare ribs and seafood noodles the spare ribs were very greasy anď so were the noodles the were also crispy as they were burnt. The staff are ignorant. Would never eat here again.
