We had a lovely stay overnight and also had a very nice dinner. The hotel room was very clean, comfortable, and warm. I loved the decor and little touches. The staff were very welcoming and could not do enough to make our stay the best. Thank you to you all.

The room we had was very clean but small .we have stayed before and had a much larger room .we won't stay again unless we get a larger room the bathroom was so small my wife kept hitting her knees sitting on the toilet on the sink

Was invited by friends for breakfast. My first time there, very imprest. Lovely breakfast, good service. My dog came with me, and we was in the back garden overlooking the creek with the boats. They even have a beautiful boat that you can stay on overnight, or they do boat trips. The prices are amazing. This place is well worth going to, I will be back again very soon . The wife and I eat here every other Sunday as well as on events, the food is always outstanding, especially the roasts. Friendly staff and reasonable.

I had the Roast Beef dinner. The meat was very tough and my knife could hardly cut through it. The food wasn't very hot either. We were charged £95 for three of us with a dessert and a bottle of wine. Very polite staff but can't recommend. There's better places on the Island to eat.

Had a great stay. Welcome and service was outstanding. Very friendly and very happy to help with our needs. Decent cooked breakfast included with cereals and yoghurt also available on the buffet table. Will definitely be staying again.

A lovely place to stay, had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute. The staff are welcoming and friendly, make you feel at home. Breakfast was delicious as well, and if you decide to eat lunch or dinner at the bistro, you won't be disappointed! The food is delicious and there is a good amount of options to chose from. My room was lovely and if I got a bit too stir crazy I just popped out to the garden where the view was never boring and the occasional company from staff or other residents made me feel not so alone. Would recommend 2000% if you want a nice place to stay with some amazing people. I know I will be booking a visit again.

Have stayed here for years on and off while visiting family and friends, this was the worst visit. Couldn’t swing a cat in room 9, view was appalling, moss covered roof tops. Bathroom was minuscule. Banged my knees on the door while sitting on the toilet (so small). Towels were even smaller, no I am not slim but please I have seen bigger hand towels. What is going on?

Booked late, excellent service. Attended wedding on island and staff at QP were very helpful and ensured we could change after a long journey down. Excellent cooked breakfast including a perfectly poached egg! Well done!

Hotel fajnie usytuowany nad kanałem, cicho i spokojnie. Pokój czysty, duży, choć jest widoczny problem z klimatyzacja, bo gdy nie włączysz wiatraków, zapach jest niedowytrzymania (jak nie wysuszony do końca dywan😏). Łazienka mała, ale schludna, choć ten sam problem co w pokoju, trochę czuć stechlizna. Do poprawy. Śniadanie typowe, angielskie.

No draught beer only criticism. Friendly staff. Possibly best fish and chips this millenium!

Bad experience. The staff was just alright but they made us wait over 20 minutes for two lattes. They started to serve pints to other group of people when they ordered later and we thought they forgot about us completely. The staff apologised saying that they had a problem with the coffee machine. We understand… but then, when we went to pay, they charged us £8 por two lattes! We didn’t even see that in London. I thought it was a joke!

Stayed one night at Queen Phillipa and couldn't fault anything. Check in was fautless and there were a number of us in different rooms . We were checked in early and room was not ready but reception kept our bags which were waiting in our room when we returned later .The room ( 16 ) on the ground floor was ample size with twin beds a built in wardrobe with a safe .The bathroom was also a good size with a nice powerful shower . Had a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed the room facing the rear and garden was very quiet . Others in our party had rooms at the front and said they were equally quiet. There is a nice outdoor area at the rear with views over the river. Our breakfast in the morning was good and served in the light and spacious area at the font of the hotel .All areas of the hotel are kept very clean by from what we saw a very hard working housekeeping team . Will definately stay again when visiting Sheppey .

Not quite a five just a few little things which were not perfect. Lovely staff, those that acknowledged us. Bath towels had seen better days and holes in beautiful bedding. Clean, quite room, extra tiny shower room, adequate though. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The hotel has excellent friendly staff, nice clean, well decorated rooms. We booked a table for the first night for dinner and the food and service were really good. The breakfasts ( we both chose full english ) were a good size and really tasty. The price for 2 nights was very reasonable. There were 3/4 nice pubs within a 10 min walk and also the estuary promenade for a walk.

Excellent b&b, our room was spotless, fresh contemporary decor. Beds were incredibly comfortable, slept better than I do at home which is a first! Has parking which was incredibly convenient. Perfect stay, thank you.

We stay in this gem of a B and B whenever we come to Sheerness. The staff are wonderful. The house keeping team do an excellent job as the hotel is spotless and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant menu is varied and delicious. The full English breakfast is the extra cherry on top.its fabulous. Definitely recommend to everyone.

The staff really make this place! They were warm, welcoming and bent over backwards to help us. Despite the pandemic they're doing a great job at making your stay special. Breakfast was nice and room was modern and comfortable. The Latin music in the restaurant was really enjoyable alongside a nice drink.

We watched both the high and the low tide from the hotel's back garden. Only place I've come across offerings semi and full fat milk in the rooms! Little tubes of body wash, shampoo and small soap is given too! They offered bottles of drinking water in the room! Sadly they didn't offer sweetener and brown bread which are a must for guests with diabetic and other health issues. Staff was lovely! Always ready to help! Good selection of seafood on the menu. The best batter in the fish & ship dish and a delicious starter of scallops!

Jake and his staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room's are excellent. The food is very good. The Covid 19 precautions they have initiated work very well. I would recommend this Inn/hotel/ bistro, to anyone looking for s good quality place in Queenborough.

Lovely choice of food. Nice sitting in the court-yard/garden overlooking the water. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Allowed my dog in the courtyard, and as it wasn't busy, she could wander around. I did ask the few customers there at the time though. Plus, a great to stay for the night.

3 course meal was superb as always excellent family room and such friendly staff .. thanks mary loved the caper sauce . Cant recommend highly enough .

Why was it excellent you ask? Let me tell you. Buckle up boys U ready? Jack is one of the most genuine and kindest souls we have ever had the pleasure to meet. Stranded in Sheppey, this man went out of his way after a long hard day of work to give me and my gf a lift to Sittingbourne. His spontaneous act of of kindness meant a lot and we are forever very grateful. We shall come back to the Queen Phillippa and dine! I would highly recommend anyone to visit this amazing establishment based solely on the kindness of the people working there! Thank you Jack :)

I celebrated my 50th birthday with twenty friends and family at Jacey’s bistro - Jake and his team went out of their way to make it an amazing night the food wonderful as usual and the service was second to none, nothing was too much trouble.Thanks for helping to make my night so special.

Having arrived after a long journey I had the best seafood linguine I have had!Followed by lemon meringue pie and lovely Pinot Grigio to wash it down,, just wish I lived nearer! Staff were lovely too..I felt very welcome

Service polite, food good but room with hardly any heating on. Even though I switched the gauge to 5 I woke up to ice cold room in the middle of the night ending up pulling a heater from the cupboard (very noisy one). Night wasted

Another great meal at the Phillipa.Great service and excellent food. Had the steak again of course. With a camembert starter and as you can see below the wife enjoyed the afters.

Walked in and kindly greeted as usual. Visit this place once a month a least. The menu was completely different than last time, apparently change it everyday. The staff were attentive, the food was 10 out of 10 and the atmosphere was perfect wasnt too loud and also sounded like everyone was enjoying themselves. Will be back some time in March.

Just had a dinner with family, starters choice excellent and good size. Mains and desserts the same. This a great place to eat, staff and food excellent. Have been before but even better this time.

Perfect in every way. Food was amazing, service went above and beyond and already planning our next visit.

Very nice food, highly recommend! Will be especially nice outside in the sunshine, the outside garden area is fantastic and overlooks the creek and the boats. Haven't seen the rooms but can only assume they are modern and well kept just like the rest of the place.

What a great find so close to Sheerness port where I was working. The rooms were clean and comfy . There is a bistro attached to the hotel which serves great food you have to try the seafood pasta ,if I remeber correctly on night they also do unlimited mussels . The breakfast is a buffet which was cooked well and included fried bread ! There was also a range of cereals. The staff are all super friendly and even found me de caffeinated coffee in the morning. Would consider coming back when I am not working . Parking is availible oppersite the hotel on a free car park

Had Christmas dinner here. Absolutely fantastic, the food was brilliant and the staff were amazing. Had several meals here, the food is always great and the staff are always amazing.

From start to finish such a pleasant experience, Tender roast beef and our my first taste of christmas turkey did not disappoint. My wife also had a espresso martini which was out of this world.The staff as always attentive and cant do enough for you. The food as usual was 11 out of 10. We shall return in the new year for sure

Booked Sunday lunch at the Phillipa today for myself and six family members and we were not disappointed. All thoroughly enjoyed a tasty roast dinner with very generous portions. The venue was tastefully decorated and furnished and the young girl serving was so helpful friendly and professional. Thank you Queen Phillipa, we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal and shall be back.
