Absolutely amazing mix grill platter yet again, the food is fresh and super tasty I cannot fault it at all. We will be back

Picked up a couple of takeaways from here, always tasty and reasonably priced. Their pakora is recommended.

My husband & I eat here regularly, sometimes with friends & family, sometimes alone. The food is invariably excellent. I'm vegetarian and great favourites are the mushroom pakora starter followed by paneer bhuna. Portions are more than ample, and my husband & friends, though non vegetarian, are always happy to try, share and appreciate my veggie dishes. As for the carnivores in in the party, the Shatkora dishes, among others, have been great favourites especially with a mix of chicken, keema and king prawns, too. The service has always been rapid, the waitress &/or waiter very helpful and friendly. They've always been happy to bag up as a take-away anyfood we couldn't finish - and this really is too good to waste! (Incidentally, they do provide take-aways as well as in-restaurant service.) Prices are very reasonable and the fact that you can bring your own drinks makes this the cheapest, as well as just about the best, Indian restaurant in Slaithwaite. I'm simply astonished that more people haven't discovered the place yet - though, for those of us who have, not being crowded together with scores of others is an added advantage in these covid times. This restaurant really is worth a visit.

Thank you for accommodating a family group at short notice. We had a lovely table with helpful staff, and the food was very delicious. I'm still thinking about how good it was, and will be coming again as soon as possible.

Just had our 5th visit to Jahangir's so that speaks volumes. This time we started with mushroom pakoras (always nice) then had chicken Shashlick with mushroom rice. Lovely. It's such a shame the restaurant hasn't caught on yet, but hopefully they will get busier soon . It's our favourite restaurant in Slaithwaite with lovely food and great staff so always choose to go there when we fancy a curry.
